I have not been able to locate any information as to how the prone condition effects movement. The prone rules make no mention of movement whatsoever.
The crawling rules state the character is considered prone, but make no mention of a prone character being restricted to crawling only.
Setting common sense aside and just going by RAW it would appear the prone condition does not restrict movement.
If there is more on this, please direct me to it, thankyou.

Ok.
While it may not specifically spell out that you cannot take other move actions, the Prone condition only gives standing up as a move option.
Crawling spells out that you remain prone while doing it, and is the only form of movement to do so.
So even if you need to prove to someone that it is RAW, logic dictates that you can only stand up or crawl.
EDIT: Of course, there are also the rogue tricks stand up and rogue crawl which would be unnecessary if there were any other type of movement while prone.

Move
The simplest move action is moving your speed. If you take this kind of move action during your turn, you can't also take a 5-foot step. Many nonstandard modes of movement are covered under this category, including climbing (up to one-quarter of your speed) and swimming (up to one-quarter of your speed).

Crawling [a non-standard mode of movement]
You can crawl 5 feet as a move action. Crawling incurs attacks of opportunity from any attackers who threaten you at any point of your crawl. A crawling character is considered prone and must take a move action to stand up, provoking an attack of opportunity.
You can't move more than 5 feet at a time as you do not have a crawl speed.
