Sorry Jakob's been quiet, but, you know... I was... um... roleplaying.
OK, really I just wasn't paying attention to the recruitment. Here now.

I know that feel Taru, the avatars could be more varied and the system for finding them could be a lot faster and more user friendly. But no worries, I have a bit of work yet before we can really start. I'll open up Gameplay in a few days so that you all can meet up in character and meet a few NPC's and have a little RP time.

aka Quiet Jakob: minor tweaks made to the background to fit TFC.
He is something of an oddity on campus, avoiding becoming a part of a clique, but hanging out with all different people. He's friendly and fun, and will always back up his friends, no matter what. He hates bullying, and is usually able to talk his friends out of that kind of behavior, when he's around. He's big enough that he's usually able to talk strangers out of it too.

Jakob is not the best student in the world, or the worst. He is here on scholarship and on weekends, he's the life of the party.
Jakob is stubborn as a donkey, and no matter how much he drinks, he never seems to lose control.
Silent Hunter (You gain a +1 trait bonus on Stealth checks, and Stealth is always a class skill for you.)
He has a knack for coming and going without being noticed. It's how he got his nickname.
Class=Bloodrager: Abyssal Bloodline
Jakob is a solidly good guy, but there is darkness. Whatever it was they injected him with has produced some chilling changes in him. Now, when danger threatens, he can tap into his enhanced body chemistry to fuel a rage that makes him far stronger and tougher than he is ordinarily.
When he draws on it, his body actually changes. The bones in his fingers strengthen and sharpen, forming fierce talons.
(At 1st level, you grow claws while bloodraging. These claws are treated as natural weapons, allowing you to make two claw attacks as a full attack, using your full base attack bonus. These attacks deal 1d6 points of damage each (1d4 if you are Small) plus your Strength modifier. At 4th level, these claws are considered magic weapons for the purpose of overcoming damage resistance. At 8th level, the damage increases to 1d8 points (1d6 if you are Small). At 12th level, these claws become flaming weapons, which deal an additional 1d6 points of fire damage on a hit.)
As his control over this biochemical rage deepens, he finds he is able to cause even deeper changes in his body.
At 4th level, when entering a bloodrage, you can choose to grow one size category larger than your base size (as enlarge person) even if you aren't humanoid.
Spell choices would be examples of further control. Mostly self-buffs, possibly some attacks that could be explained a psychic manifestation of the dark, biochemical fury within him.

Duck, what all do we need to have in our profile?
I'd like to be able to see HP, Init bonus, saves, and AC in your header. So far as character sheet, just stats and backstory for now. Once we get levels any full character sheet or writeup will do. (Though I endorse myth-weavers sheets because they're user and gm friendly)
Now that attendance is complete, I will open gameplay in a couple days.
How will posting rates look for you all over Thanksgiving week? I should be around for most of it, save while im driving home :P

Actually, I just forgot about this one with all of my workload. No gameplay thread when I checked mon/tue/wed so it just fell off my radar again.
My bad, I got caught up in a few other things and forgot to put it up. Once the big chunks are out of the way I'll be more consistent.

I think Jakob's a sophmore. He's not quite clueless enough to be a freshman, but he's not worrying about graduation either.
My net is back up so I should be able to post with more easy and get my profile up to date
apologies everyone for my delinquency. I unfortunately lost my job, (which happened to provide my laptop) so I've been without a pc for a bit.
I have been set up with an older but not shabby looking little desktop, that while I'm not married to it, should provide some companionship and entertainment for a bit. Lol.
Finals are over, apologies to all. Connor you're welcome to jump in at any time thats convenient, I know that your situation ain't easy. We'll roll with four and see what comes of it. I'll start pulling you all toward the real beginning tomorrow
