Happy to have you back Inam! I must say after all these years, the fact that ALL of you still put in these little touches of character and your daily activities etc after all this time is pretty amazing.

On a different note, I still have vague recollections of how tiring a newborn can be, but I'm sure the sleep deprivation is even worse than I can recall. Sleep when you can :)

I can't believe this campaign has been going as long as it has!

I've been doing this campaign almost as long as my son has been alive. It's crazy. (in person campaigns among my high school and college years would have lasted a year at most, and the average could be measured in months regardless of the DM)

Hello all, I have some scheduled time off starting tomorrow (kicking into gear tonight with prep) to help my wife out as we are expecting our next child. If things go as roughly planned, I'll be back after this weekend to continue gaming.

Go ahead and bot my PC. They should have updated instructions in their profile. I may get small moments in the next few days to post, so don't be surprised if quick comments or actions pop in randomly.

I think Ibinu clarified the rest of the day's actions as best he could. He's ready for the next morning to get here.

had some internet problems and general lack of modivation. I should be ok to get back to posting though.

y posting might be erratic for a while as there are now covid cases in my house and my young nieces have it. I had to cancel a trip to see my long distance girlfriend. And honestly I just really depressed right now. Please bot me it I am not keeping up.

I'm sorry a lot of this stuff is from the older parts of the game Sequoya! Are you still enjoying the campaign? Is there some narrative I can introduce that will get Sequoya more involved?

Sorry for the radio silence. I was in the hospital with covid. I just got discharged today. It might take me a few says to get caught up. The fatigue and brain fog are so strong.

Im defiantly physically better, the brain fog seems to be gone but the fatigue is still there. I am back at work and it is alot. Mentally I am tired and that is making it a bit much sometimes.

A fair bit happened. Can someone remind me of our history with Ky La? I thought that was a bad el?

I'm about. Been busy but I think things are getting back to normal-ish.

1) Ky La was posing as a High Inquisitor of Volcano for several decades, when the Blessed showed up.

(Inquisitor So Khong is the one who always acts like a jerk, and tried to kill Inam)

2) Ky La typically asked you insulting questions when you met him. The "Old" Blessed (the weird walking corpses you met from time to time) hated Ky La and the other High Inquisitors (who betrayed them)

3) Ky La was one of the Inquisitors who betrayed the Temple, sacrificed hundreds on minor inquisitors to the Smiler, and nearly caused a civil war.

4) You met one other agent of the Smiler (the Smiler is also Silver Bringer, who is also Moon), Thuật Lảo the illusionist. He was trying to make a "body" of poisonous mercury and mithril for his god. (Ibinu stopped him solo)

5) and now he is here in Light! The way that he acts makes it seem these are all different personas or different "copies" of Ky La, all of whom only vaguely know what happens to the others.

And I'm still reminded in so many posts of how much I love this campaign - Etrah and the playful rivalries between so many members of the party being the most recent example.

Ky La is basically saying that one of you have to give up a secret bit of knowledge if you want to know more about this -- what Moon knows about the Dark is especially guarded/treasured.

It's been quite a while since we've had regular posting from more than one player at a time. I think it's time we think about finding a good finishing point. It won't be anything earth-shattering or campaign-ending, but I'll try to send us off nicely.

And as we come to a close over the next few days, let me just say it has been a pleasure RPing with all of you. This is easily a contender for my favorite campaign of all time. I will likely be reading through the campaign log for this after we are done, just to remember some of the best parts.
