Dagmarr climbs aboard for the most part understandably silent.


The boat lifts into the air, as if buoyed by water, and heads off into a formless sea of space and stars. Several hours pass before Woden provides you all with some meager ration. "I'm sorry that this vessel cannot provide more. I also regret to inform you that Corrie cannot join you on your trip to Svartalfheim, but the dwarves shall be gracious hosts to you."

Frostine glances up at him with a look of surprise on her face, "But what will happen to her then? Where will she go? Are we going to see her again? She's part of this family....we can't lose her." She says before looking away quickly.


"She will be with me for a time. She has used a lot of energy while in Helheim and needs to recharge, so I'm going to take her somewhere safe where she can rest and relax for a while. After you finish helping the dwarves, she will be free to rejoin you," Woden answers.

"That is good to hear." Dagmarr says quietly. For a moment she considers asking Woden a question but decides to leave it until they completer the current mission.

After a while the sea of stars becomes a river of water leading into a gargantuan mountain. Woden sits at the back of the boat. "You might as well rest. We still have a few more hours before we reach our destination."

Thorgr puts out his bedroll and lays down. "Not the most comfortable, but it'll do."

She nods and lays down with him, snuggling up to his side. Putting another blanket over them she sighs, "It isn't....but I'll be okay as long as you hold me."

"You got it," Thorgr says, wrapping his arms around Frostine.

She sighs and snuggles into him as he wraps his strong arms around her. Laying her head on his chest she closes her eyes and finally starts to fall asleep, her breathing settling into a slow and steady rhythm as she starts to snore softly.

Sig puts together her and Jerrica's bedrolls, preparing to get some sleep.

Dagmarr nods, silently setting up her bedroll and slipping off her boots and armor before curling up and trying to fall asleep.


The cave you enter in is pitch black, the light from the entrance dimming as you progress. Woden continues to steer the ship expertly even though it is dark. When you awaken, you find yourselves outside a small town, the boat sitting at a ramshackle dock. Two dwarves are conversing with Woden.

She stretches as she starts to wake up and tries to work some of the kinks out of her neck and back. Looking over and seeing Woden talking to the dwarves she shakes Thorgr a little lightly, "I think we might be here."

Thorgr sits up slowly. "You might be right."

Looking over at where Woden speaks with the dwarves she asks, "Do you think we should get up and go over there, or wait until their done?"

"Maybe we should wait," Thorgr suggests.

"Better to let the arrangements be made, before we interact with anyone." Dagmarr aggrees donning her armor.

She nods and rubs her arms, "Okay."


Woden returns to the boat with the two dwarves. "These will be your guides while you are here: Galdur and Bruldora."

The dwarves nod at you. "We open our home to you."

She nods as she waits for Thorgr to get out of the boat first so he can help her down. Looking at the dwarves she says, "Thank you, we appreciate your hospitality. We will do our best to aid you."

Thorgr climbs out of the boat and offers his hand to Frostine. "Aye."

Frostine takes his hand and lets him help her out of the boat.

She blushes slightly, "Oh yeah...I'm sorry. I'm Frostine and this is Thorgr." She says as she takes his hand again. She knew Corrie needed rest and Woden was right to take her some place that she could recharge, but she couldn't help but feel a little lost at losing the closest thing to a mother figure that she had since getting separated from Goldie.


The dwarves nod. "We understand that you've grown accustomed to being with your friend, so we'll try and make your stay as comfortable as we can."

She nods even though they could never understand that Corrie wasn't just some friend...not to her at least, "We thank you for whatever hospitality you can provide."


Woden produces the group's belongings that were left in the cottage. "Here you go. You might need these."

Taking the wolfs hide blanket she nods, "Thank you."


Woden gets on the boat and heads off. "I'll see you in a few days."

"Is there anything you need before we start telling you of our problems?" Bruldora asks.

Looking at the others she says, "Maybe just somewhere to set this stuff down and maybe something to drink?" She says as she moves over to Dagmarr and puts a supportive hand on her back. She knew there was absolutely nothing she could say to make anything in any way better right now, but she hoped their friend knew that they were all here for her. She hoped the silent show of support would be enough.

"Thanks." Dagmarr says quietly, acknowledging what Frostine's support means to her.

She nods and gives her back a little pat before removing her hand and waits for the dwarves to escort them into the town.


The dwarves escort you to their home, a house built of stone. It is larger than the other houses in the village. Bruldora opens the door. "The guest rooms are upstairs, help yourselves."

Jerrica whistles as she walks into the house. "You have a nice home."


"Thank you," Galdur says. "I am the leader of this humble town of Holm."

She nods, "Yes, it's lovely. Thank you again for showing such hospitality. We'll try not to be too much of a bother." She says before going upstairs to find a room to put their things down in.

She shrugs, "I'll be okay I guess. It's just going to take some getting used to I suppose." She says as she finds a room with a big enough bed to accommodate her and Thorgr. Setting some of their stuff down and putting the blanket on the bed she sighs a little.

Jerrica walks with Sig up the stairs. "Maybe Dagmarr should stay in the same room as us."
