This weapon functions as a +1 ranseur that grants a +4 bonus on disarm checks rather than the typical +2 bonus a ranseur grants. Up to 5 times per day as a swift action, the wielder of a ranseur of the gargoyle can cause its skin to harden for 1 round, gaining a +2 enhancement bonus to its natural armor score.

This will be your last chance to claim any of these gear. Inside the *very* large Defender's Heart there are a number of merchants who survived the attack, you can assume that anything costing 100 gp or less is readily available for purchase, and that anything beyond that up to a maximum of 2,500 gp has a 75% chance of being available for sale.

Just a suggestion for the future - if your characters take active actions instead of passive ones it gives you the chance to set the tone of the scene.
For example, in the Topaz Solution scene - entering and saying, "Hark, whatfor do you think you are doing here, and stop doing evil" would have a different reaction than "Yo, wassaup" from the NPCs - but it means that you get to set the tone you want the scene to start on. If you don't then I pretty much get the we file into the building and the NPCs set the tone for the scene depending on the background I have for them.
... Which means you are losing out on the opportunity to shape how the encounter goes down. I want you guys to have that narrative power.
Edit: And on OOC discussion - If the reason your character is not making an active post, please let the GM know. If your character would need more information, please tell me :). ... and make the rolls that you think would help get that information, like a perception or knowledge or stealth - if it isn't needed it will not go bad just because you made the roll. I promise.

You *meant* him to be saying "Didn't." in response to "I don't believe you truly wanted to [do it]."
I *read* it as him saying "Didn't." in response to "Please swear you will not threaten or harm another innocent."
So Drea was flipping out because she thought he was saying he didn't even realize he had done anything wrong AT ALL, he needed the weapons and that was that, so she got pissed.
Which you read as being preachy because from your point of view, he'd already SAID he felt bad about it, and here's Drea acting like he's some kind of monster. Because from my point of view, reading it with the different context, he had just been like, yeah, killing girls for weapons, no problem there.

We should decide on a default marching order.
Something along the lines of:
Drea, Samirah, Míril, Chancre, Konstantin, Roshan.
If we're expecting traps, Míril should probably be in front. Otherwise a few people behind the front is fine.

Completely up to you if you want to go all the way back to this, but since you asked...

Some places (such as the grapple charts on d20pfsrd.com, which I have been using to figure things out) interpret "If you are grappling the target, you can attempt to tie him up in ropes, but doing so requires a combat maneuver check at a –10 penalty" in the rule you cited to mean that if you have them grappled, rather than pinned, you can do it with a -10 check, whereas if they're pinned you don't get that -10.
Looking around further, there are other places interpret it the way you do, e.g. if you are grappling someone in a pin, you tie them up by making the check at -10, whereas if they are otherwise restrained or unconscious you don't need to make the roll.
I think the way you read it makes more sense, actually, so I'm happy to go with that. But I thought I'd let you know how I got confused!
