orc tattoo?

Walter Lindie wrote:
Checking because the orc tattoo counts as a luck bonus and it ia an alternate race thing.

Yep, i understand.

Also, those of you who still have the change shape ability must be age 16-20.

You must choose a permanent form, gender, and appearance by age 20.

The Exchange

Have a rough sheet here here

Your point buy is 8 points over...

Edit- 6 points.

The Exchange

Sorry did the math in my head, it should be fixed. So can I use the rouge Favored class or just the standard +1 hp or sp.

Standard +1.

The rouges get the special thing to sneak attack so vivisectionists aren't just better then rouges by basically being rouges with casting.

It's there as something to help rouges shine in this setting.

Edit-

Actually, you can do 1/4th of a new sneak attack dice, if you want.

The Exchange

One fourth is good for me.

Shadow Lodge

ok
max party number 7

a wizard

a vivisectionist

an magic using archer

Yes. He is yet to show.

Will this be played on the forums, or on skype or something?

From that list, we have no divine casting and no healing. And likely no social skills.

The archer is a scorcerer, and you did miss someone-

The wood oracle.

It will be play by post.

Rules moderate-
I'm rather loose on exact squares and such, and give ad-hock bonuses and penalties.

Shadow Lodge

forums

Wood oracle covers it nicely.

No problem with ad-hoc bonuses and penalties, but I really do prefer, in combat, having actual maps. Significantly helps with classes that need good positioning- rogues, blasters, etc

I have no software to do that.

And with your speed compared to the squares, most of the time you could just say "i get into a flanking position."

I can show you how to do it in Google Docs very easily.

And 'I blast as many enemies as possible while missing friends'?

... Good point.

Please do....

But I'm on an iPad.

Hmm, interesting. Will you be on an ipad all the time when GMing? I can look up the Google Docs app, see if it'll work.

Yes, i am.

I can look it up. One minute.

Yeah i don't see it, so....
Please do.

Can I be of mature and no more changing age, but have my hair color change with the seasons?
Cause Trees and stuff.
Also, can't pick a gender, so, semi androgynous Hermaphrodite. Which also makes sense, cause trees.
Should my first revelation be to make +4 armour and I buy a weapon or Make weapon Rev. with Rosewood armour?

That's reasonable.

Fey magic is really, really random, so a hermaphroditical fey isn't that unheard of.

Shadow Lodge

I am fine with the ad hoc positioning thing

Lord Foul II wrote:

There is a good reason to avoid it, and that's AOE complications.

This campain won't be up for a while, so i can see if i can find a solution.

Shadow Lodge

yes, but each of the campaigns here I have been on use ad hoc and it works fine so long as you trust the DM

Heading to bed soon, be on tomorrow.

Shadow Lodge

cool, talk more then

I have a small saw and I oracle-ize by cutting a twig off of a plant and reading the wood marks inside.

Anyway, i may actually have access to a computer.

Not good enough for other things, but it can defiantly post a map.

:( I'm so lost with this....our alchemist is doing the rogue thing so I want to change idea.

If I have to be fey could I be one of the bastard fey (gremlin) or something?

Death_Keeper wrote:

I was worried about that....

These fey aren't fey in the classic sense.

The closest thing to a "bastard fey" is a dark fey, witch much have a unanimous approval to enter play, due to their insane power level.

Just about and diminutive animal you can think of is also allowed.

If my character almost done, I would almost consider being a squirrel....

♣♠Magic♦♥ wrote:

Uhh... What?

Squirrels are diminutive animals. We could be squirrels.

Also
*if my character /wasn't/ almost a done...

oh, ok. Makes more sense.

Personally, i think that would be awesome.

How would it affect stats, though?
Oracle is charisma.

+8 dex, -8 str, no mod to con, acrobatic as a free feat.

Metal stats get no mod as a fey animal.

Speed 20 ft., climb 20 ft.
Melee bite +8 (1d2–4)
Space 1 ft.; Reach 0 ft.

Dr 5/cold iron

Speak with animals (squirrels) constant.

Also, nimble faller and all spells are silenced.

Also, if you're going to be a squirrel, I've got a better idea for your curse.

What would that be, cause what I have for that one won't work so well.

"Wrecker"

I'm not going to be a squirrel that breaks things. That's just too silly. Even for me.

♣♠Magic♦♥ wrote:

How? It's easily flavored-

You're no good at using tools. (Things are treated as broken as long as you hold them)

However, your nature makes you bane to most mechanical traps, capable of breaking them just by mucking around in them.

Do I add that to the animal stats and use that, point buy using both that and mods from animal, or point buy using only that?

Shadow Lodge

Ranger is kinda awesome, but most of the really cool bits are later level, so I might go pure caster, maybe with just one lvl of ranger just to start

The mods were ripped from the animal, so point buy with those mods.

Can I talk?

Nope, not to everyone, just beast bonded fey. Witch, as it so happens, we have one of.

Can I be....heck I don't know anymore... chaos cleric?

What's the problem with your old charecter?

Any witch way, i didn't mean to alienate you...
