I just received my copy of Bestiary 3. It arrived in good condition. However the first time I opened it the spine of the book partially separated from the cover. Anytime I open the book it makes noise that makes me believe that the damage is worsening. I have not opened the book since for fear that the cover and spine will separate completely.
I have not had this problem in the past nor do I consider this a bad mark on Paizo, however I would like a new copy.

The books are bound in such a way that the pages are not actually attached directly to the spine of the book and, when opened, there will be space between the pages and the spine. Furthermore, all new books will crackle a bit when you open them up the first couple of times.
For example, this is a picture of my Bestiary 3 and is normal. If your book looks different, please take a picture and send it to me at customer.service@paizo.com.
Thanks,
cos

Cos,
I sent the email and I used the Order # as the subject.
After looking through the pictures in the email I can say that the book is in proper need of replacement. I have set a new copy to your sidecart to go out with your January subscription run at no additional charge. You can double check the status of your side cart on your My Account page on our website.
Feel free to put the current copy to good use knowing that we'll have a replacement headed to you shortly. Once again, thanks for bringing this to our attention!
