Sorchan sighs and flies after the children.
::Igni, Raelle, it's very important for you two to switch back to your human shape before we get to the square. You both have very distinctive coloring and we don't know what we're heading into.::

"Always," Tami said softly with a rather wistful smile.
"I'm glad to know that he'll have you to comfort him after I have to leave. It's much better than if he were all alone."
"But all of this is borrowing trouble from the future when we should be enjoying the present instead," she said with a little forced cheerfulness.
"I have an idea of where we might be able to find a drummer for your band."

Anahita bint Tariq |

"I can't decide, that's why I ask." he doesn't seem to know or care about your anger
First hearing Roel's response, Anahita stares for a moment in thought, then merely says, "No one need be a slave to anything, Roel, least themself. Learn, grow. Then choose. I will wait to hear from you. Or help, if you ..ask, for it. Not if you allow another to steer you." With that, she looks over as Vare speaks.
Apparently not picking up on Anahita's somewhat distressed - or irritated - body language, Vare nevertheless is able to catch the hint of irritation and frustration in her voice, and even moreso in the words that she expressed. He casts his glance worriedly about to the people involved in the conversation, but offers a simple solution to defuse the sudden almost palpable tenseness that seemed to fill the air. "Once again, pardon me for intruding, but perhaps you would like to go walk the grounds for a moment, Miss Anahita? It may help to calm you. I find a brisk walk rather calming myself." Vare hasn't yet spoken to the air today, as he had yesterday, but somehow the perception of barely contained madness hasn't left him. The clash of his wise and measured words, and the his personal disposition and appearance could maybe be a little unsettling, though perhaps not as well.
With a quick glance at the other two 'boys', Anahita nods and says, "I appreciate your suggestion, Professor. I often enjoy the gardens thus far, please.. let us." She smiles warmly and walks along with him. Not really initiating conversation though, apparently content.

Vriskra the shantak |

vriskra gets brave enough to walk over to the table with zilla. You probobly remember her from her tormenting hew.

Salis of Bletherad |

Salis walked through the hall. The lack of trust has been hard to get used to. Back when he had adventured some times you just had to just trust the person beside you. This was something he had learned fast. The other part he had to get used to his training at the Bletherad monistary meant nothing to people here back home he was invited to advice for kings while he traveled through the kingdom. Any one with power relied upon monks of his order and there was even fewer that had discovered the things and important as he. He had been one of the most praised members of his order till he left it and now his knowledge was untrusted. It had started to dwell upon him. He need to clear his thoughts and his body of the bad energy that had came from this.
As he followed the arrows through the hall he stepped through a door way into the meditation room. There in the center was Professor Reading Salis had been looking in to her problem he had found many things that could be part of the incident but most he had yet to look further into. For written history had a bad habit of being lies written as truths.
"Please excuse my intrusion Miss Reading. Would you mind if I joined you?"

Lang Fei |

Sorun gives a pointy smile "hey lang! How are you"
Sheess also greets Lang (in aquan) "hello Lang"
Lang thinks a momment then in broken Aquan hello Sheess
he then tries to say "how are you" in aquan
but ends up more like "the sea horse eats worms"
but he is getting closer

Sheess slips down onto the table and bites a whole fish... Starting to eat it...
Sorun smiles and uses knife and fork to begin devouring his trout

Vare, the Summoner |

Vare nods and strides alongside her, not saying anything for a good long moment as they make their way outside, and towards the gardens. Vare looks somewhat apprehensively at some of the plants, and occasionally flinches or takes an unexpected detour for seemingly no reason. Once they are truly alone, Vare begins by saying. "I do not believe he entirely appreciated your candor.. Admittedly, I am not typically one to speak on the emotions of others, as such things are difficult for me." As the pair approach a rather dangerous looking plant - some sort of overgrown venus-fly-trap, Vare attempts to veer them on a different course, selecting another path to follow through the gardens.
His manner is calm, other than the occasional twitch, and he does not appear to be carrying his book today - Anahita may have guessed already that it was his spellbook - but he is still wearing the simple golden ring on his right hand index finger.

Zilla |

Zilla looks to the newer comer and nods to the new comer. Looking back to Grim and Midori. "Really? That's cool. I just can do spells myself. Not like Hew mind you, just the basics of it. Your psyonic powers are really cool though. I kinda wish I could do them to."

Midori Tsuyomi |

Sara walks up to the growing table group. "Hi." :) "I'm Sara." :)
Midori looks over to the young girl who had approached the table. It was becoming a little difficult to keep the thread of all the conversations at the table, so Midori chooses instead to try and make a new friend. "Hello Sara-chan, my name is Midori." she introduces herself with a smile.

narrator |
Alright, the first two were 4 so going with that. You are approaching the square from the west. North is least crowded because that's where the council are presiding from, south is most crowded because it has the best view. East and west are both moderately crowded. It will take less time to worm your way through the crowds to see what's going on that if you were coming from the south.

Watching Vare speak, Anahita seems to have a faint smile on her features during it. She nods once, slightly lazily, as he does talk, yet doesn't seem to care or worry if they veer or change course.
"I do not know that being, Roel. I was offering him a choice, he did not appear to wish to take it. It might be fear, or ignorance, but my words -- which I thought," she exclaims suddenly with a hint of angst, "were quite clear, if not verbose, made sense." There's a pout at this point, even if he's not really fixed on her face, or much else, in this realm of existence.
"You are without your book of spells, Professor. I trust that it is in a safe place?" Then she, while still walking along, looks up and at him warmly.

"Well, it's more than one person. They're Sadie's friends. Their names are Zren and Rikken. They're half-ogres, but they're really sweet. Anyways, I don't think they play normal drums, but they can do some amazing stuff with rocks and they have great rhythm. I was thinking you could maybe have rock drums....nobody else would have that and if anyone can pull off a different sound like that I think it's you. But it's okay if you think the idea is too crazy."

Lang Fei |

Lang looks to Sorun, They are all wrapped up with Midori's ability to go invisible. anyway Sorun all of us are finally together Even Sun and Sara.
Lang stand up. Attention all present at this table, I would like to commemorate the fact that for the first time all of us friends are finally gathered together. now is the time to renew the pact we stated last night. that form this day forward, every day will be an adventure, and we shall adventure together. Now all we need is a name..

Salis of Bletherad wrote:"Please," she said eagerly. "I've been meditating for two days and it is SO boring!"
"Please excuse my intrusion Miss Reading. Would you mind if I joined you?"
Salis let a slight laugh slip out. It was kind of odd so see since he was always so straight faced. "I don't meditate that long myself. Just long enough to push away the bad. To much to do." Salis told her with a small smile. He sat down. "Miss Reading from the infomation in the school I have gathered you are well respected with both the staff and students. How long did that take you to gain. This is my first teaching experience at least with in a classroom. I have taught people through my books before. However I don't really count that as real teaching. It's simpler I think."

Tybalt Baneko |

"Well that happened. I think she just does that sometimes." He mutters to himself. "acts like she's in heat all the time. All moody and flighty" "anyways. So how was your yesterday?"

Sorchan del Sol |

The square was filled with a crowd but they were almost eerily quiet. There seemed to be a palpable sense of dread. The group came up at the back of the crowd, Sorchan doing his best to keep the three young ones close and not let them get separated by the crowd.
Okay, either Igni or Mithros roll a percentile for me.

"I am? Really? Huh. Who knew?" she said genuinely surprised.
"This is my first teaching experience too. I actually lied when I applied, saying that I was older than I was. I'm not actually much older than the students," she admitted sheepishly. "I'm only twenty-two."
"Boy was I embarrassed when I finally got up the courage to fess up and found out the headmaster already knew about it." ^.^
"Mostly I've just spent a lot of time asking people for advice, students included. Things aren't the same here as where I'm from and well, the best teachers never stop learning, right? I've only been here for a few months, but I think I'm starting to get my bearings...most of the time. It helps to remember what it was like to be on the other side of the desk."

Vare, the Summoner |

Watching Vare speak, Anahita seems to have a faint smile on her features during it. She nods once, slightly lazily, as he does talk, yet doesn't seem to care or worry if they veer or change course.

Vare - as he said - doesn't appear to notice Anahita's various body languages or changes in emotion, unless it is in her voice. Perhaps this is frustrating... but then again, perhaps not. Perhaps he is unable to, due to whatever condition he spoke of at their last meeting.
"Yes yes, my spellbook is safely tucked away in my room, as I have finished my spell preparations for the day. Thank you for your concern." he says simply, diverting their path once again to avoid some larger specimen of plant. His stride isn't quick, and he appears to gaze around. While he does not seem relaxed, per se, in the gardens - he does seem at least less flinchy and volatile than in the cafeteria. "I hope I am not presuming to much to say this: some people are looking to be lead. They don't want to be given choices, they want to be told what to do, and how they might go about doing it. This Roel... perhaps he is one such. Though again, this summary is from only my brief interaction in the cafeteria, and I would not put any faith behind it."
