"Hi! Quite large for a quasit, but neat. My name is Settro. I do believe i saw you in the lunchroom." He inspects you for a moment. "Defiantly not normal for a quasit, and not just your size and color. You seem to have a lot of control over your emotions, as I'm picking up very little extreme emotions. So, what's your name?"Ahh... a friendly face, good to see.

Phaezeriel simply stands facing Settro for a moment, his face unreadable, ::Greetins Settro, I am Phaezeriel. The Headmaster informed me that you had some issues with telepathy, and something else about which he did not explain. How can I help?::

Since I gather that you can sense emotions with a fair bit of precision, there is a small amount of irritation that is very quickly diffused. Unlike most people, it is not simply squashed, which would allow it to come back quickly for the same stimulus, it is dissipated in a healthy way.

Male Icy Catfolk Image Warlock/Rogue 16

"What's a paper mage? Do you do like origami and stuff? I can make paper hats." He flickers for a moment and has a piece of paper in his hands. He focus furiously to make a few folds and places it on Dave's head. He repeats this until everyone who doesn't refuse a hat has one. He is easily amused.

"Well, seems I haven nothing to lose showing you, you'll understand." He drops the illusion. "you see, i am the son of lamashtu. I read an eat strong emotions, but not only is that invasive, but positive emotions taste... horrid." he shudders a little. "that, and when I do get mad, i get insanely mad. I have little problem keeping myself calm, but the second i actually get mad, i lash out rather blindly at my aggressor, and often those nearby."

not that much precision. enough to notice that your emotions were highly under your control, because none of them were very strong, and because none of them fluctuated very much.

becuase I'm bored and it looks to be awhile before the next day

Lang lying on the rooftop staring at the stars wondering what the new day will bring. wondering did he do more harm than good with Ignace. wondering if she still will ever talk to him again.

wondering if her mother will hate him.

watching the moon, the stars, the clear night sky.

I heard that water bender are stronger at night, I wonder if its true?

Lang stands again on the edge of the roof looking down and then all around making sure nobody is around or at the very least in his way.

He holds out his arms like he is about to dive.

the slowly falls over the edge, again in freefall feeling the acceleration rush, the wind blowing past him.

then with a sudden flash his cloak opens and he bends the air to slow his decent. and just a mere couple of feet before hitting the ground, Lang veers back up again.

He settles to a soft landing on the ground and takes a stroll to the lake.

Once there he takes his waterbending stance he learned and began the simple Kata manuvers to move the water and tries to form a water ball and manipulate it in the air.

its true waterbenders do get stronger at night. He finds he can feel the water flow easier, it forms easier with less concentration. he feels more power in his bending.

It was you and Dad I worried about, mostly Dad. I don't think my current gender situation is going to help with Dad though."

"Oh, for pity's sake, what does your gender have to do with anything? ....Is this because he feels like you're being rewarded for bad behavior? Because I'm fairly certain that it didn't have much to do with you and everything to do with the wishcraft. It's been out of control lately. Well, obviously. Eleven hatchlings all going to be born near the same time....I think if it could it would force Mother to find a new mate...the only reason I wasn't worried....is not longer applicable.....note to self: stay away from teleportation for the next few weeks, just in case."

"The thing is...where does the council get its power from? Think about it. Everyone does what they say because they agree that the council was in charge....but what if people stop doing what the council says? In small numbers they just end up punished or abjured....but in large enough numbers.....maybe new laws and a new council can be made....But all of that only works if we get there peacefully. And it's not going to be a slow process. I know it's something that Dad has been working on for a long time."

Spoiler:

You'll need to cast a series of spells in order to cure Ginni, and each spell will have to overcome the spell resistance of the disease. Beginning with Break enchantment, then remove disease (or its equivalent via waterbending), remove curse, and then Ginni will need to make two consecutive saves vs the disease. If any one of those steps doesn't work, you have to start the whole thing over.
