"It kinda is a numb feeling, but almost like the opposite, I can feel things all around I've used magic to be an ooze before, so I kinda know how it works. At least I didn't throw up when the the vibrative sensing set in. I can feel and move all my body at once, but I think I'm more solid than you are. I stay in this shape unless I try and move stuff around. But I can keep my potions and stuff inside. It was a little weird this morning when none of my clothes would stay on when I moved around, but my coat was already magic so I guess it stays where it is, moves and resizes and stuff. So, tell me about yourself. Have you always been an ooze and became sentient, made this way, were sentient and became an ooze? You said you know what numb feels like, so you must know what it feels like not to be."
He talks a lot, really fast. During the times Roel speaks, he keeps inhaling food whole.
Tybalt Baneko
"I really like techno music someti-*cough*-ugh. It's fun to do stuff with a really fast beat that you can dance to."
He starts talking with the funny robot voices, but coughs it off and goes back to his regular, soft and interested sounding voice.
"I think he was one of the people that was a jerk to Raelle when she and Dave were together. I guess he's softened up a little bit if you're friends with him."
He also looks at Janie expectantly.
Roel
"Well, i..."
roel pauses for a moment.
"Ok, first, i know how large you are, but you will never really stop being hungry, not if you're like me. We eat to grow bigger, if we need to. Instead, i eat slower, and have learned how much i need to eat to stay at the same size."
Kevin Ramos
"I guess I'll get used to it eventually." He sighs and picks Jello up and plops him down on the rest of the food.
The Jello makes the joy sound and goes to town on the food.
"You were saying?"
Tybalt Baneko
"You're stronger than me. If that was me, I wouldn't be here right now. But I wouldn't have gone in the first place, so... I guess everyone can change, right?"
Roel
"Well, i have no idea where i come from, honestly. I was going to get my memories checked out, but then there was the indecent here, and I've put it off. At one point, some creature stole a ton of energy from be and i became human. If was scary, and i experienced so many things that felt so new. I much prefer being like i am now. It is the ultimate freedom."
Kevin Ramos
"Hmm... Memories... memories... let me see here."
He opens up his coat and rummage around through some of the pocket, pulling out and mixing this and that, even pulling a couple bottles out of his belly.
He ends up with a silvery liquid in a vial.
"Here. Let's see if this will work."
He offers the vial to Roel.
I figured this spell would work, not quite the total and exact intended purpose, but I think it's really the only related spell there is.
Roel
i was going to have ms jones (i think) do it, but I'll give this a shot at working, albeit lower then normal.

roel extends a pseudopod and grabs the substance, before pouring it into himself. After a few quiet moments, he says
"Nothing... About me."

"You're stronger than me. If that was me, I wouldn't be here right now. But I wouldn't have gone in the first place, so... I guess everyone can change, right?"
Mel does not verbally respond, at least not right away. her mind seemed to drift a bit at Tybs' comment about change.
yeah, I kinda know what you mean, not always for the better. she whispers, thinking of Kai
after a bit of reflection, mel snaps back to the current situation. Soooo... about that drum solo

"Dang. Sorry, man. That's the best I got. Its the only memory spell I know of, and is close to one of the strongest spells I know. Out of curiosity, what /did/ it say?"
The tiny ooze has piranha eaten most of the food on the tray now and lays in a pool amidst clean chicken bones. It gives the ooze equivalent of a satisfied sigh.
Tybalt Baneko
Tybalt notices, but doesn't say anything, this being one of the things he gave her the note to talk about later.
Kevin Ramos
"Mm. Guess it's not important then, oh well.... well if I don't need to eat any more, do you want to do something? I could probably learn a lot from you."
Lang Fei
Lang and company fly further east. the air starts to get cooler as thier elevation rises.
Lang feels better with his friends together with him. Midori holding him tight. and lang puts an arm around Sara with the care of a big brother looking after his little sister.
We promised to do something fun together, every day. I hope, today, we achieved that much. I'm glad to have you all with me.
Lang attempts to latch on the Ephebe's telepathy hoping she can hear him.
:: Master Blackscales...can you please share this with everyone::

"Nothing at all? Don't you have any interests?"
Kevin Ramos
"I could show you some alchemy. I can make fireworks. Though if you don't have eyes, they're kind of pointless."

"And I thought I was done showing off for today," she grinned. "Alright, no problem, let's see what I can come up with..."
Janie starts to play, quickly getting lost in the music

"So, what do you think? Too many? Too few? I thought it was pretty safe to assume you guys could pick up new songs this fast, but if you don't agree..." She took a deep breath.
"Will you help me with this? Please?"
Raelle del Sol
"Well step one is stop accelerating," he says somewhat deadpan and then removes his gloves and then puts his hand on any control panel and tries to connect to it know engenerring,1d20+48
"Uh, right," she said, turning a dial from all the way on to all the way off. The skimmer started to slow down, but it was not going to stop nearly fast enough. "Now what?"
That roll is definitely good enough to figure out that the orange lever is supposed to be the brakes. :)

Ardiente had been standing facing the last light of the setting sun, his mind chock full of memories and thoughts, clashing and chasing each other in a circular pattern. He couldn't seem to sort anything out in his brain.
Then there was a rising sound of... what sounded like some kind of craft, coming closer and closer. Ardiente looks around, dropping into a ready stance and looking around for danger.
In the distance he can see a skimmer rushing towards the school at unsafe speeds.

Rena says teasingly, bringing her tail forward and playfully brushing Bradley's chest. "As long as you promise you won't forget this time."
"I didn't forget!" he protested. "I just didn't believe that something that good could happen to me," he added, blushing fiercely again.

Michael swims quickly, looking for any sign of the little drake.
With Michael there to help hold onto the fish, Kitty takes out a small knife and cuts open the fish all along its side, pulling the very gooey tiny drake out of its stomach. She signals that Michael should follow her to the surface with the fish as she swam for the surface as fast as she could.

Sil shakes his head slightly "Tracking by scent is one way, but that was not what I was talking about. I will speak with the to the stones, the plants and the very land itself to learn the identity of this craven killer. If that fails, I will seek the guidance of the Spirit realm in aiding us."
"Well, that does provide us with a lot of new potential sources of information..."
Ardiente
In the distance he can see a skimmer rushing towards the school at unsafe speeds.
Unsure what to do, Ardiente decided it would be better to be safe and check to make sure the skimmer was going to be alright. Someone could just be an overconfident driver. He hurries towards it, keeping on guard.

Mell taps her foot along to the rhythm of the drums, enjoying the sound.

When Janie is finished. That was awesome. so who's hungry? I haven't eaten in, like, forever. Nothing like dying to get one hungry... Mel seems to be making light of her "accident"
You can tell that she is making light of it because she is trying to find a way to not remember it. it does bother her some.

"I didn't forget!" he protested. "I just didn't believe that something that good could happen to me," he added, blushing fiercely again.
Rena gives him a quick nuzzle, hoping to reassure him that she had only been teasing. "You're very sweet, you know? Go settle in, and I'll be back a bit later. Alright?"
Kevin Ramos
"Oh, so you can remain humanoid. That's so cool! I imagine both are helpful. Maybe I'll be able to discorporate as much as you some time. Can you see in color? Or are you just limiting your vibrative senses to line of vision?"
He's asking so many questions, that it wouldn't surprising if he whipped out a clipboard and started taking notes.
Ehos Denulia
"Well, that does provide us with a lot of new potential sources of information..."
'Unless they've protected themselves against such magic. Magic beats magic sadly. We might have to rely on actual mundane evidence. Like smells.' Ehos displays, thinking hard. 'I mean... I can't imagine Kitty makes very many enemies. What kind of motive would there be?'
Tyrrin Denulia
The group was teleported to a precarious location on top of a moving express train. The train was eerily quiet. It was likely that the only people still capable of movement were under the control of the virus. Given the violence usually done by the newly deceased victims, there were probably not many of them left. The first problem is how to get inside the train. The next problem is how to get inside the train without releasing the virus into the countryside in general....okay, the first problem was how to stop the train. Without explosions. Explosions would spread the virus faster than the nanites could neutralize it.
Tyrrin leaned into the wind slightly, speaking up to be heard over the rushing air. "We need to get inside! Can anyone get inside without a violent method? A spell such as Dimension Door perhaps?"
David.De'Foul
Dave reorient's gravity for him to pull him to the train ::I know that spell, and I still got some magic of that tier left, but I was planning on opening a door:: Dave projects, as he walks along the side of the train
Settro
"I could... Nevermind, Dave's got it."
settro shouts over the wind, quickly folding his wings over himself so they don't catch too much wind.
Tybalt Baneko
"That was pretty cool. A lot of people don't think drums are good on their own, but sometimes I wish I'd chosen that over keys."
Tybalt stretches out and pats his still slightly round belly.
"I ate not too long ago, but if anyone wants to go sky diving, I could work up an appetite pretty quick. I can probably still eat regardless, though. Always like to push myself." He smiles coyly.
Kevin Ramos
"Do you want to try fireworks, then? I think some people could use a boost after the day we had yesterday."
Melody Waverider
Mel was packing up her stuff but still listening to everyone's answers. then Tybs mentions skydiving
he barely finishes his sentence. oh, oho,oh...me, me, me, I'll go! I mean I already got blasted with lightning, ripped apart by shrapnel, incinerated on the sun, might as well add falling from great heights to the list of this weekend's mishaps. she says counting off all the bad things that happened to her this weekend.
besides, I can't do as bad as Trko'Sam did back when I rescued him from falling to his death about a week back.

Nanami shook her head. There was no reasoning with this guy. Well, hopefully Antairus-sama would have an easier time dealing with him. She knocked on the door of the Headmaster's office.
Shortly after it had been knocked upon, it opens up slowly. Though Nanami doesn't immediately recognize the man who opens the door. By all appereances, a young man of no more than about 23 years old. Clean-shaven in face, though his head sports a mop of unkempt but clean blonde hair. He sports a robe of various colour - almost patchwork but seeming to blend together, the colours compliment one another. Something disturbing about the man: his eyes never seem to actually fix on any one point on either the young woman or man, they seem to wander over the bodies, not making eye contact. It might be considered lewd, if someone was sensitive to that.
"Good evening." he says, stepping out of the office and motioning back to the door. "Please, do not let me stand in your way. Unless it was me you were looking for?"
Raelle del Sol
"ok,, reduce forward momentum by converting it to lateral movement, uh, gently steer it side to side, it'll slow it down, I'm going to gently apply the brakes so we don't snap our necks"
"Okay, I'm pretty sure I can do that much," she said, steering the skimmer back and forth as gently as she knew how. Without the brakes it's still hard enough turns to be quite uncomfortable.

Unless it was me you were looking for?"
Nanami bowed politely. "Good evening. I do not believe we have met before. I am Nanami Tanaka, the PE teacher. I am here to escort this young man to the Headmaster. He was having a violent disagreement with a wall when I found him. It seemed prudent to make sure he arrived at his destination without any further hostilities towards the architecture," she said in a musical, lightly accented voice. If he could see her face Vare would see the amusement twinkling in her eyes, as well as realizing that she was a very attractive tiefling....however, since all he can see is the dreamscape image, it's more likely that he finds her appearance a bit off-putting. "Is the Headmaster free to see us now?"
Kevin Ramos
"K. C'mon then."
He picks up the now slightly bigger ball of liquid off his tray and drop it in his pocket.
He takes a stack of 8 trays and drops them on the return on the way out.
"He leads you into the advanced alchemy lab and into a far corner of it.
He begins mixing up several powders, liquids, things he's ground up, fuses, etc. He wraps them all in paper and sets them in a pile.
Tybalt Baneko
"Geeze. You've had it rough, haven't you hun?"
The question was mostly rhetorical.
"Anyone else for skydiving? More people, more food."
Kodjack Winterblow
At first, Kodjack seemed rather excited that someone actually opened up the door, thinking that it would be the warrior that he was so desperate to meet for the past ten minutes. Almost about to say something, his words were quickly lost when he looked upon the man; there was no armor on him, no scars, and certainly lacked the focus to be a true warrior. There was no way he was the master of heads. Not to mention that there was something...off about him, but Kodjack couldn't figure out just what it was.
Nanami then spoke to the man, and his suspicions were then confirmed; this was not the master of heads. He also found out that she apparently thought that he was arguing with a wall, which he thought was a bit dumb; walls couldn't speak, so why argue with them? Perhaps it had something to do with whatever PE meant, and probably why she kept calling him "coon," thinking that he was a raccoon or something. Unable to focus on what he should address first, Kodjack just stood there without a word, seeming to be a little impatient and slightly confused. So, normal.
