Not sure. He might have a room to himself. Although if Adon doesn't have a roommate then Kodjack would be an ideal choice to room with Adon. Put the two folks who mess up magic together in one place. :)
And Kodjack's ability does not affect the school itself. It's an Artifact with a capital A, and a very, very major one at that, so it continues to work just fine in spite of him.

No, it seems tech is better then magic, as it works regardless of dispel magic and other such things, even if it does the same thing. The only exception to this so far was jhonny, who used transparency.

Not all abilities work the same. The aschen mess up tech, but have no effect on magic. Kodjack messes up magic, but has no effect on tech. EMP can mess up tech that isn't designed to resist it. Dispel messes up magic unless it's magic of a certain level. These are not actually things that are transparent or were ever meant to be. But there are equivalent checks and balances on both.Johnny's 'tech' wasn't really. We had to treat it like magic just to make it work; mostly he wanted to be more powerful than everything. Obviously that didn't work out.
I knew nothing about the achen, other then they are demons.
I guess I've just not seen counter-tech much at all, so i guess that's why i worry.
