The Avalon Chronicles

Game Master lynora

This is a high level rules light game set in a school for magical kids, kinda a mash-up of Soul Eater, Harry Potter, and X-Men. :)

My sense of the in-game hour has it, on Avalon, around noon-- or close, since people were just eating lunch about 30 minutes ago!

Probably depends on who's scene you're asking about.

Yeah, I figure probably about 12:30 or so as well. Maybe closer to 1 though, depending.

Male sorcerer 16 wilder (leader/telepath) 3 elocater 2, thrallherd 1, pyrokineticist 10.

I figured 1-1:30

Female Idyllkin Ninja 3/Marksman (Shroud) 3

Just to be clear, Zilla is /not/ chasing after Midori, correct? Went in a different direction or something?

Male I am a meat Popsicle

Is it still raining? Or has Sheess stopped his tantrum? ;)

We're playing as if the rain's slowly dwindling.

Yeah, the rain is naturally tapering off now was my imagination.

I have it around 1:30 as Mel and co have flown off again.

He has a really good point. Too bad we couldn't fit in an earth something in. lol

And it's good advice for MOST cases. Just not this one.

Everyone waiting on me.... it may be awhile...

I decided to take the bus somewhere and after I got there, phone died... had to go 19.5 miles out of my way over 4 busses and 2.5 miles of walking to get home...

I'm going to bed.

For a moment there I was like "Damn, did Lyn start putting speech in bold?"

But then I actually read the post xD

Hay, what are firebird tears made of?

Some sort of hydrocarbon would be my guess.

male human monk 16

FCD not sure on your question about Zilla but I doubt she would run after Midori.

also not sure how far Midori ran off if she looked back she would have seen Lang sitting in the rain with Simba attempting cover him and then Grim talking with him.

Female Idyllkin Ninja 3/Marksman (Shroud) 3

Midori is going all the way back to the school. Lang can probalby see her do that, given that the rain is giving her a nice outline in spite of her invisibility.

hmmmmm... nice outline

Male Weremonkey Rogue/Ranger/Trickster

Is the High Seer concept limited to just Agartha, or could they be found elsewhere, like Golarion?

Also, how well known by similar beings is Ryo, outside of Agartha? Would a powerful enough seer type have heard of him? Or is he all hush hush due to the Empire?

Female Current Physical look ?? Mindscape sorcerer 8

She ran of in random direction. Probably not toward the school as her trust in everything is broken, currently. I would roll a dice for direction but I don't really think that matters to much. Distance she has gotten can vary.

Hew in all this is oblivious, so I wonder how he will react. If Zilla was to talk to him first or get an explanation first.

Male Human-Reaper/obitu Death Mage 11/oracle 1/grim reaper 10

well, whichever way she went, lang saw and pointed so I flyed after.

High Seers are an Agarthian Concept. Given that the world was closed off from just about everything, I doubt anyone knows about Ryo or the other six outside of Agartha.

OK. I wanna know.
Let's hear who everyone is shipping.
They don't have to be real couples. You could ship people even if they haven't met yet.
I wanna hear what everyone says.

Nope.

Peri angels fell from grace?
"Masters of fire magic, emberkin feel the dual pull of their peri forebear as well as that of a fallen angel further down their ancestry, and wrestle with their urges to do both good and evil."

"Emberkin reveal their divine heritage through their skill with fire-based magic and their desire to repent for others’ sins. Many emberkin suffer from frequent nightmares and strange impulses to commit spontaneous acts of evil. They typically have igneous features such as wispy auburn hair and bright yellow eyes, and a rare few are born with albino skin. emberkin often feel an insatiable need to continually perform acts of good. Some are content to perform small acts of kindness at home, though they may feel driven to travel regularly in order to find pockets of true evil that they can eradicate.

Like all aasimars, emberkin are not necessarily compelled to embrace good and justice. Perhaps more so than most of their celestial kith, emberkin have a propensity to revolt against their benevolent predisposition and instead follow a darker path. Perhaps these emberkin are evil by nature, or perhaps it is a remnant of their fallen angel ancestry. Either way, such wicked individuals are often dangerous, and are both pitied and hunted down by their aasimar brethren."

Peri were believed to be decendant from fallen angles

Peris are a race of celestials native to the good-aligned Outer Planes, but they are also often found in the company of mortals on the Material Plane. Believed to be the descendants of fallen angels, peris do penance for their ancestors' sins before they can earn a place in paradise. As a result, peris work tirelessly to aid and support good heroes of the mortal realms in a never-ending battle against evil. Peris hate the evil fiends known as divs, who constantly seek to ruin the good works of mortals. Peris often work to repair damage wrought by the destructive divs. For their part, the divs take great pleasure in tormenting and persecuting peris, locking the fiery-winged celestials in cages of cold iron and endlessly torturing them.

Fairly certain 'shipping' originated in the last 3 or 4 years.

Still, isn't all that new. I'd be a little surprised if this is the first time Dami has heard it. :)

Only in parts of the internet that ship things. I don't think Dami goes to those places. XD

(Also, when you're Dami's age, 4 years is SUPER new)
