No, unless she tries to infect you by spore clouding you (once a week ability) it can't happen. Even then, it's a slow disease, and you get saves.

Oh, okay... I was about to become cream cheese otherwise...
and lyn a challenge isn't usually double my level and then some, plus racial hit die...
(or wouldn't be if I wasn't a paladin :P)
Yeah, you'd think that......you'd be wrong. :/
The constant refrain of the GM: wait, what? You took what down in one round??? :P
The CR 12 creature on the other hand nearly TPKed the same group......*sigh*

Paizo spends far too long being down. -.-
Also I've been going through my favorited by others posts. It's kinda like a highlight reel of me being here. ^_^
"Ace" |
Huh? A scimitar's normal crit range is 18-20. I rolled an 18 on that last attack.
What's so massive about that?
Have you drank too much soda Tybs?

So I got majorly distracted by real life...
You won a local pie eating contest, beating out the 10 year champ, thus instantly rocketing you to celebrity status??
It included a visit to town/city hall, wherein you were handed the key to the city?
So of course, you used it to open the door to Old Man Winkies house, which everybody thought was haunted, but you're braver than 20 mortal men, and walked right in, not a care in the world??
You searched high and low for any signs of ghosts, but found none? Instead you found a stash of Spanish dubloons, which all your friends suggested you keep and sell off to become filithy rich, but of course you're a man of higher moral fiber than that, so you donated it all to the muesem, and got a decent reward, but also won the affection of the curator's daughter and last night was your first date??
Sadly, there is no rest for the heroic, and in the middle of walking her to her car, you spotted a robbery in progress which you stopped via smacking the thieves around with a pair of really big trout??
This of course led to more rewards and spotlight and an interview wth the channel 2 news' bright and early show and you just now got access to the internetz??
Orthos |
Patrick, Orthos, either of you could come into Vare's empty staff lounge, if you two would like some interaction. :)
It figures this would come during the ~week I wasn't able/too busy to post >_<
Karish might pop in later after I catch up on the 800-plus posts I've missed and get through the next three pages of discussion.
lynora |
I somehow doubt this...
In any case did either Dave's perception or grim's perception/spellcraft find anything?
Grim's perception/spellcraft didn't find anything, but you're welcome to try the same DC 20 Wisdom check I put out there for Lang....there will be an intelligence check soon to follow if nobody figures it out....

Hey Foul, thanks for initially makin me look like the bad guy in regards to what Lyn said ooc in the game thread.
Also despite their public admisson of shared telepathy, DB3 does not, in fact, belong to Lyn.
first, what? What does what I said have anything to do with you,
2nd I was referring to db3's characterlynora |
Just to add to what I said (and sorry MG, there was originally another post there) it is a real pain in the butt to highlight and cut text on a touchscreen. Since I primarily post from an ipad, using that feature which creates a wall of junk rolls every time I reply to a post with it really bothers me and often leads to a post being the last thing I reply to because I don't want to mess with it. You can like the feature all you want, but it's not tablet/phone friendly so again please don't use it. Not that I can actually stop you from using it. But I'm asking that you don't.

And I knew you were talking about Oneiro. :)

Does Dennis get there before Dom and Tami or after?

Dom and Tammi have been stopping to heal and chat.....so I'd say Dennis

Fair enough, that makes sense.

I think he was trying to be funny.
And a reminder to all to use emoticons when joking since the internet doesn't communicate tone....

Alright... I don't think I'm up in any of my other characters are 'up' in their respective scenes. Will post ninjaness when I get a chance for some real typing.
EDIT: Orthos, in case it wasn't clear from my posts: Vare seems to be in the staff lounge alone, talking to either himself or the air. Rena is not technically on this plane.
lynora |
I believe I'm running the ninja arc. Not in a position to post a GM post at the moment, but I will get one in early this afternoon (early for me, anyway). That way Lyn doesn't have to run /another/ arc.
And I am much obliged to you for doing this. :)
Monkeygod |
Firstly,
I said initally. Because when I first read Lyn's post, I didn't see her edit. Once I did, it was clear she wasn't talkin bout me.
2) it could indeed apply to me, since my last IG post has a full attack's worth of die rolls. I actually had to check my spoiler to make sure she wasn't talking about me.
Tricycle, Tybalt never splained his questioning of my supposedly massive crit range. Bad Icy Kitty
You're kinda cute, thouh, so we'll let it slide.
Home run,
Yrrin, twice now I've tried to post the demon's full attack, and twice now its duplicated all the rolls. Worse, one of them was off my cell, after Ace's post, which has never happened.
Pentagon,
That crazy post this morn about where DB3 has been? Made without any caffinee intake whatsoever.
I'm just crazy awesome that way.
Deep Six,
Hey Death Like this??
LYNORA! YOU GOT SOME SPLAININ TO DO!

I was just gonna wait til you got back.
I didn't understand because I thought the critical rules were if you rolled a twenty then you threatened. Then you roll again and if that is in your critical range then you got a critical hit.

I can't wait until I get a decent roll....

Oh, geez....that's a blast from the past. ^.^
That was back when like everybody in off-topic had their own cult....
Also, sorry about the crankiness this morning guys. I do hate that bug, and would prefer people not use the feature, but I was waaaaay too cranky this morning. Please don't snipe at each other over it.

Nope, it's if you roll in your critical range the first time you roll to confirm. If the second roll would hit (regardless if it's in your range or not) then you get a critical hit. Hope that helps. I would have posted this earlier, but I didn't understand what your question was either.
