Currently enjoying some coffee and a few minutes of internet at starbucks. :)
Dan is trying very hard to get the router back up so we have internet at home. He finally got rid of his old desk and moved the new desk from the living room to his room yesterday while I was assembling the kidlet''s new bed. But that meant unplugging everything and apparently getting it all put back is very difficult due to not being sure which wire goes to where. Apparently mentioning after the fact that things should have been labeled as they were undone is not appreciated. :P
And I found out when I moved the kidlet's dresser that it's damaged beyond repair so there goes my plans to refinish it. It was my mom's when she was a kid and then mine and then Bryce's so that was very upsetting. :(
So taking a break from the home fix-up projects for a bit. We were gonna wait to do all this stuff until we were ready to move from the current apartment and then we remembered how well the kidlet doesn't deal with change and that we wanted to give him time to get used to any new furniture before dealing with new geographic location. And it makes a great distraction from the disaster that is my academic woes and trying to find a major I can actually get a degree in. :/

But why don't you look into a degree that you can utilize your writing/storytelling/world making skills?
