Treisdan, do not feel bad. Sometimes things go tumbling forward too fast and I have to say hold up while I catch up because I wasn't able to get to everything I needed to do. I have to interact with all the story lines. :)
So it's not on you, it's on me. Besides, everyone gets a turn in the spotlight. Never feel bad about having your turn.

i plan to have Rin awaken early for some early morning "Borrowing." maybe sneak into the dorm rooms of young females that are similar enough to her small size in frame, and "Borrow" some clothes without asking at 3-4 in the morning.

Oh, wait, I see what's about to happen; the bad guy convinces Miss Jones that it's right to sympathize with him so she does what he says and stays in his mind, so Vince Vaughn has to go in and try to talk some sense into her, but he gets caught and the bad Treisdan tortures him in a nasty way, but all the while Vince is trying to talk some sense into Miss Jones, as if ignoring the pain, and then she comes to her senses and stabs the bad Treisdan in the back of the neck, making everything better.

I guess I'm just a little miffed that this particular RP, which can only involve Tre and Miss Jones needs to take place in the game thread as opposed to PMs and also prevents us from waking up and hanging out in the cafeteria for breakfast.
I understand Lyn wanting to be able to better follow all the various plots, I just don't get how this is different than the first day, where we all had free reign.
I guess what I'm looking for is some form of explanation as to why we have to wait.

Pretty much this. And the 'first day'? Was a freaking nightmare in many ways. It went too fast for even me to follow at times and there were a lot of fires to put out. So I asked for a breather to wrap up. That's why. There will be times during the game where I ask people to wait for a little bit while I finish up something somewhere else in the game. You can ask the folks that have been around a while. This is not new. And there are often pieces that need to be set up so that the next things can happen. This game does move fast at times, but it's not a race.
and the end is near, though I went almost a day and a half without being able to post and now may be going into withdrawl (mostly joking) I am happy because it looks like I'm going to get my fix soon!

no spells in the morning, and vestiges have to be bound everyday as well... cant do much of anything... the fight wasted a crapton of spells, the other me likes metamagics and sacrificed a ton of spells into the staff to cast uberspells that kept failing...
Also he is used to sensing people's presences, he lost that ability and would be totally confused.
I closed out the Fei/Vai stuff, because we're all gagging already from sweetness. ;)

Late is a relative term here. You both showed up late (ie evening) of the first day....what was actually a day earlier than the start of term had been originally planned. So you're in time for orientation and everything. You would have been assigned a room and receive the notice just like everyone else.
