Only 1 attack hits, which provokes an auto-attack, which you have already said you have deflected via Crane Wing. Go ahead and roll damage.

Oops. Forgot to include the damage. Yes, I'd stick to current AC. The auto-attack is deflected by the combination of Crane Wing and giving up an attack. Her usual Crane Wing (which has been mentioned would still be available) would have been used to deflect the first successful regular attack on her. In this instance that nasty crit.

I'm rerolling the crit against you, as Elen had just placed a hex on the creature before it attacked you.

Re-roll Claw 1, AC 26: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (14) + 11 = 25 Just missed in this case, damage to be removed, and Crane Wing use is still in effect.

Check my post for the start of Round 5. I'm sorry I didn't know you were on, so Stinking Cloud seemed like a good idea from your spell list. The orcs finally made their CMB roll, and just started wandering off, two of them have dropped their axes (you get this info from Imbukar). You did manage to snare a blind bear though, so that's something.

Did you not see my explanation of Black Tentacles? Orcs must beat the CMD to escape, not CMB. CMD is 10 higher, or 28. Check my post after you give your warning that you would soon bot people not on. You seem to have missed both my and Imbukar's posts, or at least never responded to them. I think what happens is if you (or anyone) is typing a response and other posts come in after you start tying you do not notice those posts. Again, this is generic you, and not you specifically.

Black Tentacles are tough to escape from. Its an encounter ending spell. Medium or smaller creatures in general are just not gonna do it. You gotta have strength like Ruul's, or max Escape Artist with high DEX to have much of a chance. Other ways are magic - Freedom of Movement, Dimension Door (my way, but still may require a concentration check), or Liberating Command (a great spell for a spontaneous caster to know) are the three spells the come to mind. Dispel Magic is good too. The Orcs likely have more of a chance that I will roll poorly to maintain the grapple at the start of my turn, than they do of escaping, but I start at 22 CMB to maintain and add a D20 to that to beat their CMD.

Slightly confused about the giant. Is he below zero hit point wise? If so, Imbukar will hit him with Infernal healing to stabilize him.

LOL I'm slightly confused myself. Who is Tolvan? Where did he come from? :P

As for Gurg, I mentioned in Imbukar's deathwatch spoiler that he was down on HP by about 1/3. Nowhere near death.

Round 6. Init 13.

Full attack: defensively, combat expertise, haste, Numair's battle flag.

Third attack given up to deflect auto-attack

Kallistiel flashes her blade at the nearby bear twice more, thusting deep into it's side, while trying to deflect the spikes.

Use Snake Style against first attack.
Use Crane Wing to deflect first successful attack.

Both attacks hit, which provokes 2 AoO:

Auto 1, AC 33: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (8) + 11 = 19 Miss

Auto 2, AC 26: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (7) + 11 = 18 Miss as well.

Round 6

Elen will cackle (unless all the misfortunate bears are dead by her turn) and then ready an action, Slumber on any other threat, unless it is immune to sleep, in which case Misfortune.

Duly noted, no other threats (except maybe the Usurer...)

Numair moves around to flank the bear that is still attacking Kalli, healing himself as he goes, and slashes at it to get its attention.

He keeps one eye on the Usurer, unsure what his intentions are.

What do you think? Human Expert (blacksmith)

The Usurer saw what was coming up the street, noticing how everyone just sort of...disappeared. He had heard about this kind of thing happening, in other times, other places. He also knew what would happen next. Sure enough, out came the new people, it was almost as if in some kind of play, a script, the playwrights called it. Most of the new people came out of the boarding house, the Usurer took note of who came out, and more importantly, who decided to stay out of the fight. He took little notice of the battle over the next few seconds, he was holding an orange-hot horseshoe by a pair of tongs that needed mending.

A bit after the first swing of his hammer, he heard a sound. He recognized it as a sound that an animal makes after smelling a skunk, or something similar. He looked up, and saw a goblin bear, starting to run. One of Mama's, he wondered briefly. Then he saw that the goblin bear was running straight towards his house, even him. He stepped forward, away from the cooling horseshoe and tongs, now fallen to the ground. He sees the bear charging him. That's when he strikes.

Fort v. Spell: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (4) + 12 = 16
Will v. Spell: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (13) + 3 = 16

In almost a blink, the large, crazed bear transforms into...a small house cat, maybe a little larger than both hands put back together. It looks around in confusion before beginning to bathe itself. Satisfied, the Usurer walks back to his workshop, picks up the tongs and horseshoe, and begins blowing the dust and dirt that has clung to the still hot shoe.
