Foxy do you want me to roll for our crew's archers each round?
Besmara __
As the silken sails are the color and pattern of an overcast cloudy day the ship is hard to see. Especially if no one pays attention. Besmara orders Chay to cast a silent image to cover the hull of the ship at least partly.
The course set is directly after and about 500 feet past the two ships. Just when on the same height Besmara orders a turn left directly on collision.
Profession(Sailor): 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (2) + 15 = 17
Estelle Numbduster
Once the ships are close enough and Estelle is now larger she will throw her grappling hook and start to pull the ships together.
Fist crash: 1d20 + 10 + 2 ⇒ (13) + 10 + 2 = 252d6 + 5 + 2 ⇒ (6, 6) + 5 + 2 = 19 1d4 bleed
GM Foxy
Sneak attack once you're within 30feet ;)
Everyone is busy and doesn't notice the ship approaching. Once they close in they notice it but as the Kraken turns it is too late for them to get away. But they reply the fire with four ballistas.
The barrage of arrows hinders them further to get away. There is nothing to tie down as the Kraken crashes into the side of the Chelaxian ship with the ram at the bow. Which swipes most of the people off their feet.
The fight will be mostly between player characters and the six Chelaxian Marines.

Estelle jumps over to the other ship, fist first into the face of one of the marines (1). That one stumbles back and as he bleeds he topples over.
Initiative is only to see if you jump into a readied attack or not.
Besmara __
Besmara casts returning weapon two times as a preparation and hands the wheel to Jarrus before going to the front of the ship.
Jumping over she deems unnecessary and starts throwing daggers.
Dagger: 1d20 + 12 - 2 ⇒ (19) + 12 - 2 = 291d4 + 2 + 4 ⇒ (3) + 2 + 4 = 9

Lito keeps he song that seems to make the fog disappear for his crew.
Song of Fiery Gaze (Round 5/14)
Then Lito points at the marine fighting Noonan and barks: Laugh!
casts hideous laughter (DC 15) on that marine
GM Foxy
With two down and one laughing his ass off the remaining three attack the ones that made it over to the Famished Mane.

Attack Noonan: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (12) + 5 = 171d6 + 3 ⇒ (5) + 3 = 81d100 ⇒ 31
Attack E or N: 1d2 ⇒ 11d20 + 5 ⇒ (11) + 5 = 16
Two of them hit their target. But that is probably nothing that impresses these two. In the background the rest of the Chelaxian Crew hides from the arrows that seem to be strangely on target taking the heavy fog that covers everything into account.
Estelle Numbduster
the 16 hits as well, giant sized
Estelle will lash out again, smiling he big smile the whole time.

Lito de'Anora
Lito keeps up his song that clears the fog as he looks to the last mariesns that are still up.
Song of Fiery Gaze (round 6/14)
Then he points at the last marine standing and barks at him. Laugh!
Hidious Laughter (will 15) on last standing marine
Estelle Numbduster
Estelle looks at Chay
"Dismiss yer magic, I needin' ta be regular size again."
Besmara __
Besmara jumps over to the Famished mane. She draws her two short swords and stabs one of the two laughing marines.

"Who said to stop fighting them? No Chelish Marine is going to leave this place alive!"
Lito de'Anora
Lito keeps his song up to allow the others to see as he shoots his bow at the marine now left alone.
They were going to burn the ship to the water!!! You heard the captain, Get them!!!
Shortbow + Shoott from hidden in fog: 1d20 + 5 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 5 + 2 = 8

1d4 Bleed, AC 14 now
Besmara __
Besmara is pleased. "Get their valuables and throw them overboard for Besmara's monsters to feed on."
"And someone get the sailors from the other ship back on deck."
"And now for you dear captain - what's your name. Got something on board that might make me think again about sending your sorry butt to the bottom of the sea too?"
GM Foxy
I missed a little something. The rest of the crew of this ship is over on the other to fight the pirates. There are 20 more of them on the other ship.
As someone checks where the imprisoned pirates are they find instead twenty more of these marines on the Vorsfang that beat up the pirates and locked them in under deck. The Vorsfang starts smoking at bow and stern and the marines start to come back to the Famished Mane.
Now you're waiting on them and get a readied attack. There is about four of them for every of the characters. But our crew will keep them at bay for a while that we're not immediately surrounded. Rip and tear!
Trytton
Fire Fighting: 10d6 ⇒ (2, 2, 3, 3, 6, 1, 1, 5, 2, 3) = 28

Fire Fighting: 10d6 ⇒ (3, 2, 6, 4, 1, 5, 5, 6, 5, 2) = 39
12 hits on fire, One fire is put out
Trytton spends the next 4 rounds pulling water from the waves to create a wall of water on the deck that he then lets collapse to quench the fire.
GM Foxy
If you want to do that on a regular basis you should consider taking the cleave/greater cleave feat chain. Also at such bad damage rolls I would also rage ;)
Noonan hits one of the marines and draws the attention of many of them on him.
Cutlass: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (1) + 5 = 6
Cutlass: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (15) + 5 = 201d100 ⇒ 7

Confirm: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (9) + 5 = 141d6 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5
Besmara __
"Not one of them...cough, cough" Besmara tries to intimidate the Chelish guys, but a fly flies into her throat. And so she lets her Swords speak.
Short Sword: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (7) + 12 = 191d6 + 4 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 4 + 2 = 11
Short Sword: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (8) + 12 = 201d6 + 4 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 4 + 2 = 9
I'll take three for now.
GM Foxy
I'll keep three for Estelle.
Attacks Marines DC 80: 10d100 ⇒ (3, 4, 64, 81, 80, 99, 35, 34, 71, 75) = 546
Attacks Pirates DC 99: 50d100 ⇒ (47, 18, 45, 38, 19, 61, 43, 4, 87, 83, 12, 96, 84, 31, 97, 62, 4, 23, 62, 39, 55, 75, 23, 3, 96, 37, 80, 6, 14, 58, 63, 50, 92, 14, 65, 72, 19, 54, 8, 63, 39, 23, 12, 30, 32, 32, 4, 46, 68, 28) = 2216
As the fight ensues it becomes clear why the Chelish Forces are feared by pirates. Even though they are outnumbered by far they manage to drop three Pirates while not a single one of them goes down.
Lito de'Anora
Keep pressing them boys!
Lito keeps up the chant that clears the fog away from his crews eyes.
Song of fiery gaze (Round 7/16)
Then he focuses and tries to find a spot that has the most Marines without any of his companions and blanket the area with Glitterdust.
Will 16 or blind in 10' radius burst. If possible he try to get at least some of the guys attacking or closing on Noonan.
Estelle Numbduster
Estelle alters her stance to fight the on coming Marines.
