"Looks empty." Besmara replies.

Male Gillman Water Kineticist 2 ____ 34 HP

Trytton has spent the last days within the harbor. It is nice to be able to just lounge in the water once again. "If it is sinking there is a reason why. Chances of an accident here?"

Female Human Pirate (7) AC19/14/15, FRW+7/+9/+4, Ini+6, Perc+12, Sail+13

"What the... let's check on it." Besmara replies and turns the wheel bringing the Kraken alongside. "Who goes checking if there is something of worth?"

Male Gillman Water Kineticist 2 ____ 34 HP

"Man the weapons." Trytton says as he doves overboard and heads to the ship

Narrator

As the Kraken comes close, it is easily see a breach in the hull on the port side just above the waterline, and the waves are slowly swamping the ship. The davits that held a small dinghy at the stern are empty, indicating that the crew abandoned ship. There are no signs of damage or battle other than the breach in the hull.

Trytton:
you notice the shape of a dinghy deep underwater, slowly sinking.

Male Gillman Water Kineticist 2 ____ 34 HP

Trytton quickly dives after the dinghy looking for people

Narrator

Trytton:
Someone hacked a hole in the dingy. No people here.

Male Gillman Water Kineticist 2 ____ 34 HP

Lito doesn't jump in yet but starts yelling out advice to get the others coordinated in the water.
Inspire courage +2 (round 1/15)

Chay hearing the commission walks over to the side of the deck and looks to see what's going on.
Oh, more Sharkmen. Should we capture one of them so we can find out where their base is?

As he says this he begins to cast a spell.

Narrator

And so the last sharkman is beyond interrogation and sinking to the ground.

Investigation of the ship shows it's just a fish trawler. All the crew lies dead in the hold. Besides that only half a catch is in the net that is still out in the sea.

Channel 2/9 G.AngelAspect,Shield of Faith(+4 AC) Cleric/Rogue 15HP87/112,Init+4,F13R11W17,Per+25,AC24T10FF24

Hmmff...Too late to save. Noonan swims back

Narrator

As all come back up on the Kraken the ship heads further into the Fever Sea. As there is no need to sail at night Besmara orders to go up a wide river for the night. No need to anchor in the open sea with all these sharkmen after them.

As the crew wakes the next morning Turlach sees a Chelaxian Flag over the trees behind the last river bend. The small group sent for scouting comes back with grave news. The mouth of the river is completely dominated by a huge warship named, appropriately enough, Dominator. Atop the rigging of the massive four-masted ship fly the colors of the Empire of Cheliax. It is clear that the heavily armed vessel, with a full company of
armored marines mustered on deck, is a pirate hunter.

And now we are no closer to finding out where they are coming from... hmmph

Chey turns around and heads back down to his workshop where he takes his frustration out by working on his current project, Corafting replacement Balista bolts:

Craft Siege engine: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (9) + 8 = 17

But he is too frustrated to do it right I think, so he is below deck when the crew spots the next ship

"Well cap'n, our pirate days might be numbered. Think we can give em' the slip and out run em?"

Estelle cracks her knuckles and loosens her muscles.

Male Gillman Water Kineticist 2 ____ 34 HP

"I Might be able to destroy their rudder without them realizing."

Female Human Pirate (7) AC19/14/15, FRW+7/+9/+4, Ini+6, Perc+12, Sail+13

Besmara gets shining eyes. "Can I have that ship please? What does it take to remove these awful Chelaxians from it?" She sighs and looks absent-minded. Besmara - Dominatrix of the sea!

"But realistically damaging their rudder and make a run for it is our best option."

Male Gillman Water Kineticist 2 ____ 34 HP

"I could potentially try to destroy their siege engines as well, that will take a while though."

Female Human Pirate (7) AC19/14/15, FRW+7/+9/+4, Ini+6, Perc+12, Sail+13

"That would not be helpful. I want the ship with the heavy weapons. And even then they have a company of marines. From what I saw with the marines of the Famished Mane we're not up to fighting that much of them." Besmara replies.

Channel 2/9 G.AngelAspect,Shield of Faith(+4 AC) Cleric/Rogue 15HP87/112,Init+4,F13R11W17,Per+25,AC24T10FF24

Punch holes in hull? Pluck drop alchemist fire on sails?

What we really need is for the Sahaguin to attack that ship so both those threats could be weakened. Anyone got any idea how to get that to happen?

Or if not that maybe we can draw the ship off. Maybe we can give them the idea of a pirate attack elsewhere and then run when they go to investigate?

Estelle looks ready for a fight.

Female Human Pirate (7) AC19/14/15, FRW+7/+9/+4, Ini+6, Perc+12, Sail+13

"That's it! We offer a sacrifice to Besmara and pray for her to send one of her sea monsters to pluck them off." Besmara smiles looking for Sandara.

And then Cthulu raises from the deep waters to take the Dominator with him, sending them all to insanity. Elder God - Sea Monster; Same difference, isn't it?

Channel 2/9 G.AngelAspect,Shield of Faith(+4 AC) Cleric/Rogue 15HP87/112,Init+4,F13R11W17,Per+25,AC24T10FF24

Female Human Cleric of Besmara (3)

"No." Sandara replies.

Female Human Pirate (7) AC19/14/15, FRW+7/+9/+4, Ini+6, Perc+12, Sail+13

"Spoilsport. All pirates on their positions. Trytton - break their rudder. We'll make a run for it. Pluck you report back when Trytton is done." Besmara commands - the disappointment clearly showing.

Male Gillman Water Kineticist 2 ____ 34 HP

"It would be best with a saw." he says

Female Human Pirate (7) AC19/14/15, FRW+7/+9/+4, Ini+6, Perc+12, Sail+13
