Kenji takes the full sickening force of the unholy spell. But lays hands upon his burns and injuries to recover most of it. He still will suffer the after effects even as he grows to large size.
Lubella dodges the brunt of the blast, and avoids the sickness.
She is able to tell this flying creature is a Erinyes, and a strong one at that Kn:Planes DC19 - so she gets one question/resistances/special etc
From their new position to the north, the pair can see the knight and mount appear to have lifted off and flew to the south.
