This is looking great. What climates will be be adventuring in, by the way?
Also, I've never done Kingmaker before, but it seems a lot like a country-sized/shaped dungeon crawl/kingdom building campaign. Will there be opportunities to return to Lingshen (to buy stuff, for example)?
there will be plenty of opportunities to journey to Lingshen. When you get your kingdom up and running, you don't need to go there to sell, but you can go there for RP/story reasons.
The general conceit for the AP is a lot of little encounters strewn about the countryside that you uncover... whenever... and a few more crawly places that you get to.. .whenever.. but nothing TOO huge.

Oops, forgot the climate question.
Shenmen is wet. The gazetteer says that "Moss and fungus grow everywhere and the only break from the frequent storms is the endless drizzle." So, I figure that puts in soundly in the tropical monsoon climate. It's hot and humid in the south and eventually becomes cool and damp in the north. There's a pronounced rainy season and then a less rainy season that the locals will affectionately call "dry summer".

It's to bad monks can't flurry with a longsword(jian) I could make a cool sword wielding monk. Kata master/Qinggong monk just seems to be so much awesome.
Just looked this up because I was curious.
the nine-ring broadsword is a monk weapon. so... it's sort of the concept? plus.. nine rings!

I thought there was a feat that allowed you to flurry with longsword? But wouldn't a samurai or just a fighter with all his feats still kick your ass with a sword? he should to be honest.
hmm good question about the feat. i did a quick scan and didn't find it.. but there's TONS of feats, and i am but a simple human.

Exalted Ash and Flamey GM,
Would an inquisitor of the Eternal Emperor be legal? Idea is that he hails from Po Li, but realized that the council of oracles is never going to actually name a new emperor. He looked into things and the king of Lingshen is the obvious choice of the Heavens.
If so, what domains would he have to choose from?

@Samnell... that's an intriguing idea.... I suppose it's possible. Sure. let's go with it.
possible domains are: war, dragon, ancestors, nobility, loyalty
possible inquisitions are: justice, order, persistence, tactics, anger, conversion

Heya GM, so my base character concept that I have down so far is for a Bastard-born (as per the Kingmaker trait) human character. He knows that he has Lingshen noble parentage on his fathers side, however information for this side of his family has been deliberately kept from him his whole life. I'm building on that and will submit the whole character once I'm done fleshing out the backstory concept.
Planning on a frontline melee-centric character - Swashbuckler base with a Paladin 2 dip to provide some synergistic bonuses to shore up some weaknesses of the class.
I have two feat related questions for character building though:
1. Piranha Strike - would you also allow this to be used for other weapons that can be used with Weapon Finesse (rather than just Light weapons)?
2. Deadly Agility - 3rd party feat from Path of War. I understand if you don't want to allow this as per your OP, and can take the Slashing/Fencing Grace route if so. Honestly I just feel that the Paizo feats for Dex to damage are very inflexible and unnecessarily complicated, RL groups I've played with for 3.5/PF have tended to homerule in a feat like this to good effect.

I think this is what you're looking for, from Ultimate Combat...
Feat: Crusader's Flurry
You learned to use your deity's favored weapon as part of your martial arts form.
Prerequisites: Channel energy class feature, flurry of blows class feature, Weapon Focus with your deity's favored melee weapon.
Benefit: You can use your deity's favored weapon as if it were a monk weapon.

@ Mefika: no to both. piranha strike is quite potent when combined with twf and sneak attack.. it's pretty much turning a person into a blender and hitting 'frappe'. And, while a rampaging kitchen utensil will forever be a favorite in the playground of my mind, I think it's awesome lethality is a bit too extreme for this game. And, again, no 3rd party.

I'm trying to sort my Samurai out, if you are allowing an inquisitor of the eternal emperor would you except a Samurai:order of the undying emperor
I was thinking of a celestial group of samurai that had been given to an Emperor centuries ago. Their descendants became aasimar as they bred with humans. their children would still serve the emperor as Samurai to this day. My character's father would have been one, so my character would follow in his footsteps. Or, he would have been forced to become Ronin... Any opinions

Fair enough, though with Swashbuckler it's all sword and shield rather than TWF or sneak attacks. I'll play around with the build I was planning to see if I can afford to up Str to 13 for Power Attack instead of Piranha Strike.

Dotting with my interest, as well. I'm currently in a face to face Kingmaker game that just finished book 3, and a PbP that just started book 1, but I suspect you'll make enough changes that everything will feel new and different. I'm also really into the Kingdom Building part of the game, as I am an avid player of the Civilization series of PC games.
I don't own the Dragon Empires Gazetteer, so I'm going to mainly rely on whatever information is available on the Pathfinder wiki to develop the character. Once I know what I want to make, I'll post again.

Nope, Daikitsu mother of Kitsune. My chosen jobs would be:
Councilor
Grand Diplomat
Spymaster
She is shy and sly but confidant when out and about. Guarded with others that she doesn't trust, but when around those she does trust she's a very out going person who loves to joke. She cares deeply for others, she loves pranks and takes part in them when ever possible.

So, information on the Pathfinder Wiki is rather sparser than I thought. When the Blue Wolves first rode into battle against his enemies, he was startled by the effectiveness of their tactics. Bayanlun was still too young to ride as a warrior, but she and the other Tian La on the edge of adulthood followed, blooding their swords on wounded enemies. That night, Bayanlun's parents came and presented her with her horse, Mori and her bow, Num. She was a woman of the clan, and expected to ride into war alongside the rest.
She fought in two more battles during that campaign, proving herself a skilled and brave warrior. The King, however, was unnerved by the success of his mercenary army. Though they had served well and loyally for ten years, he imagined the danger to his power if they turned against him. He divided them, placing squads of twenty or so as scouts attached to his other armies.
The commander of the army Bayunlun's squad was attached to despised the Tian La as savages, and for two years, he took every opportunity to put them in harm's way. The last time he did so, he nearly achieved his goal, when the squad triggered an ambush by oni. All but one of the Blue Wolves was killed, and Bayanlun only survived because Mori carried her safely from the battlefield.
With no unit to serve with, Bayanlun left the army. The commander of her unit was so glad to be rid of the mercenaries that he allowed her to leave with honor. She had heard rumors of what was happening in Yan province, so she rode that way, thinking she could be useful.
She does not seek to claim the whole of the territory for her clan, but to establish her clan as an equal, vital part of the society that grows there, rather than as expendable tools. She'll be able to work with a diverse party.
For her role in the Kingdom, Marshall seems ideal. Looking at the preferred stats, she would also be suited for Assassin or Spymaster stat-wise, but her story doesn't lend itself so much to assassin or spymaster. She (not knowing what the Player's Guide says) would also be likely to consider General or Warden.
In order: Marshall (by a long shot) Warden, Assassin.

What would be suitable favoured enemy choices for rangers, please?
Also, options for Noble born campaign trait- will you only be changing the family names, or the bonuses as well?
I assume brigand is unsuitable for such model citizens : )
Good choices for favored enemies: humans, monstrous humanoid, kami, undead, oni, giant, fey (there are a bunch of evil fey in Shenmen), vermin, animal, magical beast, plant.. there are probably more, but those are the ones i can think of off the top of my head

Rereading this concept, it has actually grown on me, and I think it would be cool to give it a shot.
Would a kobold gunslinger be reaching a bit much? I know it's not on the list, but nagaji were, so I was curious if you'd be willing to let one of the little reptiles in.
In this case, he'd be from the Stolen Lands and a member of his tribe, the LN Powderbreath tribe, who are extremely industrious, hard-working, and would be willing to cooperate with the settlers in exchange for some privileges in the new kingdom and protection for the tribe. Only a select few Powderbreaths can learn to wield firearms (they're good with black powder, not so much in using it with firearms), and they engage in hit-and-run tactics and ambushes before tunneling underground to safety.
If not, I understand, but I thought it couldn't hurt to ask.

Added some more to the background. I think everything else is more or less in order. Let me know if there's anything I missed or if you need more information about anything!

Super! Glad to have you aboard the interest wagon! And, you're right, the kobold is a super-keen concept. But, kobolds aren't on the list. I think it could still work with a different race, though.

Ok here is the fluff for Jin, the Nagaji Two-handed Fighter.
Jin was born and raised in the armies of the Naga queens of his native home. Trained from birth to be a warrior, he was trained in the use of heavy armor and the no-dachi. When he was old enough, he and his company were sent north to the Empire of Lingshen to strengthen the bonds between the two nations.
As luck would have it, his company was attacked on route to their first posting and all but Jin were killed. When he arrived with the news, the company commander blamed the lone nagaji for the loss of the troops and for the next 2 years forced the poor fellow to complete the most dangerous and menial jobs around the camp. When his time was up, Jin decided not to return to his homeland, but rather take up the job as mercenary but again bad fortune shone down on the hapless nagaji and he fell in with a group of bandits.
Thinking he had joined a mercenary band, the unknowing warrior spent a year with these bandits, striking at various caravans and small villages. Their leader was an ex-captain from the regular army, and so played up the mercenary story to keep the nagaji under his control. It was a fluke that Jin went into a local town where he saw the wanted posted describing his band, and especially himself. He went directly to the local magistrate and turned himself in, explaining what had happened. He did not ask for any leniency for himself, and promised to help capture the rest of the band. An ambush was setup and Jin slew his old “captain” as the fellow attempted to escape.
The magistrate was impressed with the young nagaji, and although he was guilty of the crime of banditry, decided not to have him killed or sold off into slavery. Instead he asked Jin what a fit punishment would be. Aster some thought, Jin replied that he had wronged the people of this province, so his life should be dedicated in serving them.
For the last 5 years, Jin has faithfully assisted the people of the province. From helping in the rice fields, to improving roads and irrigation ditches, to fighting bandits, the nagaji has roamed the lands trying to right the wrongs he caused.
It was no surprise, then, that he received a summons to the magistrate office.
Jin has very dark scales, a dark blue-black in color, but with a silver sheen along their edges. He stands almost 7 feet tall, and must weigh close to 400 pounds. His clothes and weapons are all in good condition, if a little worn. He is quiet most of the time, and usually seems unapproachable, but this is something of a front. Not understanding some of the more subtle ways of humans, he fears saying or doing the wrong thing, so usually stays quiet. Once one gets to know him, however, they find a warm, loyal friend willing to lay down his life for his ideas and honor.
General, Marshal or Warden would best suit Jin. He would most likely start off in either the Warden or Marshal's position, then gain the experience to become a general.

A far as AP traits can we alter "Bastard" or "Sword Scion" to reflect a Ronin?
Instead of being born outside of nobility; his father, to protect his family, will commit ritual suicide, his mother and sister become servants and he is sent to a monastery without family name or clan. His long term goal is to bring justice to his fathers/families name, along with freeing his family and reacquiring his fathers possessions.
If we cannot do "bastard" (it would be my first choice) because the story is too much of a stretch or because he is Aasimar; I would like to alter "Sword Scion" to fit.
If neither work he will take "Noble Born." and use the chart you posted.

Yes to all three choices.
| Illamin Akemichi II |
It was soon determined that an old family curse by the gods and spirits of the moon had affected him from birth, but as such he had been given powerful divine gifts in return. He became more feared, and people began to grow suspicious of him, only a few sticking to his side. The samurai who occasionally came to the settlement to inspect it heard and questioned Illamin. Illamin disliked these samurai, for though he was as honorable as the next man if not slightly more so, he found the samurai a bit too focused on their honor, over looking the other things. Namely: Life, and sometimes respect for other living things. Instead of being strung up or punished, someone higher up the ladder had decided to harness his power, and Illamin was given a charter detailing Lord Huang's will. Five years later, at age twenty-two, Illamin came of age in his community, and, as a journeyman priest and adventurer, found himself in Huang's court awaiting his departure for the unknown lands.
Part of his curse led to his resentment of Tsukiyo, the moon god, but another part of him was in deep awe and gratitude. He came to respect the god who granted him his powers, eventually joining Tsukiyo's church. This was also brought about by a narrow escape from a rockslide when he was nine, as he was rescued by a wandering Tsukiyan priest. To this day, he maintains his deitiy's code, wears jade jewelry, and fights with his blessed longspear. Without the moon god and religion, Illamin would not be nearly the same this day: Dead, for example.
Illamin's personal goal is, when he attempts to bring civilization to the unknown, to make a system reform. In these lands, he would have honor among all classes and he would have nobility, and it would not be as feudal a system as his old home. He would also like every member of the new society to be trained in a useful practice, be it mundane or magical, and have their skills implemented within the community. He would also prefer to convert whatever evils he may find instead of killing them, if possible (excluding inherently evil creatures such as fiends and evil undead).

I am interested, but I'd like to know more about your style. I prefer lengthy posts and in-depth character exploration. Play-by-post is the best format to truly roleplay and to explore characters. Do you have any excerpts from your PBEM games that I could use to get an idea of your posting and writing style?

I am in the same boat of Zahir ibn Mahmoud ibn Jothan. I have GMed Kingmaker (actually we are currently playing the last part of the last module) so I know that adventure plot and events.
You version of the adventure will change the story enough that that will not be a problem?
If the reply is yes, I would think_
- a magus (I love characters that can do a bit of everything);
- roles: magister or general (magister first, in a shogun maker campaign I will absolutely take crafting feats);
- Samsaran (I love the idea of reincarnation) with the Mystic Past Life (Su) alternate trait if allowed (very powerful, so I want GM input, especially about what classes are open for poaching);
- he will be a spiritual character that vaguely remember being taught his abilities by a tao master [or appropriate equivalent] in a past life,
- he will search for enlightenment [becoming an evangelist later on, if we can find an appropriate obedience].
It will not be the best magus at all, I am not a good optimizer, but it will be fun and full of possibilities.
Give me an opinion if that character has some possibilities, please.

I'd really like to join up if there's still space! My basic concept is an old (not yet venerable) Tengu shaman (primary heavens) whose spends most of time taking care of the young, the sick or old of his people, and even those outsiders not too proud to accept an old birds help.
His motives are to carve a home for himself and his people in this new frontier and to prove the noble and stalwart heart that lies hidden within every Tengu (yes he's a bit of a idealist).
I kinda suspect he'd take a Counciler or a High Priest role. Just gotta think of a fitting campaign trait.

I am interested, but I'd like to know more about your style. I prefer lengthy posts and in-depth character exploration. Play-by-post is the best format to truly roleplay and to explore characters. Do you have any excerpts from your PBEM games that I could use to get an idea of your posting and writing style?
@DM Barcas: fair enough
They're a bit on the long side, though.
Pipe smoke hangs heavy in the air, clinging to the rafters and glowing faintly in the noontime light. Unlit lanterns hang from rough cut timbers supporting the second floor. Oak kegs of stout ale and strong beer lay propped up behind the bar. Several patrons-- sellswords, merchant's guards, and local adventurers, mostly--whisper animatedly to each other over flagons of ale and bowls of the Dragon's famous smoked ham and sorrel porridge about the fireworks bursting over Brinestump Marsh to the south. Snippets of conversation float from the tables:
"...they're at it again...."
"...another caravan last night..."
"... no survivors..."
"... Did you hear about the Green Mountain Boys?"
"... Left three days ago, no sign since."
"...Something's got to be done."
Barmaids winding their ways about the tables replace flagons and bowls while Ameiko, the tavern's owner, lightly strums on her samisen from her stage at the back of the room. The patrons keep quiet so her music can be heard, but largely ignore her for the local gossip of the day. She doesn't appear to mind. Everyone knows that lunch is when Ameiko plays 'to keep her skills up' and that she 'saves the real stuff' for dinner'. An impressively muscled man in chain mail with an equally imposing spear strapped to his back beneath a large round wooden shield laughs boisterously with his fellows at a table nearest to the dragon bone mantel of the fireplace.
The namesake of the inn, the mantel is made from a single iron bound femur from a dragon several decades dead. The Rusty Dragon has always been a port of safe harbor for adventurers and heroes, including its owners. The founder, Daelric Pendrag, a paladin of Iomedae and foreigner, built the Rusty Dragon shortly after the town's founding. Placing the dragon bone as the mantelpiece and telling any the tale of how he slew the beast single-handed (literally, Daelric had lost his left hand in an earlier confrontation with a wight) while his compatriots lay on the floor near death from its foul breath. He died a few years later, and the inn passed from owner to owner, always those with a thirst for danger and wanderlust in their hearts. Ameiko, the current owner, has kept that tradition alive. She left town several years ago to go on her own adventurers to make a story worth the telling. She returned two years later with Sandru Vhiski, local caravaneer and brother to Jubrayl, and wagons filled with treasure. She immediately bought and refurbished the Rusty Dragon its aging owner and restored the tradition of the "Hero's Board"--a sort of jobs listing for bounties, lost treasures, known unexplored ruins, and the such. Just the kind of thing to attract the right clientele to an adventurer's hangout.
The large man, Ulfen judging by his garb and the braids in his beard and hair, slaps his companions' backs: a craggy one-eyed dwarf with a rather severe looking eye patch glaring from beneath a studded helmet and a petite woman barely taller than the dwarf who is constantly wiping at her face as the Ulfen warrior and dwarf talk. The Ulfen man stands and stomps towards the "Adventurer's board" posted near the stairs leading to the second floor. He traces his finger across one of the papers posted, his mouth moving slightly as though he were sounding out the words. The listing clearly reads: "Goblin ear bounty: 3 gold crowns for every pair of goblin ears. Concerned parties meet in the back." Underneath the large heading, are a few short lines that are too small to make out from the entryway. The warrior thumps the paper once, shakes his head 'no' and stomps back to his compatriots.
<This is your queue to do your thing, guys.>
Sheriff Hemlock blushes at Halpaeril's jest and the elf is easily reminded of the man as a youth just discovering girls (or the way he acts around Kaye Tesarani the proprietress of the Pixie's Kitten). "Yes.. uh.. well.. Aw geez Hal.... That's just.." He shakes himself and glares murder at the elf. Ameiko, for her part, hides a small chuckle.
"That's great, Zad. I know you'll do a great job getting rid of those goblins." Ameiko sends him an affectionate smile. Ameiko's always been nice to Zad. She's always given him a free meat pie and a flagon of ale whenever he comes by tRust Dragon. And, she'll always play a song for him, no matter how busy she is. She leans against the wall behind Sheriff Hemlock and sends a shrug towards Isaac. "I really can't say what's wrong with that Ulfen. Maybe, he's just a jerk? You don't have to be nice to be an adventurer, just a bit crazy, or good with a sword. Or both." She grins and nudges Sheriff Hemlock again. "I don't question them, I just take their gold and give 'em food." She grins wickedly. "I'm pretty sure his group's staying the nigh, though. They might just find their stay less than satisfactory. I can live without their coin again." She grins again. "You can't cure stupid, but you can sure make it uncomfortable."
Sheriff Hemlock harrumphs loudly. "Those three have been pains in my ass since they came in a week ago. Always looking at people, picking fights. The dwarf started something with Gorvis, and I've had no small amount of headache dealing with the rubbish piling up on High Street. Anything you can do to make their lives as miserable as mine is will be just great."
"Kaye giving you a hard time again, Belor?"
The Sheriff nods morosely. "How was I supposed to know she's allergic to daisies? And I picked them fresh..." He blanches and clamps his mouth shut, shooting the bard a murderous glare.
"Heh, well.. they're not the problem. The goblins are. They have these fireworks, we don't know how they've gotten them no merchant's been carrying them, and the ones we have for festival have been locked up tight. So, they're getting them from somewhere. They let the things off near a caravan and startle the horses so much they tip the whole thing over. Then, they rush in and grab what they can, kill whoever gets in their way, and then rush off back into the Brinestump.* Caravans have stopped coming. And, well.. it's just bad for the town. So I..."
"We," Sheriff Hemlock steps in, hand on the hilt of his longsword in that way he has when he's trying to remind himself he's the Sheriff of the town. "We decided that we should reinstate the goblin bounty. You know the stuff from the board. But, I like you guys, so we'll give you a hint we aren't giving the others. They're coming out of the Brinestump. I send the boys down myself, but with that Ulfen causing ruckus with Gorvis and Jubrayl's boys acting up again, I've got more than I can handle."
Ameiko nods. "And, really, no one would care about a bunch of goblins in Brinestump, the place is a fetid mess, with nothing of value. Other than old Walthus Proudstump, and Mad Magus, no one but a few fishermen even go there. That's probably why the goblins have been become so brave and numerous." She pauses for a moment and then perks up. "No one knows where the goblins' village is, but Old Walthus probably does. That coot calls himself the warden of that swamp, and if anyone knows where the goblins are hiding out. You might want to find him out first, along the New Fish Trail."
The group assembles in front of the Rusty Dragon Inn and heads south along the Lost Coast Road. The road is old and well-used. Although it's well-maintained, it still bears the ruts and furrows worn into the hard-packed earth by the hooves and wheels of countless caravans heading north to Riddleport and beyond to the Lands of the Linnorm Kings. The road winds along the coast, wedged between the Pyre on the coast, and the steep foothills that lead up to the plateau forming the Devil's Platter. An hour later, and the road makes its way across the swath of grass and sedge called Ashen Moor. There, Rain's keen eyes spot the start of what locals call the New Fish Trail. The Old Fist Trail starts somewhat farther down towards the end of Ashen Moor and the start of Ashen Rise. In the distance, you can make out the far end Brinestump swamp; rather the 40-feet tall cliff face that rises from the swamp up to form Bleaklow Moor to the south--the home of the sinister Foxglove Manor.
The trail meanders through the moor, twisting and winding about hillocks of peat moss crowned by tall grasses, sedges, and rush. Wild flowers, lavender and heather mostly, with a healthy sprinkling of lady's slippers and daisies. Eventually the trail begins to grow wetter, and the hillocks of peat become more islets rising above muck. Shrubs of bracken and cowberry grow denser and taller until they become trees of dense eucalyptus, sprawling cypress, twisted willow, and gnarled oak tangled about with stinging nettles, reeds, and creeper.
Somewhere in the distance, an animal shrieks in pain and then is quickly silenced. A shadow of bats fly over head, their black bodies blocking what little sun penetrates the dense canopy overhead. Everywhere, there is the fetid stink of the bog, and a growing stickiness as the air becomes thick with water and insects. Everyone's clothes are instantly plastered to their skin, and moisture drips from your hair, although there isn't a cloud in the sky.
The birds and butterflies of the moors are replaced by a preternatural hush. The underbrush rustles as snakes and lizards dart from underneath sodden logs and drooping leaves. Hanging beards of Mwangi fur* and vines cloud the path from all sides, obscuring your vision, even as the muck of the swamp pulls at your feet.^
Mercifully, a brdige crosses the sluggish water% and gives your sodden feet a mild reprieve, although the dense vines and undergrowth still pull at your feet. This hillock is a bit larger than most, and as you round a bend, the sounds of high pitched arguing pierce the silence of the swamp. Six goblins bicker over the corpses of two men and the prone body of a third. They look up and start to shriek.
* It's Spanish moss, but there's no Spain in Golarion to give it that name. Mwangi though is pretty evocative though Yay happy big jungle place
^ movement is now at 3/4 speed on the trail. If you want to go off the trail, 1/4 speed.
%The water in the area is about 5' deep, perfect for swimming, but not for diving.
OOC:
Initiative:
Isaac: 22
Zad: 20
Hal: 5
Elber: 27
Rain: 11
Goblin: 23
Elber moves forward, the undergrowth and vines that clog the path seem to part around him as he walks. He comes to the edge of the island, slipping out his sling as he does. The leather strap whirls in the air, humming briefly as he cuts loose a single bullet the flies with deadly accuracy towards the overblown head of one of the goblins. The goblin's head explodes in a shower of brains and blood and the thing falls dead to the ground.
Two of the goblins scream in fury and charge with chitterring laughter swinging the rusted and pitted short swords in wild lunges. The druid dodges both swings easily. The other three goblins launch arrows at the poor druid. One arrow sinks into the druid's leg score a shallow but painful wound while the others splash harmlessly into the turbid waters behind him.
I kind of got spoiler happy, but figgered i'd be thorough. This from early on in my Jade Regent game, that's been going on for 3 years, now. Are these what you're looking for?

Thinking of submitting a Wizard or Witch and was wondering if there are any familiars you think are especially suited to an eastern campaign.
@Opal Windsong: naw, anything's good. If you want, we can flavor-text something to fit what you're looking for. Like, instead of a fox, we could call it a tanuki (raccoon dog). Or, instead of a dodo bird, we call it a crane. those are just spit-balling ideas, nothing actual set in stone. so long as the creatures are similar, the stats wouldn't change, just the appearance.

- a magus (I love characters that can do a bit of everything);

Give me an opinion if that character has some possibilities, please.
@Diego Rossi:
1) i *hope* things are changed enough to be different, but some things will stay the same just to keep things coherent. i'm changing most of the encounters in some way, and the order you do things in is entirely up to you players.2) the character concept sounds fine as is, and you can use the racial trait as written. so, all classes are available.
3) i think the best equivalent of Tao would be sangpotshi from the Dragon Empires Gazetteer

There's tons of space! I'm not closing submissions until FRiday

Precisely. I will submit a character. I would like the Ruler position, and will submit a high-Charisma character. The first idea I am kicking around is a summoner (maybe even a synthesist) of some royal/noble bloodline, with an imperial dragon eidolon.
