Going to try and take control of the vehicle the goons are trying to put the girl in...not sure what that might be, but I will roll to hack on the fly to gain control..

Isn't shooting limited by the accuracy of the weapon? Not your physical limit? Or do they both count? Not that it really matters in this case as I knocked the guy out...

dont really have a map but i am picturing some cars between the party and the enemy. I want to be in a position of relative cover from enemy fire but able to attack anyone that should charge at the party. prepping the whip takes my "standard action" though.

Are you sure? Pg 160: "Wound modifiers are applied directly to the character’s Initiative attribute. These changes are made immediately after the injury occurs and can af- fect the initiative order even within the same Initiative Pass. These changes do not allow the character to act again; they simply change their Initiative score."

I read that as changing the 9 to a 7

That would make my initiative 17 (9+3+5) then I guess.
