Meanwhile, Sen charges out into the surf, but her slight elven frame is buffeted back by a high wave and slammed against a reef, fortunately saved by her tough leather armor from being cut open on the jagged coral.

Nergui |

I burn one of my spells (Jury-rig) to add double range to my gun (with a +1 to hit) and burn a grit point to use Deadeye (touch AC attack up to 60 ft range) to hit a crab thingy
1d20+5= 7 (yes I rolled a 2, my luck sucks today)
So I use Black Powder Bravado and re-roll (once per day)
Which ended up a 9 (yes I rolled a 4 the second time darn it)
Tom says I should put down damage just in case cause it's touch attack and got a grand spanking 4 pts. I go now to bury my dice. In cat litter. Stupid things.

A crack of unnatural thunder joins the storm as Nergui takes aim and discharges her strange weapon. The bullet fails to find a target, but the explosion from her gun attracts the other reefclaw still menacing the survivors in the water. It turns towards the shore where Isaias and Nergui are, with Sen barring its path.

Moving back to the top of the round: one reefclaw is in the water and looking like it wants to attack Isaias and Nergui on the shore, but Sen is in waist-deep water in its way. Eijiro is on the ship, still facing two reefclaws, while Nagamasa is dangling from the railing of the deck. Several survivors have been helped to shore or are in the process of being rescued; you can see what looks like one more struggling person out in the water.

IsaiasYonatan |

Isaias moves to the side, through the water, to get a better shot at the reefclaw (and to avoid) hitting Sen. He continues to give directions to the rescuers and survivors that don't have darkvision so they can avoid debris and reefclaws in the water.
Attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (8) + 5 = 13
Damage: 1d8 ⇒ 8

LoLCthulhu |

Isaias' shot glances off the shell of the looming monster and sinks into the sea. Fortunately, while not doing any damage, it appears to distract the reefclaw enough that it swings its claw over Sen's head, rather than through it.
Meanwhile, both reefclaws on the ship lunge at Eijiro, but he expertly parries one of their attacks into the path of the other, thwarting them both.

Eijiro |

Eijiro glances around the battlefield and grumbles to himself before spearing at the nearest reefclaw again.
Attack!: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (18) + 8 = 261d10 + 7 ⇒ (2) + 7 = 9
Eijiro checks his bonds again and looks around at the ship, focusing on what his probable path back to the aft castle would be.

LoLCthulhu |

Eijiro's brutal attack digs deep into the flesh of the reefclaw that previously wounded him, drawing a gurgle of pain from the creature as dark blood sprays across the deck. The creature staggers but stays on its feet.
The main deck of the ship is awash with waves, with many of the hatches having been torn open. Crossing it would be an act of precarious acrobatics. Alternatively, a daring adventurer could try to snag one of the shredded sails or rigging ropes crackling in the wind and swing across.

Marasmodea |
Sen sees the reefcrawler coming toward her and rapidly calculates her odds of escaping. They're dismal, so she grits her teeth and draws her dagger, hoping she can keep the thing busy long enough for one of her newfound friends to see her and possibly lend her aid. She thinks to herself, "This, this is why I should never let a night's prior success go to my head. Upside is, dear papa will never live down the shame if I die in the water, shredded by an overgrown crustacean."
Attack: 12 (1d20) + 0 (str mod) + 1 (base attack bonus) -4 (fighting defensively) = 9
Damage (if she even hits, which is laughable): 3 (1d4) + 0 (str mod)= 3

LoLCthulhu |

Sen slashes at the reefclaw, calculating her blows to hold the beast's attention and keep its claws off her rather than lunging for a chink in its shell. Her blade dances across the slime-slicked carapace, eliciting a roar of frustration from the reefclaw as it gives up on reaching the shoreline and focuses on the antagonistic rogue.
