Sigh. Even squeezing and staggered, the ettin's AC probably isn't bad enough for me to hit with an oversized exotic weapon when I roll a 5.

It's the same tight corridor and you've got the dog and Criek in front of you now. So no unfortunately. It's just a very very constrained fight this time the way its worked out.

Apparently I need to figure out how to get out of your way?
You might have been able to move past the orc, but the Ettin is squeezed into the corridor and there's just no way around her. Even withdrawing would be hard to do since you've got a very damaged dog just standing there. Maybe if Sharae had reach then you could do something.

I could definitely go with the hard light shield - but I'm not precious about it if anyone else wants some hard light fun and games... as to the dagger, Sharae will probably just keep to her rapier :)

Is the icy burst dagger +1?
We're using ABP so no +1 weapons, they just have magical qualities and it detracts from your inherent weapon attunement to use the magical quality.

Updated the map, three quarters of the way down the stone ramp a passageway opens to some caves to the north. To the south of where the fight happened a narrow corridor heads deeper in.

On the map, I'm a little disoriented. We're in the bit in the lower left corner, right? How did we get there? Did we go west from the Xill's room (which is the middle of the left edge of the big map, right?), or did we go east through the little tunnel on the east edge of the map?

Criek the bottom map is EAST of the big map in the middle. So The shrine was in the top left (North West) of the big middle map and then you met the Xill when you headed East to the long cavern. The small passage that leads east of it is the same as the western edge of the bottom map.
Now you're at the mouth of the final cavern under the girders and Hellion is on the reinforced bit of it which is basically a drill.

Also Sharae, are you fine with firing beyond your first range increment? Hellion is sixty feet away and your zero pistol has a 50 foot range. It'd be at -2. (Though still touch I think. Tech pistols don't have the same limitation on touch attacks that emerging guns have I'm pretty sure)

Thanks boss... it's more that I hadn't gone back through to mark the spells as unised rather than trying to retcon a load of spells I wouldn't otherwise have used!!! But yeah, point taken...
