Unfortunately we're too low-level... I can't summon elementals yet :( and my blasts deal physical damage, not energy damage.

After giving the mold several blasts, Dommer realizes he'll be at it for some time. His strikes make a difference, but the mold is low to the ground and hard to scour away with the blunt instrument might of earth.

There's no risk of missing, since it's a big, stationary target. The mold radiates an aura a bit beyond its bounds, so he's got to wipe it all away. That would take around five hours, which we would fast-forward through if he wants to keep going.

Missed the question. It's hard to tell what with being underground, but Trib thinks it's a bit after noon.

Scraping the mold off would work, and be faster, but you'd have to get in arm's reach of it and Trib knows what happens when you do that. A ten foot squeegee would be safe, if anyone's packing. :)

The hero of Dalath boldly strides through the chilling mold, frost sprouting and rising up his legs. Even his great muscles betray a shiver.

Cold, nonlethal: 3d6 ⇒ (4, 2, 1) = 7

He comes out the other side swaying on his feet, almost overcome by the cold but in a new chamber. The ceiling glowed with what seemed to be natural light, which nonetheless never reached past the archway blocked by the mold. It illuminated a series of worktables, vises, spinning wheels, and blocks of unfinished marble. A huge, unfinished statue of an imposing, bare-chested warrior wielding a staff-like rod dominated the north wall. The bearded figure was an Untheric noble, just like those on the reliefs and statues that Zummabu's company had seen elsewhere in the ruin, but clearly meant to be a different individual.

A short red pedestal against the south wall held what looked to be a jet black stone egg as tall as a man, marked with a gold glyph in the shape of a triangle with marks through each leg.

The egg appeared to only be a giant, egg-shaped rock with a gold marking on it. While casting about, Namtar also noticed that the statue's staff was scored so as to divide it into seven segments, each of growing length from the tip to the butt. He thought he could probably take the wood from the stony grip without much trouble.

Surprise & Round 1
Namtar put his arms on the great egg, hoping to pull it easily from its pedestal and roll it back to the masters. His flesh no more touched the smooth rock than it sprouted two arms and one punched him hard in the face. The hero of Dalath fell to the ground, out cold. The rope tied about his waist and stretching back across the mold to the rest of Zummabu's company went suddenly slack as the sound of rock hitting flesh reached the company.

Dommer attacks the earth elemental once again with his devastating infusion. His hands move on the air, forming a hammer made of rock, and he pushes it against the outsider.

Attack: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (12) + 3 = 15
Damage: 1d8 + 6 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 6 + 1 = 13

I had him use the spell last round. You can heal him again, but it would be a separate cast.

Yikes, I thought he was at zero HP. That mold is nasty if 9 HP didn't wake him up.

Amerkashu cast again.
Cure Light Wounds: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3

He did walk right into it. :)

Also: Arundel?

HP 11/20 | AC 21, T 19, FF 19 | CMD 20 | F +2, R +6, W +6 | Init +10 | Low-Light Vision; Perception +12

Prescience: 1d20 ⇒ 3

Arundel will move closer to Namtar, and pull out a potion of cure light wounds out of his bag. Giving up on concentrating on his image, the image of Arundel fades from view.

Move action to move up, move action to draw the potion out, so I can have it out to give to Namtar if he needs it.
