Sure can. I bet with Draconic Reserve and Stone Skin cast I could kill his ass right now. But when we encounter Good Dragons later it's probably not the best way to start so the Wizard will opt to leave the Blind Dragon behind so he can "feel" his way out. Minotaurs can be dicks too ;-)

It's possible to find a safe place for Blaize somewhere, but probably not inside Skullcap.

Just an FYI, I am having surgery tomorrow to get rod if a cyst on my right hand. I hope that it wont put me out of commission too much or for too long.

GM, would it be okay for me to purchase a pair of platinum rings worth 50 gp? They are a component for the shield other spell. Loren has the gold on hand, but in fairness he'd have no notion to have purchased them prior to his epiphany and becoming able to cast spells. (Maybe he could have bought them off someone in the refugee train?)
I think Samnell uses virtual loot so provided your gear doesn't go over WBL we can say you just found them wherever. (With or without the help of a certain Kender who may be very good at finding shiny things).

That's right. Sometimes I throw loot in for plot reasons or just to toss a bone your way anyhow, but the little stuff is no big. Say you had 'em as heirlooms, you found 'em, Kiri-Jolith picked a jeweler's pocket and uses you as a fence...

Hey, dude. I'm sure it feels like absolute s&@!. I'm sure it's no consolation right now, but for what it's worth, everyone I know who has been through it says, at the other side, things wind up being better. It takes time and healing, but it does get better. I also say that as a "child of divorce", who is happier that his parents got divorced when he was 11 and, at the time, hated them for it. Eventually, I was truly glad that they did and realized it was better for everyone (even my father, who didn't want the divorce).
No matter what eventually happens, I'm sure it's an awful time to be going through and I'm definitely sad to hear that. Hang in there.

Many apologies for my absence. Work has been absolutely insane since late November but I'm finally seeing a light at the end of the tunnel, family has left from the holiday visit, and things are returning to "normal".
