Before I finish and post my completed profile, I have a question: would you be willing to let me give up my two traits for another feat? I'd like to take Monstrous Mask from Blood of Fiends, if you'll allow it. I think his inherent (intended) scariness would be brought to life with it, since his Intimidate is pretty pathetic what with his Charisma score.

I promise I'll work on getting my Will save better than a -1 as soon as I can. It's a feature, not a flaw. It's so that agents of Gruumsh could control him easier...
Sorry Ak'iss, Grumbar speaks in steel and blood for the moment. I mean, he can teach you but I don't think your style of running away from the front lines will make him like you any better.
If Gorthug wants to act as a sort of handler for me as he has the best connection to Gruumsh, that'll work as a sort of temper to him seeing the humans, immediately bash the humans. Not in a way that will make you use spells but it seems like an orc made with the only goal to kill the Sembians would need a throttle till he learns discretion on his own.

You have Int14 and Cha7. This brings intimidate from +2 up to +6.

Just thought I'd mention that changing the name of the threads broke the links to my atom feeds in FeedDemon - if the others are slow in showing up, it may have happened to them, too. They might need a PM to realize the game has started.

They can move 50 ft. per round.
Here check it out, of course they spell it as worg. Compare it to a horse, which also moves at 50 ft. per round.

EltonJ, would you allow me to reallocate 1 skill point into Ride? It just didn't occur to me to do so during character creation, but Thorjo would absolutely be trained in basic orc combat methods.

Most of us posted rolls in the same post as initiative or they did actions that didn't require rolls. I finally carried out my charge. I think Thorjo is into round 2 though.

I'll just hang around and look menacing for the surprise round so I can get a full charge on the first round. I could spur the mount so it has 60 ft movement as a move action myself (with a dc 15 ride check that I'm not likely to make) but then I wouldn't get an attack anyway.

Yep, it's your turn. It's after the surprise round and therefore you can act in a regular round of battle.

Gorthug needs no warg! That...and he’s not trained in swinging an oversized axe mounted. He’d probably kill his own mount...
...and yes 24 damage from a non crit hit at lvl1 felt good. :)

You were still 60 ft away after the suprise round and can't attack unless it's a charge much less full attack Yes, you're right, but since I missed the off-hand attack and since I presumably still hit with the main hand attack (even with the now unnecessary -2 penalty), it wouldn't have changed the amount of damage done in the first round, so I didn't see the need to bring it up.
However, I missed that a full charge was needed to reach the target; I thought it was just a standard move and an attack. I don't thik that changes the outcome, but if it does, EltonJ can just negate the attack.
