I see that Ultimate Graviton says that "Any graviton revelation (but not zenith revelation) you have that targets a single creature can now simultaneously target two creatures, who must be within 20 feet of each other". So given that most Graviton abilities target yourself, would you then be able to give each of those to an ally/second creature within that same distance? For instance, would I be able to shield an ally with Dark Matter as long as they stayed nearby, or give my Vesk friend a fly speed using Defy Gravity so that I don't have to carry him up a mountain myself?

And while I'm on the subject, while I saw that someone else had previously asked this, I have never seen an answer as to what maneuverability Defy Gravity would have. I'm inclined to say that it would be perfect as they can control gravity itself all around their body, and my character has an average speed equal to most things with perfect maneuverability. At the same time, it could be average or worse due to the fact that they might only have enough control to push the whole area around them towards one direction.

If I was the GM I would say no because I see those as self buffs. The way I see it you can use the abilities below on multiple creatures. But rereading the text they don't seem to be clear on it.
Gravity Anchor
Gravity Hold
Crush
Gravity Surge

For defy gravity I would then say it is average. Most graviton abilities are average at best.

1) Yes, as long as y'all are both creatures and not objects, you are both valid targets.
2) I cannot find anything about the maneuverability granted by Defy Gravity. However, I do see that every spell that grants some sort of flight, grants average maneuverability. I don't believe it'd be any better or worse than what you could get from such as source.

I'm honestly not sure if Ultimate Graviton lets you use the self-targeting powers on multiple targets. In Pathfinder it would depend on if the text read "Target Personal" or "Target Creature".

Based on the language used on Defy Gravity and Dark Matter - "you can fly up to your speed", "increase your density" - compared to the language in gravity hold - "move a medium or smaller creature" - I'd be inclined to say that Defy Gravity and Dark Matter would not be able to target multiple creatures.

However I'm not very confident that my answer is correct, I could see this going either way. This is a good question for the Rules board and potentially also a good candidate for a FAQ.
