So I was waiting for the others and the bandits. If need be I'll post to get things moving. The narrative trumps initiative I figure.

Anyway, Jorgo will try to Intimidate into submissions the remaining bandits - not demoralize them, but making them actually stop fighting.

If you wish to retcon the action I took for you feel free. Otherwise the bandits are currently going to be scared. One or two might only be shaken but Jorgo's pretty nightmarish right now.
No need to Retcon....it would have been the action I would have taken. I think Kirridell is definitely a 'stay at the edges of the fight and shout encouragement' kind of guy!!!

Ok forgot to explicitly post it, but Sigrun stopped raging after opponents were taken out so that; 2 rounds of rage followed by 4 rounds of fatigue. She should be back to normal by now.

All, quick question I'm posing in my games, if we go 24 hours waiting for a character, I will DMPC those actions. Is that good for everyone?
I think a 24 hour rule is entirely sensible...and, especially during combats, will keep things moving along.
I feel ok going back to Medium this round. You already gave me an extra Large round for the table stunt, that's enoungh.

The rest...taking your time across the bridge will mean you can't get to the mephit in time.
Oliver will likely be out of play during the fight at the bridge, as you said it would take about 10 minutes for him to finish looking over the lodge. No worries, I put myself in that position so I don't mind being out of it while the bridge fight gets resolved.
With great resignation I am going to have to shut this game down. To the new recruits, thank you very much for playing.

I am to blame for the pacing of the game and for it shutting down. I'll leave these threads open for a week and then ask for them to be deactivated.

I agree that this game seems to have wound towards a natural (if untimely) end. Thanks for running it as far as you did and for persevering through one additional recruitment drive...these things happen from time to time, the best you can do is to think about what went astray and how to avoid it in the future (For what it is worth, I think it all got a bit too confusing / unfocused after the rescue in the lodge; I, for one, lost track of what was occurring and inevitably I stopped caring quite as much as I should have....)
Still, I am sure Kirridell will find adventures elsewhere and we'll bump into each other on these boards again...,
