Rd 3 Fire Giant
The fire giant pulls on a lever and shifts it over. From what you can observe it doesn't appear as if anything has happened...or perhaps it's a delayed reaction. One thing you are certain about is this enemy is absolutely cool and calm in his actions. He turns around to face the group, he unslings his shield and thumps his warhammer against it. The hammer is not flaming.

Notes: Duncan I moved your chain under the wall at the opening that was disintegrated. It was stopped but I moved it as far as possible.
Remember the yellow block is collapsed cavern floor. It was pit trap that the elemental collapsed.
Karnog I moved your elemental closer to the giant. It is just below the surface.
Karnog Kegmeister
Irritated at the delaying actions of this giant, Karnog points his hammer at the foe and calls out a word of power in dwarven.
"Transformation!"
A burst of white light erupts from the head of his hammer and quickly suffuses his armored body. As the light dims and vision returns to normal, Karnog appears to be slightly radiant and luminous. More strikingly, large white feathered wings sprout from his shoulders as he moves under and past the first invisible barrier.
"Let's keep pushing, take down these stupid walls between us, and kill this giant!"
Casting angelic aspect, then move 30' fly past the disintegrate hole. Current buffs: water breathing 2hrs, angelic aspect 15 min.
baldwin the merciful
Karnog what, if anything, is the elemental going to do?
Karnog you move under the invisible barrier and then forward but you quickly discover that you run into another invisible barrier. You get stopped right next to the chain of perdition that Duncan summoned. I have you at "O 43 or O 42" which ever one you pick.
do note that the water that was pouring into the room is now sloping down and filling the hole that was created by the disintegration spell.

Noted on the flooding. That's mostly why I went with the angelic aspect spell - gives me fly 30.
Elemental Smash!
The greater earth elemental "5'" steps up and out of the floor, smashing the giant with his huge stony fists.
Slam #1 1d20 + 24 ⇒ (13) + 24 = 37 to hit (with earth mastery), for 2d10 + 12 ⇒ (8, 2) + 12 = 22 bludgeoning damage
Slam #2 1d20 + 24 ⇒ (3) + 24 = 27 to hit (with earth mastery), for 2d10 + 12 ⇒ (7, 4) + 12 = 23 bludgeoning damage
AC: 21
HP 158/162
DR 10/-
baldwin the merciful
Karnog as you swoop under the wall and fly up against a second unseen barrier you witness the cavern floor rumble and crack open as your huge earth elemental emerges and then it quite unexpectedly vanishes without ever slamming the giant.

That summons just winked out- E's got an antimagic field!
Duncan wondered if the creature knew it's peril. Without any Magic, the Giant would have to face 3 angry dwarves. He liked those odds...
Karnog Kegmeister
"Anti-magic? What in the world am I supposed to do about that? You two can hit plenty hard but me, I rely on my spells."

Never said it was smart. I like the Bruenor Battlehammer troup, "They're only stinkin Giants"
Perception, detailed look at the Fire Giant.: 1d20 + 18 ⇒ (19) + 18 = 37
If required, Skill: Blacksmith,Particularly his gear: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (4) + 11 = 15
Engineering, looking at roof above giant or floor: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (19) + 6 = 25

Kalim will try to Wish away the anti-magic field. "This thing is very infuriating!"
I do Wish (pun intended) that the spell description for Limited Wish, Wish, and Anti-magic field specifically referenced if a wish type spell works against anti-magic fields. Since I can't find anything on this issue in the rule or conversation forums I'll say it can work.
Kalim wishes the anti-magic field to disappear. Once that happens the summoned earth elemental winks back into existence.

Karnog: The Giant will take it's AOO on the earth elemental that burrowed up from below. I'll do it later.
Grungsdi
Grung moves towards the for
It'll take me some time to figure out what the new armor class and attack bonuses are
baldwin the merciful
Grung you move under the wall it's flooded there from the water runoff but your water breathing works. You slide under the barrier and emerge on the other side. there you see Karnog flying off the ground and the Duncan's chain. You understand there is a second invisible wall but you obviously don't see it. It's like you are in a maze that you can not see.

AOO on the Earth elemental
The firegiant smashes down on the earth elemental when it reappears after the anti-magic field was wished away.

the giant then does it's full round attack on the elemental, a guttural warcry rings out.
attack with warhammer: 1d20 + 26 ⇒ (3) + 26 = 29;damage: 2d6 + 23 ⇒ (4, 6) + 23 = 33;fire: 1d6 ⇒ 6

Grung slips under the wall through the disintegrated floor that Kalim created. He gets himself up near Karnog and runs into another unseen barrier.
Duncan using perception the way you asked is move action to get detail. You've asked for multiple areas: the giant and his gear then the cavern ceiling or floor. so I'm going to say to get both areas equated to your full round action.
SA: The floors is difficult for you to make out since is partially crumbled near the giant. This is where the earth elemental is at. The ceiling over the giant does not look worked and it does not look like there is trap.

Desmond Aeros
Desmond climbs up the walls, trying to get above whatever barrier is blocking them.
Desmond will run up to the barrier then scale the wall, checking to see if it's still there as he climbs. Please feel free to roll whatever climb checks are needed.
baldwin the merciful
Desmond you move under the first wall and emerge from the flooded opening. You reach out and touch the smooth wall its not like anything you've experienced before, it feels like throbbing energy. You decide to climb the rock cavern wall that you can actually see. You double move and make it up 15 feet. You reach out to touch the unseen wall and it's still there. You haven't reached the top.
Karnog Kegmeister
"Well, my hammer is useless, but maybe this will work."
Karnog lays his palm against the invisible barrier and channels some of the force of Torag's mighty hammer into it.
A pulse of energy surges out from between his fingers, spreading across the unseen barrier like a ripple across a smooth lake.
1d6 + 7 ⇒ (5) + 7 = 12 damage from artificers touch, bypassing hardness 15 and/or DR 15.
Meanwhile, the animate mountain that is his summoned earth Elemental brings its massive stony fists down on the fire giant. Seeing the damage the giant can deal with its weapon, the elemental attempts to remove that from his foe. Forcefully.
1d20 + 20 ⇒ (13) + 20 = 33 to hit, power attack, sunder vs weapon, for 2d10 + 20 ⇒ (9, 3) + 20 = 32 damage.
1d20 + 20 ⇒ (15) + 20 = 35 to hit, power attack, sunder vs weapon, for 2d10 + 20 ⇒ (2, 1) + 20 = 23 damage.
baldwin the merciful
Karnog's godly power hits the wall but it's hardness dissipates the holy energy. Even with bypassing 15 hardness and using your 12 damage you didn't register enough to bypass it's hardness of 30.
The elemental is successful with one of it's attacks. It's not good correct? The elemental is neutral, correct? If it is good then both attacks miss.
Karnog Kegmeister
Yes. Elemental is neutral. Sadpamda.jpg.

Duncan blew a low sigh. Not having anything else to do right now, he pulls out his wand of expeditious retreat and taps himself with it. Somebody better figure this damn trap or soon I'm gonna have ta start walking on the roof ta find a way out...
This spell increases your base land speed by 30 feet. This adjustment is treated as an enhancement bonus. There is no effect on other modes of movement, such as burrow, climb, fly, or swim. As with any effect that increases your speed, this spell affects your jumping distance (see the Acrobatics skill).
baldwin the merciful
Karnog Kegmeister
"Floor to ceiling, wall to wall, I'd guess. The other one was the same way. Can you zap spell remove the barrier entirely?"
baldwin the merciful
Desmond has not found a top of the wall...yet. As far as the group knows the wall goes cavern wall to cavern wall, and floor to ceiling.
