Deadly Aim still targets Touch AC. It does nothing to change what firearms target. The distance to him might though. Advanced Firearms are exempt from the "Touch Attacks can't be used with Deadly Aim" rule. Says so in their description.
Advanced Firearms: Advanced firearms resolve their attacks against touch AC when the target is within the first five range increments, but this type of attack is not considered a touch attack for the purposes of feats such as Deadly Aim. From the Paizo PRD

Yes. Not considered a touch attack FOR THE PURPOSE OF Deadly Aim. I.E. it does not change how the Firearm works, but how DEADLY AIM works. Nothing in how you use the Firearm changes. If that had been what it did, it would have said "When using Deadly Aim or other Feats that do not work with Touch attacks, an Advanced Firearm no longer targets Touch AC" or something along those lines. You still target Touch, but it is not TREATED AS a Touch attack for the purpose of Deadly Aim. There's a lot of things worded like that in the rules (like an ability that treats you AS one size category larger does not actually change your size).

I could be mean and say Sieg needs to make a DC 40 Will save to resist putting the robe of Hastur on, since he was grappling the KiY when he died.... But since KiY would first go unconscious, requiring a coup de grace or another attack in round 7 to truly kill him, I'll rule that Sieg let go as a free action just as he or Mikey Jay (or whoever) delivers the killing blow.... >:-)

TBH, I was expecting that. I can make the save if you like, it makes sense.

Here's how you will be awarded treasure enough to catch you up to 19th level standard:
When you find Hastur's palace (it's easy to spot--it's the biggest, evilest looking building in Carcosa), you find his treasure vault, in which each character loots 100,000 gp worth of new items or upgrades to existing items (you find unique scrolls and oils that can upgrade existing magic items in the desired ways in this case)....
Xavier, since you are already appropriate for 17th level, you loot only 50,000 gp worth of upgrades or new loot....
Michael Johnson 66
After we level up and spend our 100k gp, we'll add up everyone's gear and see how much imbalance there is, if any, afterward.... If the FOs are still significantly under-looted, we'll adjust that 100k upward....
I want you all to feel that everything is fairly equal, and more importantly, to feel as secure as you can in your gear when going into this final climactic battle....

It really comes down to the fact that Xavier Took Upgradable.. much like me.. However he upgraded it with his WBL, so is more gold than even that. Along with getting whatever loot from this. Just a note.

Not to promise the final battle and then delay it, but I suspect that you all might want to get 20th level and 10th mythic tier, and have a little practice being that powerful before you enter Cthulhu's throne room in R'lyeh....
If everyone is on board with it, I have statted up Yig, Father of Serpents, who has been resurrected by his cult of marilith demons, aghasuras, nagas, serpentfolk, and insane South American cultists, and now rules over SA from the ruins of the Temple of the Moon....
Optionally, I can stat up Shub-Niggurath, who hovers over Ayer's Rock in Australia, and is attended by a horde of flying polyps and dark young....
Michael Johnson 66
MUAHAHAHA!!! Seems in order after completing stats for Shub-Niggurath!
Heads-up: Yig is roughly as powerful as Hastur, and Shub-Niggurath is roughly between Cthulhu and Yig in power (it's actually Yig's and SN's avatars.... No GM could expect you to survive against two elder gods....)

My total wealth is 429,750 of items I have bought (My revolver is a legendary weapon I only paid 100K instead of 200K for it). I have also been gifted by the GM the Revolver of Jesse James and a scarab of protection.
Its how much its worth not how much you paid. Though you dont have to add the artifact or scarab. Your particular situation is why it makes the difference because it would assume you went the entire time without having an upgraded weapon up to 12th level which I find impossible. We didnt get artifacts until about 7th either... this is why it makes a difference.

That's a more than fare point. I think the biggest problem is that I have the wealth of a 17th level character while you all don't. If you guys got your first mythic tier at 12 than going by WBL I would have 108k. That would put me with a +5 weapon knowing my play style. So even if I were to change my wealth accordingly that would still only drop me another 25K which isn't that much. I'm happy to do it but the wealth gap will still be crazy big.
Michael Johnson 66
I'd rather give everyone else more loot to catch them up to Xavier, so once we have a fair idea of the wealth gap, I'll award the FOs that much more to even things out.... Part of the problem is that I awarded a huge bunch of XP (multiple levels worth) without awarding commensurate wealth....
Rynjin
Obviously he was elected Pope after everything went to hell.
After all, what better time to have a new spiritual leader?
Oh, and as for the WBL thing, going by Sieg's sheet, he has 347, 500 gold (including the 150k we just got) of the level 19 685,000 gold.
