Ghiv Masdara
Ghiv manifests his Collapse power attempting to interfere with the electrical impulses of the Alchemist's muscles.
You should not be doing ill to other sentient beings sir.
Fort Save DC 15 or be knocked prone.

"That's what I plan on doing!" He throws bomb full of noxious chemicals on the ground, creating smoke that forces you all to do a fortitude save or be nauseous for 30 minutes or until two consecutive fortitude saves are made.
The gas filling up the room is very green and causes you all to choke. 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (14) + 2 = 16

Was the alchemist not affected by Ghiv's collapse power? What is the DC of the save?
Fortitude: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 3 = 6
Ghiv gasps for breath and then retches from the horrible odors of the stink bomb.
Nauseated
Creatures with the nauseated condition experience stomach distress. Nauseated creatures are unable to attack, cast spells, concentrate on spells, or do anything else requiring attention. The only action such a character can take is a single move action per turn.
This condition....wow.

Forgot about your collapse power, dude. Let me check again. He saved, barely.

Awesome. A combat ability that lasts 30 mins and doesnt allow standard actions, therefore ends one's ability to participate. Do we get subsequent saves or no?
You do. 2 consecutive saves means your not nauseated -- that's enough time to wrap protection around your face.

Fort: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (9) + 3 = 12
Ghiv unfortunately continues to retch. He looks around for something to block the awful fumes from entering his sinus cavity.

[dice=Aoo]1d20 + 4; 1d6 + 3
Round 2
Solinas will move after him and swing her weapon arcane pool (swift): Weapon becomes magical +1
[dice=Bladed Scarf]1d20 + 5; 1d6 + 4
Hit, he's greviously wounded, and can only move at 10 speed.
Ghiv Masdara
Ghiv follows Ducar, still retching from the noxious fumes.
Ghiv Masdara
Do we stay or flee! I have not had much good encounters with guard folk. Ghiv says oddly, betraying his aberrant nature.

Except kidnapping the little girl, nothing most illegal. It's legal to do drugs in the city -- it's not a problem. The only evidence, besides kidnapping, is that you find out that he's trying to create Chimaera.
He's been using humans in his later experiments.

my questions is yes, how legal was the B&E we just did?
The B&E you did is technically not illegal. You duped him into letting him into your home. So, if anything's illegal, it's the subtle manipulation you did on him. Which is not. :)
I should do a list of laws on the wiki (I was in the process of doing that).
would that type of action be considered illegal?
Yes. Most of his chimeric experiments are illegal. Fleshwarping magic is considered to be evil and illegal in most human kingdoms that come into contact with it. Although, I know real world philosophers that can argue that Fleshwarping experiments could be considered moral.
