Welcome to the new Pathfinder Encounters Master Thread, no longer overrun by the forces of chaos.
We are always recruiting. New players please check out the Campaign Info tab. There is a spoiler there both explaining the game for new players and another with character creation information. There's lots of other information there for returning players as well, so it should be your first stop if this is your first visit here.
Recruitment: Posting of completed aliases to be added to the waiting list, character creation questions.
Gameplay: Crafting, shopping, duels, Tavern RP, and other in-character scenes not part of an encounter.
Discussion: Discussing the games, or any other dumb thing in your head.
This thread is only for posting completed aliases to be added to the waiting list for a game and character creation questions. Please do not clutter it up with other things. If you don't know where else to post something, please post it in discussion.
Reading is power! Read the above instructions before posting.

If we start out with the Brew Potion feat, are we allowed to have crafted a few potions before our first adventure? Would they be for half price? Full price?
I'm just about done creating a character.
If you start with the feat and can qualify for it (you must be getting it from a class or something because it usually requires level 3 spellcaster) then you could brew some potions for the amount you'd pay for the materials. Obviously, only potions that you could normally brew.
You can also buy potions/scrolls and things at full price during character creation. It's only afterwards that you can't buy magic.

Here is Adanel the Potion Brewing Witch and his fox familiar Fen. His current wares are a Potion of Mage Armor and 3 Potions of Cure Light Wounds. Otherwise, if you are looking for something different, let him know and he'll see what he can do.
On another note, please add him to the roster as he's good to go.

Pow! On the list.
Edit: If you're using an archetype, please indicate it in parenthesis beside your class. So I might be a Dungeon Master (Jerk). If I had two archetypes I'd do Dungeon Master (Jerk, Evil Overlord).
I'm using no class archetype, but I am using a familiar archetype which I mentioned in the familiar section. Would you like for me to post it in the class portion of his profile as well?

As long as you list it somewhere that's fine.
As for the class archetype: I thought you had said in another thread you were using some kind of archetype and I couldn't find it on your sheet, that's the only reason I brought it up.

AWESOME idea, as for my question.
I will be creating a fresh peep, with craft armor. I can simply take a 10 to get my final result and craft whatever I want as long as I meet the DC and have the GP to spend, correct?
Example, Riggar has a total of +8 in craft armor, so I could spend 50gp, to make chainmail at DC 16?

What about the second half? Would it be acceptable for me to forgo FCB now for the gamble that the ACG is approved later?
(I'll answer this anyway for others/in case you change your mind) If you really really want, sure, but you can have two characters so what I'd do is making something to play for now, then make a new character with the new classes when they're officially released.

Hank requires two levels of Ranger before he starts taking levels of Warpriest. It works out pretty well for him as it'll likely take at least that long to hit level 3.
I'll have a background sorted out for him soon enough, but I kind of figured that most of his background would be sorted out IG. Currently he's a miller with a strong arm and some otherwise well rounded stats. I am considering making him a plain ole human... but I like the idea of an angel-blooded aasimar that's done nothing but mill flour for his life.
Adventure foisted upon him and all.
As far as I can tell, he's ready to roll. Link to Alias
