Claudia: Your short little frog legs took you a while to get to where you wanted to be, so redo your action for Round 3.
Knowledge (planes) is the skill for recall knowledge--even if he is temporarily in construct form.
Umbrato moves forward and sends a pair of translucent bolts into the demon. Claudia scampers across the rooftop.
Laktharis fires another membranous net from the strange horn-like growth on his back. This time the net lands squarely atop Umbrato, entangling him within. "Ha ha! Now who's talking, little slave?" the shrinking demon pipes--again, the high pitch to his voice rather obviates the menace--as he approaches the wayang. "Now, my lazy servants, help me round up these insolent slaves!"
Three of the marionettes suddenly come to life. One turns his attention to Hamish and fires his own net from a brass, tube-like device over his shoulder. The rope net lands atop Hamish, entangling him like Umbrato. The second marionette fires a net in a pot shot at Claudia on the roof and somehow manages to still snag the grippli despite the distance. The third marionette advances upon Corona.

An entangled creature moves at half speed, cannot run or charge, and takes a –2 penalty on all attack rolls and a –4 penalty to Dexterity. An entangled character who attempts to cast a spell must make a concentration check (DC 15 + spell level) or lose the spell.

Umbrato-bot tries to escape the net, but finds it frustratingly entangling.
The shrinking Laktharis stands from where he lay on the ground, and Hamish takes the opportunity to swing at him, scoring only a glancing blow to little effect on the scaled demon. To return the favor, Laktharis swings a sharp claw at the bard. Hamish tries to dodge, but fails due to the net still draped over him, and the assault draws blood.
The blue-shirted servant puppet swings at the flickering Corona as she darts past. It manages to strike at the moment that she is present in this time-line.
The blue-shirted puppet then fires a net after the young woman and entangles her. The other puppets move in on their respective opponents. The red-shirted puppet pounds Hamish on the back of the head, painfully. Umbrato manages to dodge his attacker despite the net wrapped around his limb.

Bleeding Attack (Ex) (PRPG Core Rulebook pg. 68): A rogue with this ability can cause living opponents to bleed by hitting them with a sneak attack. This attack causes the target to take 1 additional point of damage each round for each die of the rogue's sneak attack (e.g., 4d6 equals 4 points of bleed). Bleeding creatures take that amount of damage every round at the start of each of their turns. The bleeding can be stopped by a DC 15 Heal check or the application of any effect that heals hit point damage. Bleeding damage from this ability does not stack with itself. Bleeding damage bypasses any damage reduction the creature might possess.

As Hamish slips out of the net with supernatural ease, Umbrato moves into position and strikes the shrinking demon. The blow topples the creature, and it shrinks until it is the size of a child's toy--small enough to hold in your hand and too small to be a threat. Laktharis stands upon a rock, shaking his tiny fish and squeaking at you.
The demon is finished, for certain, but you still have his minions to deal with in the conventional fashion.
Claudia hops down the roof and lick-shocks one of the puppets. The resulting electrical discharge leaves a large scorch mark on the wooden construct.
The puppets move toward their respective prey. The blue-shirted puppet fumbles its attempt to clobber Corona without any supernatural intervention. The red-shirted puppet's blow is deflected by Hamish's armor. Umbrato, however, gets a solid whack from the yellow-shirted puppet's wooden arm.

Corona's mace bounces off of the marionette's wooden thigh, but Claudia's rapier pierces into a vulnerable joint.
As the construct attempts to stand, Hamish brings his flail down with impressive strength at the center of the marionette, shattering the wooden torso. Arms, legs, and one head clatter to the ground.
You hear the children clapping and cheering.
The air in the courtyard wavers and then with a 'pop' you find yourself in front of Oneol's wagon surrounded by a grinning gathering of child souls. At your feet is a wooden marionette that resembles the kalavakus demon you fought. He looks around, steam rolls out of his ears, and then he squeaks at Hamish, "You there! Pick me up and carry me!"
You do need to take him with you as the marionette contains the demon's soul, but he's ineffectual and harmless.
"Well done," Oneol says. "The children were quite happy with the performance. Please take these as a token of my gratitude and to remember your experience."
The angel hands you six masterfully crafted marionettes. He also hands you a heavy steel shield with a golden edge. "Take this prop from one of my performances a long time ago. It may help you with the rest of your tasks."
6 well-crated marionettes worth 20 gp each.
+1 lesser celestial shield: +1 blinding heavy steel shield, no armor check penalty or arcane spell failure chance, and it allows the bearer to cast feather fall once per day.
If you happen to already have celestial armor, it boosts the CL of the fly ability to 7th.

"Oh! Haha, he's stuck in the doll, how funny," Corona laughs, poking at the demon doll as Claudia hands him off to Hamish. "I'm glad that we could catch him *and* make the children happy too! How wonderful!"
When Oneol passes them the marionettes and the shield, Corona's eyes widen even further with delight. "They're adorable! Thank you New Friend Oneol, thank you," she beams as she takes one of the marionettes and tucks it into her pack. "I'll have to give you a name - I promise it'll be a good name, too," Corona remarks to it.
"Okay! Where to next?"

Functionally, other than the special stuff, the shield is the same as the one Hamish has so he is fine with Corona holding onto it.
Hamish ties off the marionette to his pack so it hangs down loosely, arms and legs flailing around as they walk along. He nods to their archon guide, "ready to take us to the next soul?"
While they travel, he pulls out a wand and activates it a few times to heal up his injuries.

"Good luck!" Oneol calls as you leave.
Laktharis squeaks his indignation the entire way as he sways and bumps from where he dangles on the back of Hamish's pack.
Outside the borders of Heaven’s Shore looms a lush and mysterious forest of towering trees. A peaceful hush fills the region, and the air is heavy with the weight of years. The road ahead curves around a small grove before plunging into a wall of shimmering air resembling a massive bubble. Black splotches swirl over the translucent wall like oil floating on water. Inside the bubble, the boughs of the forest are twisted and covered with festering cysts.
“Greetings, mortals,” a stern voice calls out. With a rush of air, a gigantic, gold-feathered owl swoops down and perches on a tree near the bubble.
“My name is Skuroth, and I am warden over this section of the Unbent Forest. I am told that you are the mortals responsible for releasing this evil into Heaven and that you have been charged with cleansing it as well.
“It is not my place to countermand the will of Altha the Scrivener, so I will allow you to enter the bubble first and hunt your quarry. Be warned, however, that I will follow soon after and give chase myself. It has been many long years since evil of this magnitude walked beneath the boughs of my domain. My talons ache to once again taste the blood of demons.”

You also notice that at some point after coming into the great owl's view, Laktharis stopped yapping and now hangs limp from Hamish's pack (careful observation reveals that he is still blinking).
“I have been able to capture glimpses of the demon from outside the bubble. The demon’s name is Ammoch and it appears to be raising some sort of army of minions. The babau is cultivating the cysts inside the forest and forming them into boils of living evil.
“Ammoch is crafty and filled with guile. Tracking him to his lair inside the bubble will be no easy task, for he has laid traps throughout the forest. The best way to find him is to use stealth and woodcraft. I shall look forward to the challenge. If you fail, that is.”

Akarah informs you that he will wait outside the bubble of evil for your return.
Inside the bubble, an unending forest of massive tree limbs stretches out into the darkness. A dark mist obscures the floor of the forest, hundreds of feet below, and a tangle of branches blots out any glimpse of the sky. Red boils cover the branches of the trees, throbbing ominously.
The branches are wide and easy enough to walk along. Now you must find the trail.
All three of the checks below--two Survival and one Stealth--are separate checks. The Stealth check must be made by every PC/creature in the party.

Corona gingerly follows behind the others as the group ventures into the evil forest bubble, looking around with some worry.
"That's definitely not normal, New Friends..." she whispers as she looks at the red boils covering the tree branches.
Though she's no expert in woodscraft, Corona still tries her best to try and find the right path...
Survival: 1d20 + 2 - 2 ⇒ (18) + 2 - 2 = 18
Survival: 1d20 + 2 - 2 ⇒ (11) + 2 - 2 = 11
...and even has some success, thanks to Hamish's help.
"New Friends, look! Charred holes in the branches," she points. "Looks like it forms a path!"
Stealth: 1d20 - 3 - 2 ⇒ (9) - 3 - 2 = 4
But she's absolutely like a bull in a china shop otherwise as she clanks and bangs and stomps and crunches her way along the branches.

Following the path that Corona and Hamish have identified, you eventually catch sight of the babau demon, although he is missing parts of his body. The voids have been replaced by ephemeral mist that vaguely conforms to the shape that his body should be.
"Come out," the demon speaks in a voice that sounds like Valais' voice when she whispers the horrible things. "I see you there."

Looking around the group, he holds the tattered blade up triumphantly and begins to read in an archaic tongue. "Collaudentur veterrimi Collaudentur rogamus nos beneficia tua. Oro te nobis dona nobis celeritate tuus virtute, gratia tui? Voco super virtutem tuam antiquorum?"
The 'sword' dissolves as he speaks. Blue rays shoot out slamming into the four pathfinders, granting them a sense of increased power. Rushing ahead, he draws his metal blade again.
"Ancient ones we beseech your blessings. We beg you grant us your speed, your power, your grace! I call upon your ancient power!"
