Ok to go, whenever, I reckon.

Though don't mind waiting... for other things to clear off the proverbial plate.

Now to crawl into the mindspace of a water mephit pretending to be a different water mephit.

Who are we missing? I count only five so far.

Hmm... I just sent a pm to our missing member (playing the thoqua) who was supposed to be blackaeon...

But he says he had to pull out and sent the GM a message about it.

But I only saw mention of grimdog73 pulling out (That Ilmakis filled in).

So I think we're short a member unintentionally here.
Though there was an additional person who expressed interest on the last recruitment post.

Yes, still going. Started Solstice Scar on Friday.

Cool, just wanted to make sure. And I can see why pace has slowed a bit for this one, that Solstice Scar moves at a freakishly fast pace!!

I had troubles with the boards. I got logged out instantly, posts got eaten and stupid goblins appeared.

I was wondering if this pace is normal. I haven't participated in too many pbp games here on the Paizo boards, but this one is by far moving the slowest. Didn't realize there was a window for this one? I'm in Solstice Scar as well, and that one is moving fairly quickly - though with all of the announcements going on I still feel like that one is slower than it should be as well sometimes.

Do you guys need any help? I've noticed that your GM has been missing for a week, and I see several posts above remarking on slow GM posting.

This game has technically reached the length with no GM post where it can be declared abandoned and another GM found, if you guys want. Or if you want to wait a bit for your GM to return, that's OK, too.

I am quite used to slow-moving pbp games on another board, and I've been very impressed with how fast most of the games move here on Paizo! That said, I'm fine with finding a new GM if one is available to take over. Thanks!

Ok, I'm working on finding someone. Because of the requirements to run this, it might be a little harder than usual.

Update on its way. Wednesday is a long day for me and trying to parse this encounter took a bit of time.

Apologies on the delay. We hosdted a Christmas party Sat. and the weekend was busy preparing for, hosting, AND recovering from said party. Of course, Monday's work day had to be an abnormally long one.

No worries at all, Tektite. I'm loving the pace of the adventure since you took over!

Seriously, thanks for watching out for us, Hmm. One of these days soon I'm going to try my hand at GMing here myself. I've got about 20 years experience at my D&D 3.5 board (which has been dying by degrees over the last several years) and the vitality of the pbp Paizo board has me pretty excited about the possibilities.

Heya, folks, I hear you've had a run of bad luck.

I have been asked to cover by GM Hmm to help you on this. If you can be patient, and give me a day or two to see where you are, that would be a help. After that, it should be smooth sailing!

I'll also have to check into how to get the campaign into my ownership... hopefully that won't take long.

If while I am doing this, you can get your taglines up to date (preferably using the following Tagline Template (or at the minimum get what's in the "Race" and "Gender" columns -- especially if you are not using an avatar specifically for this game so that I can see your character name in the tagline.

I'll be putting up some stuff in the next couple of days to get stuff going.

This will help me a LOT to speed up the game, and give me more time to make this fun! :D

oh, and on the new tactical maps, I am using as tokens the images of the actual characters from the scenario!

In general, it is more helpful for the tokens on the map to match the avatars used on the message board, I've found.

Perhaps that particular image is available to choose, but they removed the search function for the avatar selection, so it would take too long to page through the zillion images available!

Oh, and I moved the current map up to the top, so its what we see when we select the map link up top. Hope that's ok.

Not a huge deal, moving, but what I'd rather do is link the map to that page... leaving the spreadsheet in the correct order.

If you want to restore your tokens, for your purposes, go ahead. I'll copy them to the margin.

Personally, I was getting confused by the closeness of Rhyol and Ember's tokens, especially when Ember's was so different than the character!
