Hey all, I am being a tard right now and frankly I can't figure out where in the books or the SRD where it says about multiclassing and having a high enough BAB to have multiple attacks. Can someone please point it out to me?
Basics in the PRD; scroll down a bit to Base Attack Bonus.

Add up the BAB from all your classes. Once your total BAB reaches +6 you get an extra attack at -5 (+6/+1). Likewise when you reach +11, and +16.
Don't know if it says it specifically anywhere, i'll have a look.
*edit* basically everytime you take a level (in anything) you add the BAB, Fort, Reflex & Will Saves, Skill pts, and Class Features from that class.

So you necroed a seven(!) year old thread to site a rule that only has relevance when BAB exceeds +20, which can't happen for PCs in standard Pathfinder. Thank you.
Actually, it can
Scaling Powers: Hit dice, base attack bonuses, and saving throws continue to increase at the same rate beyond 20th level, as appropriate for the class in question. Note that no character can have more than 4 attacks based on its base attack bonus. Note also that, before long, the difference between good saving throws and poor saving throws becomes awkwardly large—the further you get from 20th level, the more noticeable this difference grows, and for high-level characters, bolstering their poor saving throws should become increasingly important. Class abilities that have a set, increasing rate, such as a barbarian's damage reduction, a fighter's bonus feats and weapon training, a paladin's smite evil, or a rogue's sneak attack continue to progress at the appropriate rate.

That is in reference to the Epic Handbook and "other" rulesets that had beyond 20 level play, and a base outline for PF play for those GM's that wanted to go beyond that level. It further states that multi-classing/PrC's are the best way to go beyond level 20, limiting class levels to 20th level but allowing Character levels to go beyond the that ceiling.
The Mythic stuff has other things for the character to do to ramp up a campaign, and if truth be told, the Epic Handbook was a disaster.
