EVenturing into the tower’s west wing, you find it mostly choked with rubble, but a door in the eastern wall is still accessible. The door leads to a stone spiral staircase that runs through the center of the tower. Unfortunately, the stairway is also blocked with fallen rubble. To explore the tower’s upper levels, you will have to go back outside and attempt to climb the tower’s exterior walls at least to the next floor.
The staircase used to lead down to underground tunnels, but this exit collapsed from the aftershocks, sealing the tunnels.

Opening the door and charging in you see two reptilian humanoids with javelins somewhat ready for the attack.
Racks for weapons line the walls of this chamber; above the racks hang various shields, pieces of armor, weapons, and standards on display. Most of the racks are empty, but a few weapons remain in place. A horrible stench fills the room as well, akin to the smell of rotten eggs mixed with the reek of an open sewer.
As Kossar and Naruhito charge in they are assulted with the strong smell.
Both need to make fort saves or be sickened by the stench

Init, Small lizardman: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (7) + 1 = 8
After stepping and and flailing about, the small stinky lizard people keep the charging fighters at bay.
Marcello and Leysa may not act before the other creatures react.

In order to keep things flowing past the confusion, I'll post. Re-order if necessary.
As the warriors barrel into the room, Lesya gazes through the doorway and locks onto the mind of the first enemy she sees (blue currently). He draws three Harrow cards from a pouch at her belt and then, with a thought, she tries to turn off the lizard man's brain.
