He manages to sink the blade in!

He then moves out of the way after hearing Adeah's shot go over his head, having a fear of firearms that made him abandon guns long ago for the trusty point of a crossbow bolt. He gives her a clear shot as he backs out, giving her a sign that he would go back in after her next attack.

She attacks the halfling Mikail with her kukri.

I think that this may be the captain.. joining the fight after destroying some documents. I am tempted to to an acro roll to get into the office and see whats burning... it would also keep me from being flanked. any suggestions?

My crossbow is on the floor and I have great acrobatics, I was planning on going in there.

Zommy, you would have to acro past the dog, me, and the captain if you could even move that far in one turn. You should help with the elf and dog, and I will go in. I have to move anyways because I am flanked and flat-footed, and will get partial cover from the doorway. The pathfinder prisoner and Thorson are both up to help on this side of the room.

Since you're flanked, you also have to acro past the dog and the captain, and I wouldn't have to acro through you since you're an ally. We have the same Acrobatics, except I have more armor and HP in case they do hit. I'd be more than happy to delay until after your turn though and see how far you get.

Yeah because you're moving out of a threatened square, and not 5-foot stepping, you'll provoke an attack opportunity from both. So basically, you'll do an Acrobatics vs both to move out of that square. You do one roll vs both of them, I believe. You're not actually Acrobating PAST the dog, you're acrobating out of the square you're in.

Zommy has it right. You make one roll... the second target is at a +2CMB, and so far.
Erric, who is smart enough to take a 5' and flank, hits the creature.

She throws the flame at the dog.

Interestingly, you notice that the fire burns are not healing. You think it would be a good idea to hit it hard as long as Rilla can still burn it!

Zommy is concerned about what she could possibly be destroying. Extremely afraid that it's evidence which will prevent him from bringing her in, he makes a mad double move dash into the room, accepting any attacks they might bring his way.
He has 10 ft of movement left, if he's allowed to look around when he runs in there.....

No acrobatics, since I'd have to move at half speed. First move gets me past Thorson, getting an attack from the creature, then if I'm still on my feet I'll run past the captain into the quarters.

Zommy, you cannot get past the captain without using acrobatics, at a +5 to her CMD. However, you have ten feet left, so I will roll it for you.
Zommy tumble: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (12) + 9 = 21
Unfortunately, the captain is able to intercept Zommy's maneuver, pushing him back. by rule, you lose the move action, and take an AoO
Captain AoO: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (11) + 7 = 18
She misses Zommy, but prevents him from entering the room.
On the other hand, the creature does not bite at Zommy, because Adeah knocks it out! Then, Mikail deftly finishes it off.
Rilla uses another use of her Produce Flame to burn the creature, and prevent it from regenerating. It stops breathing, and dies.

I appreciate all the corrections and clarifications, Silbeg, I'm on the verge of beginning to GM so it's really nice to reinforce things. I totally forgot that you can't in Medium/Heavy, even though it makes total sense, but that still lets me use it since I have a Mithril Medium, right?

Atually, Zommy, your mithral shirt is light... A mithral breastplate would be treated as light, for most things, including this, assuming you have medium proficiency. The note was for Kyras, who is wearing a breastplate, which is medium, not Zommy. Sorry, should have been more specific who I was talking to.
@Mikail and @Erric... I've cleared the Trollhound (which is what it was) and the kennel master off the board. The only enemy left is the captain.

As long as that crit confirms, I'm pretty sure the captain blows up, in which case Zommy gets a clear run into the room to try and put out any burning documents he sees.

ummm. I think I am going to hold action until we get the results on that bolt from the heavens that Adeah just unleashed. I don't think that there is even going to be any stabilizing to do here... in which case we will be free to move about and try and save the burning documents, explore the ship etc
