Both of Graktul's swings miss, but Glok's arrow punches through the trog's armor. It wavers, and then it's scimitar slips from it's grasp as Hekran casts a spell to loosen it. Roland approaches the crocodile and hits it with his holy book. Roland/Gerald you didn't move your token. I need you to tell me what path you took to get into flanking position; by one path you provoke from the croc, by another path you provoke from the croc and the trog. I need to know how many AoOs to roll. The trog does have natural weapons, so is not truly unarmed.
Gnickygnack blasts the now unarmed trog with a bit of fire, and it topples to the ground.
The Armenian Man/Zin Z'arin is up and I need information from Roland/Gerald

Sorry, I forgot to put that info in my last post. I was just moving four squares immediately to the right. When I made my post Grak was on the other side of the croc from that position and that would have given me flanking.

GM Socrates |

ah, okay. So no flank, but your rolls make that irrelevant.

botting
The Armenian Man charges into combat with the crocodile and swings his scythe at it's head, but just barely misses.
scythe, attack, charge: 1d20 + 4 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 4 + 2 = 14 for piercing: 2d4 + 4 ⇒ (4, 1) + 4 = 9

The crocodile turns it's attention to Roland, snapping its jaws at his legs... But it only catches air.
everyone is up!

Roland again swings his big book of knowledge at the crocodile.
Attack 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (14) + 4 = 18
Damage 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4

GM Socrates |

Glok puts an arrow through the crocodile's eye, ending its life.
Combat Over.
Between the troglodyte and his chest the party finds two keys, a
masterwork short sword, 15 cold iron shurikens, two flasks
of acid, a potion of cat’s grace, a potion of lesser restoration, a
wand of summon monster I (CL 3rd, 9 charges), an amethyst
worth 100 gp, and 247 gp in assorted coins.
Making their way back to the secret door they could not open before, they find that one of the keys does open it. It leads to another room broken open, with a bat swarm living there that bothers the party for a few moments before flying away.
Well done! That's it. The last encounter you hadn't hit yet didn't have any treasure or anything interesting; it was just a filler.
