Does the creature have reach? because Tywin and Graxus are attacking it with reach weapons and it is still 5 ft away :). Also I believe I get a fort save against the con drain? Had a fight with wraiths in dragons demand and they would have killed my barbarian if not for the saves :P.

Naiar watches as Boots swipes through the incorporeal figure and gives out a sigh, bringing his fingers to his mouth to give another pitched whistle…

Fredrik manages to hit the wraith, and affect the ethereal form. Tywin hits his own opponent from atop Graxus, while Naiar sends another two missiles to hit the wraith near Wyrgin. Wyrgin himself brings in a massive swing.

Vordrek

"No, I'm fine." He grunts as he takes a closer look at the two mutilated corpses. "They're not." Shame I can't help them, he thinks as he mentally goes over his spell repertoire.
Naiar
|
Naiar sheaths his glowing hand of happiness and walks over to make sure Boots is okay. "Did they scare you fella?"
Boots growls in frustration that he couldn't hit the creatures and bares his fangs at Naiar.
"Alright, I'll let you have some space..." Naiar walks around while Boots grunts and sniffs the area where the wraiths were. Naiar checks for anything else unusual that might help better understand the situation.
Perception: 1d20 - 2 ⇒ (6) - 2 = 4
Naiar is a bit of a free spirit when it comes to really checking things out, and chooses to just skim the area before calling for Boots to follow him upstairs.

Oh jesus christ. So I'm going back and skimming through looking for which areas we've been to and what we found, and of course I come across my single question about the wraiths, answered, but with broken tags so I didn't actually see it. Naiar has a Dayfinder and has not used the Daylight spell yet, I've been hoping to run into some supernatural darkness but of course when I prep for it I never come across it. Just out of curiosity, what happens if I had used it to cast Daylight?
| DM Kludde |
The fight would have been a lot easier ;-)
As the party moves back up, it seems Genedair's speech has just about concluded, and the festivities have moved to the salon (Area 4), where an actual string quartet has been set up. Unaware of any dealings in the basement, the guests let themselves be entertained with the soothing music of the quartet, and the ample drinks that are being presented by the many servants.
Ever vigilant, major Maldris and Lady Morilla discreetly step away on the first sight of the adventurers. Did you manage to find anything? Maldris asks.
Asher Thornwood
|
Asher visibly frustrated with the lack of security that allowed these two people to be murdered answers quickly.
"Major Maldris... there has been a murder. Well a pair of them to be exact. The two obviously died in a gruesome way as their spirits stayed to haunt the cellar and attacked us as we investigated."
| DM Kludde |
There are infiltrators, then. Maldris nods in understanding. Morilla joins in I think you should continue interacting with the guests, and see if you can track down the intruder.
You can interact with the guests once more. You can make one roll to influence or study, just like in the first phase. Please also roll a sense motive check when you post your interaction.

Naiar and Boots walk over to Lord Kerkis again, feeling like they didn't completely influence him the first time, so they give it another shot. Naiar stops for a second to trance again...

Should we also try to sway Gloriana and Colson?
| DM Kludde |
No, they are the ones that gave you the task of swaying others, they're already safely in the 'we need to help' camp.
--- Naiar and Kerkis---
Kerkis seems more than impressed by Naiar. You are right, any efforts against the Demons in Sarkorian is doomed without Qadira to help them. Only with the might of the Keleshite could such an operation be successful.
---Vordrek and Darchana---
Such traipsing going on. Darchana sighs with a weary smile. Just know that most enchantments break when the enchanted is strong enough of will. Will may be fortitified if one sticks close to ones nature: only the strongest of enchantments allow the strong-minded to act against their friends, for example.
--Wyrgan and Darchana---
The demons or Sakorian are indeed many and vile. Sulphur and brim, though brim a bit more than sulphur.

Now, little man, to answer your question: Andorran is in the capable hands of such as myself, and very much safe.
---Tywin and Lord Rothos---
Rothos mumbles something about duty and honour, though his attention this late in the evening seems to be wavering.
Asher can again deliver his roll later...
Suddenly, a woman’s shrill cry cuts through the chamber music and muted conversation. Across the salon, Senator Naran holds his buxom young wife in his arms after her apparent collapse. As all eyes turn on the unconscious woman, the senator emits an angry cry: “Poison! Gods, my wife has been poisoned!”
The salon erupts into chaos, the sound of shattering glass combined withs screams Lady Dyrianna quickly comes to the aid of the senator's wife and neutralises the poison, thought woman remains unconscious.
Lady Morilla immediately moves up to the pathfinders Please help restore order she says help me calm the guests.
The damage is done: Lady Wintermark scream outrage and scorn, while senator Naran merely mutters that he has never been so insulted in his life. Both leave the dinner immediately, and the other guests seem to wrap up as well.

That's a greater teleport spell...
The chaos in the saloon is complete. Maldris, Morilla and both the Blakroses focus on safely seeing off the guests, as a servant girl approaches Vordrek and says, shaken by the circumstances, but true to form: I beg your pardon for the interruption, sir, but head of household Tespren would request your presence upstairs. Would you be so kind as to join him upstairs?
