Go ahead and take a look at this character Evad
as an example of the info you can input on the website that can be helpful during the game. At a minimum populate the Class/Level with info that will print in your subject line.

Also pick an avatar for your character, if you go to My Pathfinder Society screen and then click edit you should have the option to choose an avatar.

How do you post the pdf to you character page?

Host it on something like Google drive and then link it as a url.

You can if you want. But Pathfinder is designed to allow any mix to succeed.
