Tai Leng |

"You pull that dagger and I'll feed it to you." Leng growls, his fist turning stony and growing little spikes, then catching fire.
Intimidate: 1d20 - 2 ⇒ (9) - 2 = 7
Unfortunately the spikes are made of kittens and the fire sends of a cooling breeze.

Eitylen |

His thoughts tell Eitylen that they should wait and infiltrate the house in the night, but the opportunity to be a hero is just to tempting
Disarm: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (18) + 10 = 28

GM Lemmy |

I don't think Steal would work, though...
You can attempt to take an item from a foe as a standard action. This maneuver can be used in melee to take any item that is neither held nor hidden in a bag or pack.
You can see his right hand grasping the handle of a dagger on his belt.
He's literally holding the handle of a dagger still in its sheath. It's potentially the worst possible thing to disarm/steal. But do not despair! Tai Leng failing that Intimidate check actually helps you this time... Let's say you readied an action to disarm, him.
The man, unimpressed by Tai Leng's bravado, pulls his dagger in an attempt to scare you away.
"Get out of my house, you bastards!"
However, as his weapon is removed from its sheath, Eitylen deflects it to the ground in a flash. The man, startled by the sudden movement, growls and throws a punch at the elf.
"You f#+~ing c%~!!" he shouts.
punch: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (6) + 6 = 12
However, Eitylen is quicker, and expertly evades the attack... In his movement he can see another man inside the house, moving towards the door. A voice can be heard shouting "Who the hell?! Boys!", quickly followed by the sound of footsteps moving on stairs.

GM Lemmy |

Brother Cyrus: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (16) + 2 = 18
Eitylen: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (10) + 6 = 16
Kadir: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (3) + 4 = 7
Tai Leng: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (20) + 4 = 24
Guy at the door: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (12) + 1 = 13
Door Guy: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (10) + 4 = 14
Back Up 1: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4
Back Up 2: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (19) + 4 = 23
I'll split the back up guys in two groups
Tai Leng - 24
Back Up 2 - 23
Brother Cyrus - 18
Eitylen - 16
Other Guy - 14
Door Guy - 13
Kadir - 7 (Sorry for that roll. Blame Rynjin! He stole your luck!)
Back Up 1 - 4
You can hear men running upstairs, blades being unsheated and crossbows being cocked.
Tai Leng's turn
Let's try to post at leat twice every day when there is combat, ok? 1 round a day is unbearably boring!
I created a quick map in Roll20.

Tai Leng |

Since the guy in front of the door is blocking his way, Leng lets loose a power punch on him.
Move action to reduce Burn/Ki cost to zero on Kinetic Fist, and have at it.
FIST OF STONE!: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (3) + 4 = 7
Can I have that 20 back? I need it.

GM Lemmy |

Ah... The accuracy of low levels... Always entertaining...
You hear crossbows being cocked and a man speaking with a loud, imposing voice.
"Ready your bolts, boys! Ro, get out of the way!"
Brother Cyrus' turn. Or Eitylen... Doesn't really make any difference which one of them goes first.

Eitylen |

Can I have that 20 back? I need it.
You spent all your 20s in BS
Eytilen tries to enter the house
Acrobatics: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (3) + 10 = 13
We can start thinking in withdraw

Brother Cyrus |

"Oh blessed Divines, grant us thine favor..." Cyrus says in a quiet intonation before moving to the side of the door with his Longspear.
Casted Bless

GM Lemmy |

Oh, crap! It's my turn! Twice!
The man at the door sidesteps to end up right in front of Eitylen. He pulls a second dagger from his belt and attacks the elf.
1d20 + 6 ⇒ (1) + 6 = 7
But fails miserably.
When he moves, you can see 5 men inside the room. 3 of them using crossbows. The other 2 carry longswords.
The one closest to the door quickly shoots 2 bolts at Eitylen...
1d20 + 5 ⇒ (2) + 5 = 7
1d20 + 5 ⇒ (17) + 5 = 22 Damage: 1d8 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 2 = 7
...Who easily deflects the first projectile with a flick of his blade. However, the second bolt is far more accurate and finds his flesh. 7 damage to Eitylen.
You can see a number of wooden crates piled on the corner of the main room. As well as a second door and 2 stairs, one going up to the 2nd floor and another going down, presumably to the basement.
Kadir's turn.
Roll20 Map updated, BTW. Can give you a clearer diea of how you're all positioned

Kadir Drummond |

Kadir whistles to his horse who trots up besides him. He reaches and pulls out his Musket from the saddle holster and peers through the door through his arcane goggles while muttering schema mnemonics to himself, tracing the path to his targets in his mind.
Casts Ricochet!

GM Lemmy |

Good plan! Lure them into a false sense of security!
"So you're eager to bleed... Good!" says one of the crossbowmen with confidence. "Shoot them!"
bolt: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (1) + 6 = 7
bolt: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (18) + 6 = 24 damage: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (7) + 1 = 8
Two more bolts fly the room. One of them directed at Eitylen, who has no problem avoiding it. The second one, however, flies towards Tai Leng with deadly precision.

Brother Cyrus |

Brother Cyrus focuses for a moment before a healing wave ushers forth.
Channel Energy: 2d10 + 3 ⇒ (1, 3) + 3 = 7
"Hopefully this won't go like our first fight in this town..." Cyrus dryly remarks.

Eitylen |

5 ft, feint stab
Feint: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (19) + 10 = 29
stab: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (7) + 7 = 141d4 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6
sSneak damage: 2d8 ⇒ (3, 8) = 11

GM Lemmy |

Well... Not even gonna bother with the Sense Motive check.
Eitylen successfully confuses the man with his fast movements. Unfortunately, his target's armor proves too difficult to pierce, and the man remains unharmed. Really close, though.
knife: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (5) + 6 = 11
The man by the door retaliates with an attack of his own, but is unsuccessful. He then retreats back into the house...
Acrobatics: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (9) + 6 = 15
...And in doing so, gives Eitylen and Tai Leng an opportunity to strike him.
Low level accuracy... Fun, isn't it?
His crossbow-toting partner, seeing Eitylen leave his line of sight, repositions himself a few feet away from the door and reloads his crossbow faster than any untrained person would be capable of. His only visible target is a Kadir, so that's who he decides to shoot.
"Let thi be a lesson to you, stranger! Choose better friends!"
bolt: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (15) + 6 = 21 damage: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (7) + 1 = 8
8 damage to Kadir.
Eitylen and Tai Leng can take AoO against Door Guy.
Kadir's turn!

Tai Leng |

Leng smashes!
1d20 + 4 ⇒ (7) + 4 = 11
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAaaa-

Kadir Drummond |
1 person marked this as a favorite. |

Kadir lets loose the flint and in a flash fires a bullet at the other guy with the crossbow!
Musket: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (17) + 6 = 232d8 + 4 ⇒ (3, 4) + 4 = 11
The bullet then ricochets to the crossbowmen standing behind him after hitting it's target, tracing a thin glimmering line between them.
Musket: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (20) + 6 = 262d8 + 4 ⇒ (3, 2) + 4 = 9

Kadir Drummond |

I screwed up the preview
confirm: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (15) + 6 = 216d8 + 8 ⇒ (6, 2, 2, 3, 2, 4) + 8 = 27
i just added the crit damage. I'll make a macro for my attack next time otherwise if I edit it changes my rolls.

GM Lemmy |

Well... I did ask him to show you guys how it's done! Great job, Kadir! Don't take Rynjin's threats seriously... That's just envy talking. XD
Kadir bullet proves more than a match for the thugs. Gravely wounding its first target and all but killing the second one, who falls unconscious on the ground, where he proceeds to bleed profusely.
Scared by Kadir's lethal shooting, the two swordsmen come closer to the walls, trying to escape the wizards line of sight while defending the front door.
One of them readies his blade in anticipation to the party's movement. The second one pulls a dagger from his belt as he moves. He throws the blade at the only target he can see...
thrown dagger: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5
But it doesn't even graze Brother Cyrus, who completely avoids it with barely any effort.
Tai Leng's turn! Try to follow Kadir's example!

GM Lemmy |

BTW, even I forgot about this... But here is a useful reminder:
All characters can take a moment to steady their aim or simply better position themselves. They can use a move action to get a +4 bonus to the next attack they make before the start of their next turn. This bonus does not apply to touch attacks.
That can help with low accuracy and unlucky rolls. :)

GM Lemmy |

Huh... I always thought it could be used during a normal full attack as well. Do you even have FoB? I guess Korak has been cheating all this time... Well... Let's say it can be used with Full Attacks too, but only with weapon you'd be capable of flurrying with. No point in restricting it to FoB.
Are you entering the house?

GM Lemmy |

By "weapons you'd be capable of flurrying with" I mean anything a monk can flurry with (usually monk weapons and unarmed strikes, but monks can get the ability to flurry with other weapons as well)
As Tai Leng crosses the door, a sword's blade comes at him...
readied blade attack: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (7) + 8 = 15
...But he gracefully evades the attack.
The crossbowman who was injured by Kadir's bullet moves to his left, hoping to escape the wizard's sight, then takes aim and shoots Tai Leng...
bolt: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (4) + 7 = 11
...But misses his aim can't compete with the warrior's reflexes.
Brother Cyrus' turn.

Kadir Drummond |

Kadir watches the bald man in the door, armed with only his fists, hold back the gang. Grunting from the pain in his shoulder from a stray crossbow bolt, he reloads his musket, pouring black powder into the barrel. "This is a lot more difficult when they aren't all standing in a perfect line!" Kadir muses aloud.
I forgot to use my move action too

Brother Cyrus |

"I call upon thee, Beast of Valor: Lupirious!" Cyrus proudly proclaims as a Celestial Wolf shimmers into being behind one of the thugs and attemps to savage the evil-doers!
Bite: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (12) + 4 = 16
Damage: 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5
Trip: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (10) + 2 = 12
+2 Damage if target is evil. I assume most Celestial summons smite the first thing they attack.
