House Keeping Note.
I have been messaging Me'mori back and forth for a few days. I will be looking for a replacement for Edan as the opportunity presents itself.
RL was getting in the way of keeping up with the pace of our game.
With the loss of Zove, Edan and Soros that is basically the entire magic casting portion of the party. My goal will be to find two casters, Arcane and a Cleric. I will bot Soros and Edan for the time being to ensure we don't affect the party.
I will be putting out feelers here soon.

I am unable to edit the treasure sheet. Also, is it possible to put it in the campaign folder (or subfolder) so we can have all the campaign stuff in one place? I don't see the party rolls file in the campaign folder either.
FYI: Thout's total ACP (armor and shield) is -3 (-1 for armor, -2 for shield)

I have put out a note in the Baltron's Beacon game letting the group know we are looking for two replacement players. I also posted a new Recruitment thread. I am going to get us a Cleric and a Arcane character into the group as soon as it is feasible to integrate them once we get through the acceptance phase.
As I get submissions I will let you know so everyone can review them and message me feedback.

I moved it and put the links on the Campaign Info page. I also had to change the access so you can edit. I always forget there are two places you have to change it.

Okay. Big stuff is moved. Probably 11 or 12 trips of loose "things" from our storage garage to get, yet, plus whatever's still in the apartment.
Have my bed set up, the entertainment center set up and configured, my computer set up (and a wireless NIC added because it is too far from the router to wire !), and I've found my clean underwear!
So, now I can type on a keyboard instead of trying to cram my fingers on the fake keyboard on my phone. Time to try to catch up, after I share the post across my games.

I seemed to have thought it was indicate to the others to follow, then come in. Seeing as everyone seemed to know we were going in, I dispensed with the first and entered. Zero stress! I saw it more as a "You're not the boss of me" moment, and there's every reason for that kind of a reaction. I mean, how long have they known each other at this point?

Sure. Naia does actually defer to D'og's stealth, Rab's woodskills/scouting, Soros' witty comebacks and spellcasting, Edan's chill, Zove's primal nature and Thout's ability to take all orders super seriously, but none of that competes with her willful nature.

@AllenDM, the Panicked Condition says that held items are dropped and that the creature must flee along a random path unless cornered. When in this state, should we pick our own random flight path? Or is that something that you want to handle?

I gave routes to the PC and for now I am not making anyone drop anything. More of a “holy crap it is real moment”...

Generally, yes.
No one generally enjoys losing control of the one part of the story they are responsible for.
In a more traditional setting, the mild annoyance lasts for a few minutes. In a PBP setting it lasts for days as a rule, and potentially weeks when waiting for people to post in order.

I totally understand that. I am trying to give each of you some liberty in what is going on with the Panicked condition with me relating some guidelines. I would prefer each of you RP your panicked condition out. Which is why I am only providing some guidelines...
For Soros I just rolled a d4 at my table. west door, south door, south window, east window... He got the west door...
I did make this little encounter a bit more difficult than the original encounter from the Module.

I am getting very interested to see how you will join our two groups together in a timely fashion GM.
I have a plan...until it gets punched in the face I am not going to know if it works :) I don't want to pigeon hole the groups so I am letting you pick your path so to speak. But the intent is to have the groups intersect after the return from the house. Timeline's are the key here as you know.
My concern is keeping the story and the players (PC's and NPC's) tied into the ongoing story line and not do a vanishing act. I hate that so it is important we find a solid conclusion for the current party NPC's so I can shift them out of the party and you guys into the party. Letting the story play out as much as I can :)

Full disclosure: As Naia is in the "haunted" house, I am not reading any of the posts of those in Saltmarsh. On the one hand it helps me focus on her character and what she is doing, and on the other I want her to be able to react to the new characters without any foreshadowing from player knowledge...
