I kind of have a bit of a Rep among the Mercenary community, and the whole bit with the LOKI Corporation.

After finishing her meal and strawberry milk she wipes her face and looks at Tree and Miyuku. "So, are we ready to go? We gotta find these guys so I can ask them if they wanna fight us." Her voice seems a little excited and there's a twinkle in her eyes.

Yama smiles at Tree and nearly bounces out of her seat. Wagging her eyebrows at Miyuku she says, "C'mon Miyu-chan, lets go challenge them." She giggles as she waits on the adults.

Tree calls for a cab, which shows up a few minutes later. As you ride, you hear the sounds of horns blaring, presumably signaling the start of the tournament. Indeed, prior to your arrival at the baseball field, you see several competitors battling it out on the streets.
The baseball field is empty except for 3 people: a girl with bubblegum pink hair twirling a baseball bat, a dark haired girl tossing a ball in the air and a stout looking man wearing a catcher's outfit. They look to you with a little bit of trepidation and anxiousness.

Chiyoko looks to Taro. <"Are you ready, Taro Yamamoto?">

Yamaneko Saito |

She looks up at Miyuku and says softly,"It's not exactly what I expected, but I still wanna ask them." Walking up to the trio she smiles a little shyly at them, "Umm Hiya.....I'm Yama, this is my sister Miyu-chan, and our friend Tree-san. We were wondering if you'd be interested in a battle with us." She looks at them and just smiles while her pigtails bob up and down in time with her slight hyper kind of bouncing.

The dark haired girl steps forward and smiles. "I'm Kyoko the Pitcher, the pink haired girl is Risa the Batter and the guy is our friend, Hayate the Catcher. Sure, I think we'll fight with you guys. Just say when."
"Ah, Kyoko," Hayate whines. "Can I finish my lemonade first?"
Kyoko hurls the ball she's holding at Hayate, who catches it with almost inhuman speed. His glove smokes for a few seconds. "Finish your damn lemonade then! You're making us look bad!"

Yamaneko Saito |

She smiles and waves her hands, "No no....it's okay. He can finish his lemonade, just don't get mad at him. Kay? We'll be over here whenever you're ready." She smiles and nods before practically skipping back over to Miyuku and Tree. She claps her hands in excitement, "They said yes! They just need a minute."
Sorry, I miss read it.

She nods as she looks around for a place to set up that might give her a decent view of the ball field.

Yamaneko Saito |

Is this just a plain baseball field, or is there a higher area I can get to for a better vantage point? I just didn't know if there were like bleechers or whatever. If there aren't any high places Ill just go off to the side a bit where I can have a good view of things, but not too far away. Does that make sense?

Yamaneko Saito |

Nah....that's not really what I had in mind but that's okay. I'm not even sure how all this works yet. Ill just do like I said I was.
Lacking a high vantage point, Yama opts to go down the sideline a bit to get a better view of the field. She signals Miyuku that she's gonna keep her eyes on her by pointing her first two fingers at her own eyes, then motion same said fingers at Miyu and Tree. She smiles as she takes an almost relaxed stance.

Taro begins fiddling with his comm looking for information that he'd neglected up until now.
"Do we do this wherever or do we have a designated battle ground?"

Yamaneko Saito |

Were we supposed to confirm the challenge on our comm thingies?

Yamaneko Saito |

Yama goes through the screens on her comm till she finds the right one to send the challenge to Kyoko.
