Background:

Inventor and child prodigy, Taro's mind is fractured from prolonged exposure to his Drone's faulty AI. His body is perpetually young do to exposure of an unstable isotope of his own creation. His inventions have brought him a fair bit of wealth however due to the corporations claiming credit for each he remains unremarkable in the eyes of the world. He seeks to show his talent to the world during the NDH as well as discover new Tek.
