She makes a derisive sort of noise as she rolls her eyes, "Well those people can go suck an egg then. We're not like those people. We're here for a reason......" She hushes herself quickly realizing she had almost said too much.

She gets quiet as she gets out of the cab and waits for Miyuku and Tree before going back inside.

"Yes, we are." Miyuku says with a rye smile, as she exits the cab. "Let's go get changed and relax a bit."
"And call Ishida-kun to ask about that ammunition chip." She smiles as she heads inside.

Yama heads upstairs with Miyuku and once inside their room she takes her bathing suit and goes to the bathroom to change.

Miyuku sits on her bed, taking out the tablet and enters the code to contact Ishida.
"Congrats on your victory," Ishida says as he appears on the tablet. "I hope that wasn't too tough."
"Not really, while I get the impression they were invividually quite dangerous they didn't really support each other. Tree took a solid hit but nothing to worry about, as tough as he is.It was a good intoduction." she says smiling. "Yamaneko would like one of the ammunition chips to help with keeping track for the mini-gun considering it's rate of fire."
Yama comes bouncing out of the bathroom with her bathing suit on and her hair still in pig tales. Grabbing a towel she leans over Miyuku to look at the screen. "Ahh hello Ishida-san, are you having a good day?"

"As good of a day as it gets when ten of my team get sent home because they were too dumb to listen," Ishida says. "I'll send a few chips over in a while."
"Thanks. That's unfortunate. I guess contests like this do tend to week outthe dumb ones pretty quickly." Miyuku says with a shrug.
"You could say that again. If you need another match today, let me know and I'll send you something," Ishida informs Miyuku.
She smiles into the tablet, "Nope, we're taking our time. No need to rush things. We're gonna go swimming. Hope things improve for you Ishida-san. At least not all of your teams are made up of such idiots." She waves before bouncing off to her bed and plopping down on it.

From her bed, Yama looks at Miyuku. "Should I just head down to the pool now, or do you want me to wait for you Miyu-chan?" She smiles as she twirls some of her hair around one of her fingers.

"I'll get changed and come down as well." Miyuku says with a smile. "We'll be in touch soon Ishida-san." she says before putting down the tablet and getting up, grabbing her bathing suit.
Yama puts on her flip flops and waits as patiently as she can for her mom to get ready.

Miyuku quickly changes and takes a toteback in which she slips a hand gun amongst her usual things. "Ready, little one?"
She smiles and nods, her pigtails bobbing up and down on her head. She giggles a little, "I was born ready." She laughs quietly as she crosses the room over to miyuku.

Giving her daughter a quick hug, she opens the door as they leave the room and head for the elevator.

As soon as they get outside, Yama finds a sunny spot and puts her towel down on a lounge chair while kicking off her flip flops. She immediately dives into the water and starts swimming about.

Miyuku smiles at her daughter's love of the water. Putting her towel down she lays back on the lounge chair and closes her eyes, the cybernetic cells just beneath her sking hungrily soaking up the solar energy, replenishing her core.
Tree walks down to the pool and waves to the Saitos before heading to the restaurant for lunch.
Yama waves back before starting to swim laps in the pool.
A teenage boy sits at the side of the pool and watches Yama swim.
Enjoying the refreshing coolness of the water, Yama is oblivious to the eyes that are on her. After a few laps, she works on her endurance by diving under the water and swimming as far as she can without coming up for air. She does this several times until she almost makes it all the way across the pool without coming up for air.
Once she's tired herself out, she comes to the surface and just closes her eyes to float on the water and relax.
"Nice swimming," the boy calls.
Yama opens her eyes and looks around. There was no one else in the pool except for her. She assumed everyone else was either out watching the fights, or participating in them. Is he talking to me? She wonders to herself.
She swims lazily over to the side of the pool that he sits on and covers her eyes to look up at him. Smiling a bit she says, "Uhh thanks...." She looks around and not seeing anyone else with him asks, "So...you just come here to hang out?" She seems just a little bit shy as she gives him one of her quirky smiles.
She closes her eyes for a minute and shakes her head a bit. Baka baka baka....why do I sound so lame?
The boy smiles. "My mother is in the tournament...and since my dad's gone, I have to stay here."
She scoots down a little bit and putting her hands on the outside of the pool, draws herself deftly out of the water to sit next to him.
"Ahhh....I see. I guess it can get kinda boring just hanging around all day huh? Umm....I'm sorry about your dad. So, what's your name?"
As she sits there, she draws her thick tail around and wrings out the excess water back into the pool. "Sorry...did I get you wet?"
"I'm Kei. And it's okay if you got me wet, I was planning on swimming after my mom got back," the boy says. "Yeah, I get bored. All that's on TV is the tournament..."
She nods understandably, "Yeah, being stuck somewhere with nothing to do is kinda a drag. My name is Yamaneko Saito, it's good to meet you Kei." Blushing a bit she says, "Most just call me Yama though."
"Nice to meet you...Yama," Kei says, blushing a little too.
Yama chances a glance across to the other side of the pool, where Miyuku lies calmly taking in the suns rays. Noting that she still seems to be sunbathing, she nods at Kei as she kinda indicates Miyuku's presence.
"I...I'm here with my sister. We're in the tournament...together."
"That's cool," Kei says. "This is my third time at a tournament. My mom...she likes to keep trying...to give us a better life."
She looks down while dangling her feet down in the water. "I can understand that. I think....that's what a lot of people hope for. It's hard sometimes....."
"But things'll work out, they always do," Kei says. "Oh, there's my mom. I'll see you around...I guess."
He gets up and walks to a tall woman carrying two katanas. Kei waves at Yama as he leaves.
She smiles at Kei and waves to him as he walks off, "Yeah, I'll definitely see you around. I plan on being out here....a lot." Shoving off the wall, she dives back into the water and continues her laps.
After another lap or two she goes back to floating and closes her eyes again.

Kei returns a short time later. "Still here, Yama?"
She smiles while keeping her eyes closed, "Yup. Don't get to do this very often and it's been forever since I was in a pool, so I'm gonna enjoy it as much as possible."

Opening one eye she looks at him, "So, you gonna swim now?"

"Yeah, gotta keep up my training," Kei says, diving into the pool gracefully.
She cocks a curious eyebrow at him, "Oohh? What are you training for?"
