Encounters = 4-6 encounters "per day" for each level selected. Intention is to see how much strain Mythic Characters can handle as opposed to their non-Mythic counterparts.

5th level PCs begin after entering an underground dungeon, fully rested and provisioned. They will encounter:

  • 2 Bearded Devils (CR 7)in a long, wide, unlit hallway (>400', 20' wide, 25' tall). Opportunity for surprise on either end, depending on skills / rolls.
  • Dark Naga (CR 8) in a large (300'x300' underground cavern, dotted with stalagtites, stalagmites, with a narrow (5' wide, 3' deep) stream running across the floor.
  • 3 Cyclops (CR 8) in a 60'x100' ruined mess hall, with large doors on the shorter ends, 15'x10' fireplaces midway along the longer walls, and ruined furniture scattered throughout the room.
  • 2 Drow Warriors and 1 Drider (CR 9), patrolling the streets of a mostly abandoned underground city.
  • 1 Drow Noble with 4 Ogre bodyguards (CR 8)in her "throne room," a 60'x60' receiving hall, with a raised dais along the back wall, curtains along the perimeter, and a narrow catwalk 15' above the floor, encircling the room.
