Forgot to address you looking at the shackles.
The chains of the shackles are looped through holes in the sarcophagus lid. The holes appear to have been gouged out of the stone lid, like someone had pressed burning hot rod through the stone, melting it as it passed through.
Sona looks at Cindy, her eyes glazed over, she gives a wild hiss at the witch. As she does the sarcophagus lid bursts upward, Nasun standing from within. He casts a spell as he rises, and inky clouds of blackness swirl outward from him, concealing both him and Sona in darkness.
A darkness spell.
Nasus has taken a step backward after casting the spell.
Master Hast flicks the wand he has been holding this entire time, uttering a command word. Dispel magic: 18 The darkness remains in place.

She quickly moves nest to Ian and catches the Ioun Torch rotating around her head and placing it in his hand. "Release this to orbit around your head, the light will pierce the darkness."
Ioun Torch has Continual Flame cast at Caster Level 4 and will defeat a darkness spell.

Ian does as Serelina instructs, eager to get in the fight. He'll then double-move/run at Nasun (attacking if he can, but probably not at that distance. Not sure how the mathing+haste works).

Committing to the fight Cindy uses her Fortune hex on Hezrog as she moves forward along the south wall. I suspect Sona is compelled. It would be good if we did not have to kill her.
Already used Fortune on Ian and Rilumin.

Ian takes the ioun torch and sets it in motion about his head, then rushes towards the vampires, the light of the torch pushing back the darkness.
Those with low light vision can see both vampires normally. Those with normal vision will suffer a 20% miss chance due to dim lighting - until Ian moves closer of course on his next turn.
Note that the rock outcropping the vampire is on will prevent anyone from directly charging him (unless you can fly).
Lots of players still up for declaring actions.

Glaring at Cindy, Serelina says. "No, it would be good if we had staked and decapitated the creature when it was bound."
She stays back from the combat, waiting for an opportunity to contribute the little magic still at her command today for maximum effect.

Rilumin only hits with his first shot, the others are deflected away from the vampire. Not close enough for PBS, reducing damage by 1 from each arrow in the first shot.
Leo casts shield other on Ian while Morvae, Hezrog, Cormick, and Cindy all move forward.
Sona drops 20' from the ceiling, landing on her feet. Acrobatics to reduce falling damage: 17. Leaving 1d6 non-lethal damage. Undead are immune to non-lethal. She steps, woodenly, off the ledge, slashing a claw at Morvae, but is unable to penetrate the celestials protections. Attack: 22
Nasun begins casting a spell, parts of his skin begin to glow as he does so with arcane runes, as the runes fade back to black Nasus thrusts his closed hand at Morvae, he is knocked backwards some 20' from a powerful force.

Also a second spellcraft check here based on Nasun's glowing skin as he cast. Remember you take a penalty to spellcraft for each 10' of distance just like with perception checks.
The form of magic is coming from a rather unusual ability known as spell-scars. Such magic is only learnable by one who has studied as a magus.
From behind can be heard the squeaking of rats. A number of rat swarms are moving towards the cavern from the passageway behind.

Hezrog moves up next to Nasun, but is unable to get to a position where he can flank due to the cavern wall.
For the first time, Nina takes action, casting a spell as two rays of fire spring from her hand towards Nasun. The first strikes, the second misses.
Scorching Ray Attacks: 24, 17. Damage 4d6 = 20
Morvae circles around Sona, leaping onto the ledge to corner Nasun against the wall.
Nasun smiles a wicked smile, and with a burst of speed climbs the wall, and runs across the roof of the cavern.
Acrobatics to avoid AoO from Morvae: 34. From Ian: 36 - 2 = 34. Hezrog: 23 - 4 = 19 - Hezrog make take an AoO.
You noticed Nasun click the heels of his worn looking boots together as his movement accelerates.
From 20' above the cavern floor Nasun invokes a spell, holding an outstretched hand towards Rilumin and those near him. Master Hast flicks his hand, prepared for the spell, but fails to counter it. A glob of sticky webbing springs up around Rilumin.
Rilumin, Serelina, Nina, and Hast all need DC 19 reflex saves or become grappled. The placement of the web also gives Nasun total cover from Rilumin due to their being 20'+ of webbing between the two.

Sona turns on Ian, raking one clawed hand across his armor, seeking an opening, which she finds.
Attack: 26. Damage: 5. Ian needs to make a DC 17 fort save or lose two levels.
Upon striking Ian, Sona's eyes come back into focus as she lets out a shriek, "Nooo. Nasun you will pay for this."
The swarms of rats pour in through the door, many getting caught in the webbing, though one swarm reaches Rilumin. Damage: 5. Rilumin needs to make a DC 12 Fort save or be distracted. And a second DC 12 fort save or be diseased.
Party is up. With his size and reach, Ian can still attack Nasun. Others need ranged attacks.

Ian tracks Nasun with his eyes as he climbs up the ceiling, and only grunts when Sona claws him, ignoring her. He times his strike--and thrusts upward with the massive greatsword, aiming to impale Nasun.

Rilumin will then use Chameleon Step to double-move (80ft normally, 140 if haste is still up) out of the web (cant see map, i just wanna get somewhere i can still shoot Nasun and not in the web). I don't meed to move that full distance, but it'd be nice to have someone else between that swarm and me because i have nothing that'll work against swarms.

Ian makes a vicious attack against the vampire, his blade cutting past both magical and natural defenses.
Morvae rushes toward Issa, and upon received the gift of flight moves up to the ceiling to be adjacent to the nosferatu.
Rilumin manages to break free of the webbing, advancing into the cavern where he can see.
Any other actions from those with a ranged attack? Hezrog, Cormick?
Serelina still needs to make a reflex save or be caught in the web.

Nina, ignoring the webbing, invokes another spell, firing more rays of flame at Nasun.

Nasun withdraws from Morvae and Ian, moving with accelerated speed towards the webbing. He climbs through the web with ease, and Serelina is able to see him pass through the doorway and out of sight.
This avoids and AoO from Morvae, but not from Ian. Ian take an AoO
Sona rushes towards the web, he hands upraised to cast a spell. She double moved though, so no spell this turn.
Master Hast flicks his wand again toward the web spell, "Curse the gods." he exclaims as again nothing happens.
The rats flounder in the web.

Ian runs after Nasun (and will attack if he gets in reach).

Ian's attack at Nasun misses, and the warrior rushes after the vampire. The freedom of movement will allow Ian to traverse through the webbing easily, but he can't match the vampires speed.
Master Hast calls out, "I could teleport a few of us to cut him off. Risky though as I'm not familiar enough with these passages to guarantee an accurate casting."

As the three gather near Master Hast, Sona unleashes a burning hands on the webbing, cutting away a large portion of it.
Other than Ian who still has a freedom of movement going, it will be two rounds before you can give pursuit - Sona will use next turn to burn away the next portion, in front of the door, along with many of the rats caught in the web.
The rats still milling around the door turn westward again, moving away down the corridor.
"I'll try for the library basement instead I think. I know that room a little better." adds Master Hast as he begins the workings of his spell. A moment later the four disappear from sight with a slight pop.
Serelina make an escape artist check, or CMB check to escape the webbing or take d6 = 1 point of fire damage on round 2 as the webs continue to burn.

It takes a moment to orient yourself, you are located on the second floor of the library. It will take three rounds to get to the basement room where the hole into the catacombs is at.
Dropping out of round by round again. Actions for everyone for 3-4 rounds worth?
