I think we should keep:
All of the consumables, the bag of holding, the ring of evasion, the +3 breastplate, the +2 amulet of natural armor, the +2 ring of protection, the belt of physical might and ovinrbaane.
That gives us: 5,450gp worth of jewellery, plus whatever we can get for the barrow mound stuff
74,650gp worth of weapons and armor
plus all of the stuff we keep.
That's a total of 80,100gp, divided 5 ways gets 16,200gp each way.
Prazil, care to double-check? I already halved everything for being the sell price.
Also, Marcelline would totally use the oculus of Abaddon haha.
Marcelline Bryne
3,000gp - add limning to weapon (crafted by Keerek)
5,250gp - sell ring of spell knowledge I, buy ring of spell knowledge II
4,000gp - buy belt of incredible dexterity +2
2,500gp - add shadow to armor (crafted by Keerek)
_______
14,750gp
scrolls (700gp)
purchase bardic scrolls of mirror image, heroism, blistering invective - 600gp
clerical scroll of bless (25gp)
wizardly scrolls of magic missile, enlarge person and blend (75gp)
Assuming I have 16,200gp to start with, this leaves me with 750 gold remaining.
Added to my 891 gold i already have, it leaves me with 1,641gp.
Kereek!
Kereek is happy to devote his downtime (while his tower is being built!) to crafting magic weapons and armor with Agnar's help, if needed. He also renews his relationship with his avian spies and ensures that their bower is well-kept and comfy.
Marcelline Bryne
Using the rooms and teams rules, she builds a building:
It contains a Bar (250gp), a Brewery (380gp), a Common Room (300gp), a Lavatory (120gp) and a Bedroom (300gp), for a total of 1,350.
She also hires a group of Craftspeople (200gp) to create the brews that will be sold.
Once the place is opened, she gets to roll for how much she earns, but will just be taking 10 for simplicity's sake.
The bar earns her 13gp per day, which (according to the rules) takes into account the basic costs, while the craftspeople earn her 1 point of Goods each day.
Leaves me with 91gp remaining.

Mott, are there values for everything in the art gallery?
And what are the 3 unknown, nonmagical vials?
Worksheet for the sales is here if anyone would care to check my base values
Agnar Hrolfsen
Level 13:
HP: 1d8 ⇒ 2 +1 for favored class and +2 for CON.
Skills: Diplomacy +1, Know (Nature) +1, Handle Animal +1
Feat: Spell Penetration
Fang:
HP: 1d8 ⇒ 1
Skills: Perception +1
Feat: Improved Natural Armor
Trick: Attack Any Target (he's now willing to fight the undead!)
As for magic, I'd like to take the belt of physical might +2 STR/CON and the amulet of natural armor, unless someone else wants them, in which case I'm happy to forgo.
That totals 18kgp, which is my share?
My downtime will consist of some fairly significant scroll writing, assuming I have any money, and helping out with other crafting and in the community in general.
Additionally, whenever we have a cut scene to travel to adventure, I want to make sure I can make breakfast...by casting heroes feast.
Oh, and I want to stop rolling so crappily on my hit dice. :-)
Agnar Hrolfsen
Why for are anyone rolling HP?
Because complaining about bad rolls is half the fun of leveling!
"Sure, I can now cast destruction, but I have 2 HP fewer than average right now, so please pity me. That'll be why Agnar dies. Not poor decisions on my part. #screwyoudicebot"
:-)
Prazil
While we're waiting for the final figures from mott, do we want to do a 5-way split or a 6-way? If 6, that extra cut would go into Party Stores for use on things like curatives that the whole party consumes.
We've done it that way since I took over as the inventory wrangler, but the group was totally different back then apart from myself and Kereek.
And, presuming we'll be sequestering Ovinrbaane instead of pawning it, I won't factor it into our totals.
Kereek!
I still like the party share split idea. That way we can buy nice wands for healing from that share.
And yes, Kereek, in his role as de facto arcane keeper of terrible things, will put the mean sword in the vault in his soon to be constructed Tower of Medium Wizardry With Optional Dragon Launching Balcony and Room For Putting Things Which Mankind Ought Not Meddle With. (TM)
Marcelline Bryne
I think splitting it 6 ways is a good idea.
We can buy a diamond or two and a lot of diamond dust for restoration and raise dead, and some wands and scrolls of spells we need a lot (like maybe invisibility and cure moderate wounds?)
It'd be something like 19,000 split 6 ways, right? That can get us a few nice items. I don't want to claim any of the loot.

You can sell the objets d'art for 5,000 gp total.
The vials contain some vile-smelling skunk musk. You're not sure quite what they're for, though. And just so you're not frustrated as players, they were used to bypass the black puddings, which were conditioned to avoid it.
Marcelline, Baron Jon offers to build you the tavern and brewery if you wish: "You've done a great service to Hartsland, and the tavern -- as long as you make sure it doesn't turn into a place of debauchery -- should help make Thronehold a happier place for our citizens."
Let me know if I missed any questions.
10d8 ⇒ (2, 8, 5, 2, 1, 8, 7, 7, 2, 8) = 50
Marcelline Bryne
Having had time to decompress and recover from her death, and surrounded by such a quaint new town, Marcelline is back to being playful. She strokes a single finger down Baron Jon's nice palladical cheek, and giggles. "It all depends on what you consider debauchery, King-Baron Jon. I'm no Calistrian, if that's what you're asking, but I can't guarantee nobody will get drunk and ridiculous."
"And, my little Baron, I will happily allow you to build the business for me as long as it's mine and mine alone. If it's going to belong to you, then I can pay my own workers to have it built myself, thank-you-very-much." She finishes this up with a sassy hand-wave.
When she is back, Marcelline begins to traverse the town that her allies have helped to create, trying her best to get a feel for the town and to meet and make new friends. She's going to become a job-creator here, after all. She needs to find employees, people looking for work. She looks for alchemists, brewers, as well as a couple of bartenders, dishwashers, janitors, and construction workers.
Knowledge (local) (inspiration): 1d20 + 16 + 1d6 ⇒ (16) + 16 + (4) = 36
Marcelline Bryne
So... does that mean that I don't have to pay for it, but I do get the benefits? Cause like... I want to have my own business. Sure, I can edit in some checks.

Total gains from loot haul: 122,947 gp
6-way cuts: 20,491.17 gp
Who wants what?
Call dibs and I'll update the breakdowns accordingly.
Kat, I already see you want one of the keen daggers, so if that's your only takeaway from the loot, your cut will look like...
Kat: +2 keen dagger and 11,340.17 gp
----
Mott - do these magic items happen to size themselves to their user/wielders? If I wanted that keen battleaxe, would it shrink down to small for me or would it remain an oversized weapon? Would the eternal breastplate shrink down to fit?
Prazil
Kat: +2 keen dagger, 11,340.17 gp
Agnar: +2 belt of physical might (Str/Con), +2 amulet of natural armor, 11,491.17 gp
Prazil: eternal iron breastplate, +3 heavy steel shield, 13,461.17 gp
Marcy: +2 ring of protection, 16,491.17 gp (anything else, Marcy?)
Kereek: just money?
Party Stores: bag of holding type I, 4 potions of fly, 4 potions of cure moderate wounds, potion of cure serious wounds, potion of lesser restoration, 15,491.17 gp

I am okay with receiving this amount of money and item.
Kereek!
Mott, can I buy a Robe of Arcane Heritage? I promise to keep it belted and not flash passers-by.
Marcelline Bryne
As I posted before, I'd like to:
spend 3,000gp to upgrade my weapon to have limning, and 2,500gp to upgrade my armor with shadow. Marcelline will ask Keerek for these things.
She'd also like to buy a belt of incredible dexterity +2, a ring of spell knowledge II and some scrolls (heroism, mirror image, bless, magic missile, enlarge person) - costing a total of 9,750gp
Out of my 17,382gp, this costs 15,250gp
I'll buy a handy haversack too. There, I only have 132gp left.
Marcelline Bryne
I realized I miscalculated my health, by the way
8 for max 1st, plus 5 * 12 for the remaining levels is 68, plus 23 bonus health (10 favored class and 13 from Con) is 91 total.
Prazil

Subtotal = 21,910.36

If anyone is looking for something but they're short by 10k or less, I'm happy to pitch in! Just say the word =)
Agnar Hrolfsen
Agnar scroll math:
Starting gold: 12,020
New money: 11,491
Total gold: 23,511
I'm looking to scribe the following scrolls
Total cost is 24,975, and 21 days so I'd like to take 1.5k of gold from the party stores. Conversely I can cut a scroll or two.
Finally, I think we should spend 4,500gp from the party stores and get a wand of cure moderate wounds. That will allow me to save more of my spells for fighting/utility.
EDIT: He has two tuning forks made for plane shift: one for Elysium, the other for the Prime Material.

Really enjoying the role-play and posts, everyone; very nice.
Marcy, with that roll, you have no problem finding the type of employees you're looking for, as you manage to find an itinerant brewer/vintner traveling in the area as he flees strife in Galt who's happy to settle down and accept a good job.
It's looking like everyone's caught up and there's nothing for me to respond to, but just wanted to make sure we're all ready to move on with plot stuff, or if you'd like to keep doing the interlude a little longer (are there more things you want to do?).
