Also, Malaswyn usually doesn't need to give instructions to attack, but this implies he and the elemental see the same thing, so he can point. Otherwise, as it gets complicated, he needs to give instructions.

Oblerlin, with regards to teleporting, you can easily (94%) teleport anywhere you've seen in that room, which would extend about 40 feet from the wall, more or less. The stairs were shrouded in darkness and would imply a slightly greater risk (88%).
I'm using the teleport table, but with a bump towards easy, as it was right in front of you a moment ago, though you did not study the place and it was your first time seeing it.

Ok. Sounds like its worth a stab to see if we can keep the party together. I think otherwise, we will be divided and conquered.

Yes, I prefer to do group initiative instead of individual ones. So when I say all of you are up, it's first come first serve. You can always mention you delay after another player, so we know you're around.

Ok, quick note, because its 1:30 am, I have a patient in atrial flutter and am trying to figure out the dosage of digoxin that I need to give. I am fried. Can you please skip my turn right now. The ICU is kicking my butt.
Ok. I’m also quite busy, so if any of the other players have a suggestion for action, I’ll give one day or so and then just cancel your turn, unless I can come up with something for Oberlin to do.

Looking at his character, I hate to burn a spell from him.
So I would say just put him in 'Delay' for now. That way, he can act whenever he's able.
But no worries though, O, we're about to take this thing down anyway, bay-bee! We got this. :)

I gotta apologize guys. I honestly thought that this month would be similar to last year's ICU rotation. This is way harder since I am both the senior resident on my team, and therefore in charge ever long call and most other days too, but also having the new baby at home has made the time crunch real.
I will be in the Cardiac intensive care unit next month, and from my understanding, its a bit less brutal. I expect to pick back up the pace then.

Thanks for the updates. Please do not worry about it. We'll bot when the need is felt. Otherwise, I am ok with the pace. I prefer that to having players leave because of pressure.

If you would, give me until tomorrow to post. Work beat me down and I didn't get done eating dinner 'till nearly 10 pm. This one's gonna be interesting in how it plays out so it'll take me a bit of time to figure out exactly what to do.
Plus I wanna see what Marcel does also. That'll make a difference in what Kriger does. But will post tomorrow regardless.

Here's hoping that Armag has barbarian AC, because between Kriger and myself we've done 230 hp of damage. Those were some serious rolls! Can't have come at a better time. At worst, I hope Kriger's drawn some agro off of Marcel...

Add 11 hit points (6 HD, 3 Constitution, 1 Favored Class.
Add 2 skill points: Sense Motive, Knowledge (religion).
Add 1 BAB Fort, Reflex, Will.
Add Mercy: Blindness.
Add 1 2nd level spell per day.
Add 1 use of lay on hands (15 total).

Oberlin and I can cover a lot of things but that mercy would also save me a spell slot.
