I can't seem to find isolated pregens for We Be Goblins, so I can give descriptions and direct you to the free download which contains them (and I'll leave it to the player to keep this spoiler-free).
Reta Bigbad (Female Fighter 1)
Chuffy Lickwound (Male Rogue 1)
Poog of Zarongel (Male Cleric 1)
Mogmurch (Male Alchemist 1)
Be thinking about who you'd like to take with you on this adventure.

The following is a PDF containing only the pre-generated characters; I've added a link to the top for everybody's convenience.
Poog's sub-bar is a very good "best practice" for how to handle very common stats; this will make it very easily for me (or any GM) to adjudicate things in battle very quickly, and also helps the players quickly assess the abilities of their allies.
So far, we have three players checked in (waiting on Luke to join the party), two characters selected (Reta and Poog are good to go). I'll be on the lookout for pre-made Paizo-ready goblins to make the character sheet process that much easier. Please stand-by.

For those of you considering playing conservatively, the following from the PFS Organized Play supplement document should provide some guidance:
Since all PCs in this adventure are pregenerated characters, no conditions (including death) carry beyond the end of a module to the real PCs to whom the module’s Chronicle sheet is applied. Likewise, any wealth spent or resources expended during the course of the adventure are considered unspent upon the module’s completion.
Have fun!

Luke, if you go to your account, you can create a new message board alias that will let you pick a name and picture for Chuffy (you might have to get creative with the name, as Paizo requires each one be unique, but the WBG picture is in there if you search for either Chuffy or sort by Goblin pics).

At least some of my posts apparently didn't post over the weekend. I was up at Stonewall and between weird coverage and failure to bring a charger for my phone with me something wasn't connecting right. Please bear with me and I will attempt to catch up later this evening, preferably on a real computer with a real keyboard.

Is Chuffy proficient with the Dogslicer? I can never keep the Goblin weapon equivalents straight. I believe it's a short sword so he is proficient.
So, here's the interesting thing... dogslicers are a martial light weapon. Rogues are not inherently proficient with them. GOBLINS are not inherently proficient with them (you normally have to drop "skilled", which gives you massive bonuses to Ride and Stealth). Looking at Chuffy's character sheet, he's got a dogslicer equipped with no penalties, but also the ride and stealth scores to reflect having the "skilled" racial trait...
So, I'm guessing since all of the martial characters are carrying one and are not taking non-proficiency penalties for wielding it (see also Poog), in the spirit of the scenario I'll say you are proficient...
Weird stuff, though. :P

I will be on the road this afternoon and evening and will be unable to post for a while. I will check on the boards when I settle into my hotel room tonight.
Conversely, I will be in a situation tomorrow (Friday) wherein I will have a lot of time on my hands, so I will likely be checking this board more than is healthy.
Saturday is a 5k and then Chuffy and I are playing with our Rise of the Runelords group in a marathon setting... so probably another light day for posting.

Our first combat! Congrats guys!
So, I've experienced combat in several different ways with PbP, and I'd like to try what I felt was the most effective method... trying to keep it as story-driven as possible.
At the top description, you will find that there is now a battle map that I hope to keep updated round-by-round for your convenience. For example, you should see two goblins affected by web, and a spider adjacent to Reta.
Describe your action and feel free to make the relevant rolls. Unless you state specifically where and how things occur, I am going to assume "safest, easiest way possible that doesn't hurt allies". If there is a need to be specific, please do so with the OOC tags.
As a player, I would also do the following to keep things clean:
"Pauline focuses divine energy into her tekko-kagi, steps up to the monster, and slashes fiercely with both claws."
Combats can take a significant amount of time, and resolving rounds in this way makes the combats go by much quicker.

Will the GM recap each round in Narrative fashion before going on to the next round? That makes it so that we don't have to post in narrative order, and the GM can resolve timing intricacies via one big summary post featuring the results of all of the actions.
That is my intent. If I do my job right, at the end of each round it should be very clear what happened to everybody and keep things in order. :)

David: You can go ahead and post your action regardless of who's ahead of you in initiative. Depending on whether it's dependent on someone else's action, I can either hold, take some liberties to make it work after actions have occurred, or perform verbatim.
My intent is to resolve combat rounds as soon as everyone has posted or within 24 hours, whichever comes first. If you want to hold out pending other people's post, you could, but posters beware. :P
